This is a commercial real estate training company operated by Jason Gilbert. You sign up for a "free course", which is sent via CD, what the fine, fine, fine print says is after 30 days they are going to start billing your credit card $99.00 a month. Calls to their customer service office are not returned. You will, however, get calls from their sales department trying to sell you one of their seminar programs. My opinion - con artist.
