Concordautoprotect

12/26/23 mailed all documents to Concord and they were returned undeliverable. I emailed them to Abe Miller at Concord and received an email that the contracts have been cancelled and refund would be issued in 30 days. As of today 9/17/24 only one policy has been refunded and they were forced to refund by the bank as one policy was paid by credit card the other was on a debit card and Concord refuses to refund. Has left the owner Mr. Solomon messages and emails never a return call or email. His employees just give you the run around. The appear to read from a script and state your refund is in the que. This is the longest que. Please don't get taken by this company.
