I ordered a pair of wrist guards (5120) for my son in accordance with the one size fits all and illustrations of the items I expected to purchase. However, the product I received was not one size fits all nor was it anything like the illustrations! I have been going around and around now for multiple weeks to try and get my money back which I was told they don't offer returns and that they are waiting for a reply from the manufacturer about the discrepancy! Its all bullcrap! Their customer service is terrible and they are doing everything to not give me my money back! This company should be looked into from a legal aspect!
This company took advantage of my elderly parents. They ordered a brace that ended up being too large, they called to exchange it and were told they needed to complete a form which would be emailed to them. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for the form they called back and we're told it would be sent, and again it was never received. The email address on file is correct because this company is sending spam and advertisements to their email address daily. My parents decided not to wait and returned the item without the form but with the paperwork it was received with. Months later my parents still haven't received the replacement brace and now they've been told the brace is no longer in stock, they won't refund the money and they've taken the original free shipping costs off of the cost of the brace so the credit on file is $13 less than what was spent. They keep trying to push them to use this credit for compression socks which they don't need.
Very good company to shop from and their website was exceptionally easy to navigate; I thought I would have trouble since it was my first time buying these things. But alas, I was pleased with the service, and will shop here again.
I really appreciate how easy it is to purchase great priced stockings on this site. The website is laid out very simplistically, and everything is easy to find. I purchased a couple pairs last week, and the order went very very smoothly. Free Shipping too! I received my order in only a handful of days.

The Juzo Soft (20-30 strength) was recommended for me by my PT. The fabric makes these the only compression garment I can tolerate for daily or frequent wear, as I have extremely sensitive skin (& I tried quite a few before getting this excellent advice). I'd recommend them to anyone with similar issues! I have them in both black & beige, & like that I can wear flip-flops with them for the greatest comfort.
After purchasing online and ordering my item to arrive in 2 days, I receive an email with a tracking number that doesn't work. I call them. Someone with the email *******@compressionsale.com tells me that I should send him an email back to receive the "right email with the tracking number". I asked for the status of my purchase, and he tells me that the item will arrive only on the 3rd business day, even though I paid extra to have my items delivered in 2 b. Days. He then starts to aggressively complain to me that I ordered the items too late, and that is my problem, not his. When I ask to talk with a supervisor, he says "he is the supervisor", rudely finishes the phone call, and hangs up. I'm appalled! Will never EVER again buy from this website.

I had to contact this company 3 different times, because I had so many questions about my product. They were available every single time I reached out - twice by chat, and once by phone. They were super friendly and encouraged me to reach out to them again, should I have any further questions. They gave me knowledgeable information that I wouldn't have gotten from any online description, and I felt like they were above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied. Very refreshing to see such enthusiastic, proactive customer service reps!
I purchased a couple pairs of hose from compression sale in February. I usually have a hard time putting on compression stockings, but the chat person Melissa, sent me a video link of putting on compression stockings. After watching the video, I decided to give it a try. I followed the instructions of the woman in the video and was able to put on my compression stockings the right way on the first try. Amazing. I also ordered some application gloves on their website. Very satisfied, with this company as they did that little bit extra that most companies should. I’ll be a loyal customer.

I Ordered $260.00 worth of numerous different brands of stockings on 4/7. They took the money out of my account on the 9th. I called them on 5/1 asking where my order was. No invoice sent to email. Asked to have invoice sent to email again and snail mail. They said order should ship in a few weeks. 30 days up soon for returns and no socks. Get order, many wrong sizes- my fault. Now too late to return. Tried to get exchange or store credit on unopened product and was denied. Called and was told they didn't have time to help me, they were too busy. $260 down the drain. WORST company EVER!
I am in agreement with ALL of those who say that this is the worst customer service ever. Didn't receive the two items I ordered after waiting for several weeks. When I contact them, they claimed to have contacted me to say one of the two items I had ordered was discontinued. OK maybe I missed a phone call (no messages I could find) but they certainly had my e mail address -- no contact I could find. I told them to cancel the order entirely. They sent me the remaining item anyhow. Then they charged me for both items, failing to refund my money for the discontinued pair. Had to contact them again. They are THE WORST. Don't order from this firm.
I ordered gloves to help put on compression sleeves and one glove came with the thumb totally stuck together. I was told by the customer service rep that it would be cheaper for me to just order another pair of gloves than to pay for shipping to send it back. I would NEVER order again from this company and hope to help others not get scammed by them too.

Seamless transaction as always. I've ordered this product several times because I initially needed it for swelling in my legs, but now I wear it to prevent swelling and for comfort.
