I used Concorde Van Lines service for a downsizing move in NY -- packing everything, moving it a short distance, and setting things up. Christian and two other workers did a fantastic job. They packed all the items, were super careful and placed the stuff where we asked them. Recommended from my side!

The movers were great, helpful, and polite. Everyone was amazing at communicating with us throughout the entire process. Also, the estimate ended up being accurate to what we paid! Highly recommended!

They showed up with a considerable truck, moving blankets, dollies, and plastic wrap to ensure the safest transport of my belongings. They were very friendly and prompt. If I move again, I will 100% call them for help.

All of these positive reviews have got to be fake, perhaps by employees or friends. This company is absolutely criminal. Beware and do your homework. If the price seems good, you're probably being lured into a very common moving scam. They will give you a good quote with a money back guarantee, personalized customer service along the way. They'll take your deposit and you won't hear from them again. They are only a broker, when they send the Carrier (which is the company that owns the trucks) arrives, and informs you that it will be double what you were quoted. Concorde Van lines is a dishonest, sham of a company. They have a D- on BBB and they've only been in business under this name for less than a year. Once they get enough bad reviews they change their name. I can't warn you enough. Don't fall for it!

This company was awful. We signed contract months ago. They were to pick up on a Saturday. Sunday evening still not there and no return phone calls. Finally cancelled them on Monday and had to make other arrangements.

The team of four made my move a lot less stressful than I expected. They did all the hard work, respected my belongings, and were friendly and professional from quote through to moving me into my new home. They went the extra mile making sure everything was in place and fixed together before leaving. This was at the end of a very long day when they had been stuck on the highway for hours and had a long drive home. I've moved many times in my life and never has every single item survived the move - until this time! I can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend this company.

What an amazing experience! This place is very stunning! Workers went above and beyond the line of duty in their efforts to serve customers. To send large works of art, they came to my small store to wrap and pack them. It was a wonderful experience overall. Not only did they do an outstanding job, but they also gave us some great business advise that would save us money and help our company grow in the years to come.

Great service. They arrived on time and packed, moved, and unpacked in under 5 hours. Usually, you expect something to break when you move, not this time. Everything was intact. These guys were pretty laid back.
