It is not fresh and crisp. The furniture is den and dining furniture is very old with dirty upholstery. The mattresses in the bedroom belong in a dump. You should not go 14 years without updates in a vacation rental. It is dirty, dated and unkept. This Realtor, https://www.corabettthomas.com, should care more about it's reputation. Issues should be addressed and property should not be falsely advertised or as it was 15 years ago. Using rental for a cash cow and allowing mildew, mold and dust permeate the rental and still representing the property as it was 15 years ago is the height of disgusting human behavior and is a stain on the reputation if the Saint Simon's Island, Georgia community.
