I got my first travel policy with them, ever.

I'm trying to submit a claim.

I've got a very standard travel claim under 1000 pounds.

It's my first policy and first claim with them ever.

Right out of the gate, they are treating me like some kind of criminal?

Oh I'm just speechless. No words.

I submitted a claim, and their first reply. The claim handler tells me that, I need to provide 13 documents? Not to mention all my personal info?

I'm not sure if their request is even legal.

They want this.

13 documents? To even start the process of the claim?

That's not even to pay a settlement.

They want this 13 documents, to even start the claim process?

Are they crazy?
