Anyone with a Harley should avoid Conrad's Harley Davidson in Shorewood, Illinois like the plague. Took my bike in to have the rocker box gaskets replaced as the front one had a small leak. When I got the bike back (3 weeks later) it was leaking worse than before. Brought it back and this time it took them 2 weeks and it was now leaking worse than the first repair. Then they had the nerve to ask me to give them the bike back for a 3rd try. I bought some gaskets and repaired it myself. Took all of 2 hours. Found they pinched the front gasket when replacing and they never replaced the rear one at all. When confronted with this information they refused to refund my $300. Can't emphasize enough to avoid this place at all costs.
