Concorde Van Lines

I was really impressed with the Concorde Van Lines. Moving house is mega stressful, to say the least as I realized I had acquired so many things. The guys that arrived to help pack our items were friendly, decisive and upbeat. They had logical ideas - were professional, fast, and above all communicated very well. I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them either. Competitively priced amongst others too.

From the initial site visit through the entire moving process, Kenneth and Gilbert communicated with me at all times. The team was hard-working, courteous, and efficiently packed my belongings. I have a lot of delicate champagne flutes, wine & drinking glasses. Not a single breakage. That's impressive! They dismantled my beds and reassembled them in my new home effortlessly. My every request was met. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

During the move, my moving guys were super friendly and didn't seem at all jaded by the fact that all items had to be taken down three flights of stairs. They finished clearing out the apartment in two hours then moved everything in just the same time.

From the beginning, Concorde Van Lines was very responsive. They were on time, courteous, and answered all my questions. They were reasonable and didn't sneak in any fees at the end of the day. They did an excellent job unloading my belongings into my storage space. I could have never asked for a far better cross-country moving experience.

The team was excellent! This move was such an uncomplicated experience all the way around. From start to end, they were terrific! Most importantly, we received our stuff quickly! I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

The crew took apart my bed which was very complicated with many screws and bolts. When we arrived at the destination, they unloaded everything quickly, listening to where I wanted everything to be placed. Overall, it was a good moving experience.

I have singled out a couple of the staff but I don't have a bad word to say about any of them who were fantastic. They had questions but showed initiative clearly using their own experience and good thought. All those I dealt with along the way clearly enjoy working for this company and their honesty and commitment to the company says something. I was impressed at the quick turnaround as I had arranged this moving at short notice and then for it to be completed to precision is hugely appreciated. I have no doubt that I will use Concorde Van Lines in the future and would recommend them without hesitation!

The best deal in town for a small move, with excellent service. The movers were very communicative and courteous, worked efficiently, and took good care of my pieces. I hope I don't need to move again anytime soon, but I would use Concorde Van Lines!

Concorde Van Lines did such an outstanding job that I felt compelled to write a review. Miller provided stellar customer service, friendly and professional, extremely kind and responsive even on weekends. The movers who came to load the van as well as the driver were all equally incredibly nice and impressively efficient. Thanks for the fantastic work and experience!
