“Poor workmanship not accountable”

Hired to install complete AC system including the ductwork. 2 yrs later ducts were not properly attached air escaping in attic caused condensation & mold. Entire duct system had to be replaced they wanted over $5k. Catalyst AC did a great job fixing the mess but cost me a few grand. Cool Air denied responsibility. 3 companies told me the same thing about the poor workmanship of Cool Air. Photos are the my ducts installed by Cool Air (24 months after install).

Tip for consumers:
Cool Airs prices were high and quality was bad.
