I could not see the prices, knew it cost more but $18.00 for a med size strawberry cake sundae in a waffle cup peanuts/chocolate, and a medium lucky charm sundae. Even on website and at the store the prices are not readily visible by me at least, so be ask, clarify costs, goodness man. My responsibility to ask, felt it would be higher but should have clarified if I could not see the prices for a family that can be really expensive.

Placed an order for delivery. The order arrived and we enjoyed the ice cream products. But, when cleaning up the paper bowls, I was surprised to discover they had placed a small container of ice cream inside a larger one. We didn't notice it because it was kinda messy, but we rinse everything out really well so the containers can be recycled. It's all good, as the smaller container had enough sugar to put one into shock, but it was just shady. Next time you order Cold Stone, make sure you're getting what you paid for...

My husband and I went for the first time on 10/15. Paid cash and was shorted $1.00 of my change. I have been trying to get my $1.00 for 3 days of calling but no one there is in charge? The owner was texted my number and has ignored the issue. It's not the money as much as principle that no one knows how to count back change. The employees just hand you a bunch of bills/ change with no clue what they are giving you? I will never return to such a shady establishment.

I asked for a smoothie and it took over 10 minutes to make and then there was no whip cream on it and then there were ice chunks in it about the size of nickel or quarter hail it was so disappointing and I was with my friends and they also got ice cream and it barely went to the top of the cup so disappointing worst experience at cold Stone ever what a rip off.

I don't need sugar but I like it. So I also don't eat at cold stone creamery more than once every five years but I still love their approach and their Ice cream concoctions. If I did not mind gaining 25 pounds of fat this year, I would go there weekly. This is ice cream on steroids. Anything that you love, except steak or lobster, they can mix into the ice cream. How much better could it be? Not much if you don't care about fitness and health. Too bad they didn't make some options sweetened with Stevia or Monk fruit. Tell you what, I haven't been there in over five years. So if you want to take me there and buy me a Coldstone luxury, I'm in!

My second and final trip to Cold Stone Creamery occurred today, Tuesday, June 27th, 2023. The reason it's my final outing to this place is due to the fact that all 4 ice cream purchases, each a different flavor and type, were absolutely Terrible! Every one tasted as if plastic was the major ingredient in the ice cream. The first time my family and I went there, over 3 months ago, the ice cream was runny, overpriced, and tasted as if it had been made with filthy socks in it. This time, it was even worse! I ordered a Fudge Sundae for my wife and got a cup of swirled ice cream with whipped cream and a cherry on top. Nothing about this "sundae" resembled a traditional fudge sundae. It looked more like a rainbow sherbet, and tasted like a chopped up, plastic milk carton.
We will never go to any Cold Stone Creamery in the future, and advise anyone looking for a truly good tasting, real ice cream establishment to seek out another place to get ice cream. You won't find it at this place!

They serve it in the coolest way, I love how the servers present our orders to us. My friends LOVE the selection of flavours. Will definitely go back for some more.

They banned me for life just because they broke health violations been over 10 years now they called the cops on me some cakes had a piece of hair inside of it that I had to pull out of my mouth

They provide an excellent service, which I can appreciate. This ice cream is my favourite. I like that we can choose any own flavour.

The description of the ingredients in the ice cream cupcake on the company's website, Door Dash, and Uber Eats for the Ice Cream Cupcake Variety 6 Pack ingredients is very misleading. When I ordered these ice cream cupcakes there was a description under the lid of the package which described all of the ingredients on each cupcake: High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated vegetable oil were the leading culprits along with every type of sugar, corn syrup, and artificial flavors. I expected sugar from Real ice cream but not the other fake ingredients. It would have been nice if they put the description of the cupcakes on their website as they put it underneath the package on the lid of the cupcakes so that I was allowed the option to see what the ingredients were in the food BEFORE my purchase from the store. There's whipped cream on top of the ice cream cupcakes so that may account for artificial ingredients. The 2 stars given are because the kids who ate them enjoyed the taste of the ice cream cupcakes. * Note: this purchase was made by me via Door Dash.

I got a strawberry milk shake and it was like drinking flavor milk, first time there last time there.

Its a go-to! Always prompt, choices are great and reasonable! Have used for many occasions, everyone loves an ice cream cake!
