“I bought the Insanity Workout from them”

I bought the Insanity Workout from them. 13 dvds - 5 were either missing material or skipped around. Collectfittness could not care less. The dvds were sent from Hong Kong, so returning them in order to get the credit card charge reversed is problematic. Beware!
