Crook! Conman! Shyster!
Do not do business with this man! Ilan Shimon is not a licensed contractor!
He steals other licenses and use it for his own business preying on unsuspected clients.
He has been prosecuted and fined by the the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) for unlicensed practice of construction contracting multiple times!
