Once you pay, they don't care about you. Received half of what I ordered. Sent an email to their Sales and to their Service departments with no response. I will not buy from them again. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

We never got the license plate frame we ordered and Corvette Mods will not refund our money. We contacted them at least five times and we were told that they would get back to us, but they never did.

Very excited about my recent order, the unique hydro carbon finish definitely looks great on my vette. Been telling all my club members about their large selection of products for weeks.

I put in an order for rear spoiler winglets and clear wicker for my C7 Z06 on November 1st 2019. After I called about my order, I was told it wouldn't be shipped for about 30 days with the excuse that it was due to the GM strike. I said what does the GM strike have to do with what I ordered. Another excuse I was given was part of my order was custom. Another lie. I cancelled my order and they confirmed in the email dated November 7th that they put the cancellation order in. I am now in a dispute with my credit card company because the company is saying that they shipped the parts and they were received. Why would they ship over a week later after my call as they claimed, after saying that it would take a month and after saying they put the cancellation order in. This company is the worst Corvette aftermarket company I have ever dealt with and I am warning people to stay away. How you can conduct a business with no integrity is beyond me.

I continue to try to resolve a problem. They shipped me another customer's order and said they would send me a replacement. They told me to let them know if I had not received it 5 days ago. I have called them numerous time and sent numerous emails with not response. When I did get Ginger in customer service, I was disconnected 3 out of 3 times. They have a history of treating customers like this.

* They were removed as a vendor listing on CorvetteForum.com several years ago. Check out the feedback you will read on this site.

* There is a pattern in their reviews. It is interesting that there are multiple bad reviews in a row, spaced out over maybe a month's time. Then all of a sudden, there are 4 or 5 new outstanding reviews all on the same day to help these reviews slide to the front of the line. Each of these positive reviews since the last of a series of negatives, were done in 1 day, all by first time reviewers that just joined this month. Coincidental? I think not. I do believe they are padding there problems with positive reviews they create themselves. It is just too obvious.

Do not do business with Corvette Mods. You will regret it.

Very poor service. Placed order two months ago still have not received my product. I was told by customer service if I cancel the order I will pay 25% fee of the cost. Do not use this company

Great place to do business with! I've ordered a couple things from them and never had any problems. Quick shipping and responses from customer service. Will definitely buy more from them!

This company sucks $#*! don't come here they sale you parts that don't fit! Worst place to buy car parts never in my life have I met a company this bad

Placed my order on March 3rd 2022. They charged my credit card on March 4th. Today is March 10th and my order is still "processing". I have sent them two voice mails, and have received two e-mails from them. The first one, dated March 7th stated that my order was being shipped that day. It has NOT been shipped. The second e-mail I received from them on March 9th stated that my order was being processed and would take up to three days to process. I placed the order on the 3rd, they billed my credit card on the 4th, today is the 10th and my order is still being "processed" after they told me it was being shipped on the 7th?

WARNING Be careful if you order *******@corvettemods.com I Ordered and paid for a carbon fiber front splitter on 8-31 2 weeks later I find out that it is on back order and they have no idea when it will be available... ok I'll wait but can you change the shipping address as I am in the process of changing jobs and don't want it shipped to a place I will no longer be at... They refused even after sending them a pic of my license, gun permit and my business card to prove I am who I say I am... I also bought a wing in magnetic red wing on 9-5-17 Which they have sent the wrong color two times Well I'm shipping the second one back Monday and Wednesday is my last day at current job... guess what despite $#*!ing up 2 times they refuse to ship to my home address Jessica in customer service was borderline rude and combative... I just cancelled both orders and will be bringing my business elsewhere... Big mistake cause I buy a lot of vettes and you all know I mod even my flip cars... Sorry for rant but I'm pissed!

Ordered rotors and brakes, the customer service person was helpful to make sure I got the right parts for my Vette. Very quick shipping too... I'd order again for sure.

Purchased C4R inspired High Rise Hood Addition to your C4 Corvette, no email on purchase from Corvette Mods for two weeks had to ask for confirmation of purchase and item tracking item not as described as on their web page, bond on installation only found out drilling and cutting into corvette hood was necessary to install the hood I emailed Corvette Mods for more instructions, told me to get them from the manufacturer emailed no answer went back to Corvette Mods no answer.

I ordered a early 93 serpentine belt and they sent me the wrong one so I asked to return it then they wouldn't respond and wouldn't send me a returning label I'm NOT paying to return something you guys messed up on but they don't care and after two weeks I paid to send it back and sent them the screenshot confirming it had arrived and that I want a full refund so now I got a email telling me to wait 2 days for it to be processed and I better get my money back this website lost me as a customer forever I do not recommend ever buying from this site they are unprofessional

I had a show this weekend and another part supplier failed to get what I needed to me in time

I called the other company and told them to cancel the order

Got a hold of corvette mods and they were able to overnight what I needed

Everything was as described and went perfectly

Ordered a lubricator attachment for a c3 speedometer cable. Ordered it on the 8th. Money was taken out the 9th. 4 and a half business days I see that it still hasnt even shipped. When I called I was told it can take up to 5 days for any given part to ship. Asked for a refund if the part wasnt shipped. Suddenly they tell me that all refunds must be submitted via email to a different department. I then get a email with a new tracking number in it. The email basically was trying to tell me that issue was resolved and that it was in the hands of USPS. What a surprise the tracking number was invalid. Didn't even look like a USPS tracking number. I filed a dispute with my bank immediately. I'm not playing games with these clowns. Filed a report with BBB. Its clear they are running some sort of grey market enterprise. Grey market is generous. I think this is total sham of a company that's made most of its money by robbing honest people. STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

I have ordered and purchased a number of items from Corvette Mods ranging from small interior parts to body panels for a C6 & a C7. I would always recommend them... Fast and quality

I ordered a headlight switch for my 1977 Chevy corvette and they sent me the wrong one, I tried returning it and they give me the run around, it's been 1 month and this scam of a company keeps issuing excuses about how there "claims" department will get back to me but they never do. I emailed them and they rejected my return request. So I sent my part back without there return request I paid for my return and they got the part and never ever return me my money. I am out 45$ plus my 7$ shipping fee. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!

When receiving my ZR 1 wing for my Corvette Z06, it did not include the mounting hardware. I contacted CorvetteMods customer service to inform them that the hardware was missing and that the rear of my car had been removed and I needed the screws as soon as possible. I asked that they send the hardware express or at the very least, priority shipping. Instead, they acted as if it was my fault that the shipment was incomplete, and, that I was causing them a huge inconvenience. After sending them pictures of the items that I received in the package as requested, they still acted as if I were not telling the truth about the hardware not being included. Finally, I was given a tracking number for the missing hardware package that was to be shipped to me. When checking the tracking number for the shipment 8 days later, it showed that the package label was created but the package had not been picked up for shipping. It took over 2 weeks to receive the missing hardware. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company due to their unwillingness to resolve this issue, they accused me of cyber theft and threatened me with legal action. At the end of the day, once this company has your money, they could care less about you as a customer. If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, good luck with getting them to work with you to get the issue resolved.

Please know it takes a lot for me to take the time to write reviews but if me writing this can avoid any of my fellow car lovers from going through the same pain then it will be worth it. On 2 September I ordered a part from Corvette Mods. I clearly asked how long will it take for this part to ship and was told about a week and a half. Now I'm a reasonable guy, especially in this current COVID environment, so when it came to be three weeks I called to see what was up. When you pick the customer service option, you will not get Corvette Mods but will be directed to a call center (not in the US) and they will take your order # and tell you that they don't have the details as to where your part is but that "someone will get back to you with 3 business days with an update". To me. This was not acceptable. So I called back and hit the sales option and asked to speak to a manager... I was sent right back to the same call center. They sent me to a "manager" at this call center and was told that it would be another 3-4 weeks for delivery as the were manufacturing the par?. For the record, they charged my card the day I placed the order for the full amount. I am now going through the process of trying to cancel the purchase with my Credit Card. Heed this warning. There sales team will tell you what you need to hear to get your $$$ and there in no recourse when you don't receive it. No one will talk to you from the actual company. No one will call you back. Not having this part delayed being able to paint a customers car for 3 weeks... and counting? As others have said, STAY AWAY!

Very rude and unhelpful in getting any information. They will not help you and tell you that you need to contact another department, without even letting you know how! Ridiculous!

Bought a rear bumper. Asked if it would fit my year and make, was assured, and remark is on their web site. Ordered it, took over 3 weeks to arrive, 30 day return policy, wasn't worried about not fitting since asked 3xs if it would fit. Paid 500$ finally ready to install bumper, 50 days after ordering, Doesn't fit, not even close, a total joke and rip off, call, email and fill our return request. Total run around. I was denied and told to bad, past return date for item. WHAT A COMPETE RIP OFF PLACE AND JOKE. BEWARE DO NOT USE THEM!
