Do not purchase anything from this vendor. Their shipping takes forever and they lie on their website as to how easy some components are to install. They don't stand behind their lighting equipment at all and frankly have no business even selling any lighting for corvette vehicles. Also their technical support is a JOKE.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!

Got what I ordered in a timely fashion fair price happy with the product and the service. I recommend signing up for their newsletter for coupon codes that are randomly sent out.

Im sorry I didn't check these folks out before I bought. In my opinion they are dishonest. I ordered the wrong part from them, and when it arrived I discovered my error. I went to their web site and got a RMA for a refund.
I returned the part and heard nothing from them about my refund. After a couple of months, I contacted them and was told I had received a store credit. That isnt what they approved, so I refused that and again asked for
The refund they had agreed to. After many more steps, lies and delays that lasted weeks, they claimed the part I returned was not usable and refused to refund my money. I returned the part in the shipping container they used to send the part to me. I returned the part in the same condition it was in when I received it. They even sent me a photo that didnt show any damage. Somehow it took them about 4 months to get around to taking a photo! There are may better places to spend your money. Dont do it here.

I've always had a good experience ordering from corvette mods, never needed to return anything, the sales guys were always helpful with ordering what I need.

Ordered 2 parts from them. Requested cancellation of 2nd part immediately after ordering. Ignored my request until the part was in "processing" and couldn't be cancelled. Agreed they would refund me if I shipped it back. Received the parts, kept the 1st, and returned the 2nd as agreed upon. They sat on the transaction for 3 weeks before replying saying I took additional parts and they would charge me for the missing parts + 20% restocking fee. Currently filing with BBB and credit card for consumer protection. Jokes on them, I unboxed and reboxed the parts on my security camera.

I ORDERED A COUPLE OF PAINTED ENGINE COVERS FROM RPI ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM. AFTER TALKING TO A SALES REP AT CORVETTE MODS, THEY WERE ABLE TO EXPEDITE AN ORDER FOR A PAINTED STAINLESS STEEL COVER THAT HAS ALREADY ARRIVED AND IS A PERFECT MATCH TO MY FACTORY COLOR.

Trying for three months to get return info. No luck, no way to contact anyone when you call. Pretty sure they are scam artist. Pretty bad they s chose and sent wrong part, then this nonsense.

I was not happy with their service, either. They sell things that don't fit or work properly, the have you pay to return it, then deduct the shipping they would have charged from you refund. CROOKS!

I order a striping kit for my vett they provided it a tracking number after 10 days of waiting my order had not been ship I asked to please cancel the order and refund me they answered 4 days later and said the order couldn't be cancel because was already shipped I waited another 10 days the order still not been shipped but they refused to cancel and refund me the money the tracking number they provided indicates the order was never send but it doesn't matter to them I just want people to be aware of this scammers

Ive bought dozens of items online over the years with great results, but this has been and is a absolutely horrible experience. I Am out $300 for products they claim shipped, but were not in the package that I am now having to order from a different supplier even though Corvette Mods has been paid for them.

I Made 2 separate orders 2 days apart. Second order shipped and delivered no issues. From first order received one package with one of the six items ordered. There were two tracking numbers, but they turned out to be identical numbers. After being told different stories by customer service over 2 weeks, Customer service now says entire order was in one package, so if I got the $30 item, I got the entire $300 order. So basically they are saying Im too stupid to open a package or a liar. Two weeks ago they told me order was in multiple packages. A week ago it changed to certain parts needed to be custom made so order would ship that day or next day. A sad combination of dishonesty, arrogance, and ineptitude. Do yourself a favor and choose another supplier.

These guys are the absolute worst. I'll take your money but then customer service is awful. The owner does not care about anything but the almighty dollar. I would go elsewhere.

The Corvette Mods team was super helpful and informative and they exceeded my expectations.
I will definitely be back. Great experience and excellent customer service.

Originally purchased an item online which was never properly delivered. USPS lost my package in the mail. Corvette Mods instructed me to open an investigation to prove the item had been lost since the tracking stated it was delivered to my mailbox. I obliged and forwarded the case investigation report from USPS. Corvette Mods proceeded to tell me I am a liar and had actually received the package ignoring the case report from USPS stating the package had indeed been lost. I warned them I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if they did not refund my money or send another item in the mail. The charge was later disputed only to find Corvette Mods had saved my credit card information and fraudulently charged my credit card for an even larger amount than the previously placed order without my authorization. I was also notified via email from Corvette Mods the next day that I was accused of cyber theft and fraud. They threatened to take me to collections if I did not return the item they claim is in my possession (it's not) or pay them the money "I owe them". I refused. I sent them all the correspondence I had with USPS and even went as far as having a representative from USPS draft an email which specifically stated the package had been deemed lost. They have not responded to me and are currently under investigation by my credit card company for criminally charging my account without authorization. I had to cancel my credit cards and start over since they stole my personal information. These people deserve to be fined/arrested. Don't EVER purchase from this company. I beg you.

Ordered a jacket and floor mats. Got the jacket wrong size had to argue to get a RMA number. Finally got number and returned jacket. Disputed it with Discover and Corvettemod said they delivered both on the same tracking number. I got email after I disputed it they canceled the mats and turned me over to collection. But they want me to pay for the two items and I don't have either. Still working on it wth Discounts

Updating my review of Corvette Mods. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB contacted Corvette Mods and quickly resolved the issue. I didn't receive an in store credit, but received a better outcome of a full refund to my credit card from Corvette Mods. The refund came promptly within a couple days of contact by the BBB. I'm raising my Corvette Mods rating to a 2 since I did receive a refund. If I was rating the BBB of Texas, they would get a 5 excellent.

Returns will not happen for weeks. You have a problem with an order when it is there mistake and you are the criminal! They get there parts from other countries and they will not return items unless the foreigners accept the exchange or refund.

It would be too long to go into details about the four transactions I have with this horrible company but I'll shorten it by saying they are easily the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. They send items that are badly damaged plus they send items that should only cost maybe two dollars or less for postage and charge you nine or $10. I have run a very successful mail business for 42 years and I know that charging excess postage is the biggest con in the mail order business and they are a prime example of a company that specializes in such a practice as this. Beware and DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM!

I called to place an order and asked that they check stock. Was told it was in stock. Was told it would ship that day. Checked the next day and it hadn't shipped. Called back and was assured it would ship that day. Was given a tracking number. Tracked the next day and noticed that it wasn't the right number. Called again and was told that my order was shipping TO THEM and would ship to me when they received it. 3 lies in a row, I canceled the order.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE VERY NICE WHEN YOU ORDER SOMETHING BUT IF YOU TRY AND RETURN SOMETHING THEY ACT LIKE FOOLS AND GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR ITEM! IN MY BOOK THAT IS CALLED STEALING!

Been trying to get in contact for days... no response. Horrible company to deal with! This is not the first time I had an issue with these guys. Shame on me for trying again

I ordered a pair of dash speakers for my 74 Corvette roadster. Three weeks later a beat up, water stained, moldy, frayed, crushed box with at least two prior labels arrived in the mail. One of speakers was crushed and in pieces. Notified Corvette Mods and requested a return label and started getting the run-a-round. Asked for photos of the box, sent them. Then they wanted photos of the speakers, sent them. Then asked for a resend in JPEG format even though the original sends were in JPEG. Finally sent multiple versions of 10 photos showing the mold, crushed box, and broken speaker. Next msg from them was to submit a Request For Return and attach photos. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Every time I call Customer Service I've spoken to a guy with a heavy eastern European accent who seems only able to ask for photos. Total ripoff!
