I am biased but I wanted to state that this business is founded on the age old tradition that our customers come first and will remain our customers if quality is delivered to them each and every time. We are a family owned operation that has been here for over 20 years. We are here to help you and make that repair process as seamless and easy for you as possible. We are NOT an average shop. We work hard to have trained techs who agree with our business theme: We are the best at what we do and there are NO short-cuts taken here. We will fix your car like it was our own.
Brown's Auto Center is a family owned and operated collision repair facility. We have established and met insurance companies AND vehicle manufacturers requirements for certified training and modern equipment to be an authorized repair facility for both. We realize your car is the 2nd largest investment you're likely to make and we are prepared to preserve it's value and your safety with our professional repairs. Our shop has state of the art repair equipment and certified and highly trained technicians (by I-CAR and ASE). We are in the 10% of shops in the state that have achieved I-CAR gold and we've done it 6 years strong. Each year every technician undergoes training specific to their skill levels and manufacturer certifications. We are currently certified by Ford, GM, Chrysler and Honda. We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our work and paint. Yes our paint color will match and it will stay on. If not - we do it over, no problem.
