So after finding out my front splitter was going to take another 3-4 weeks after I already waited over 2 weeks I called & emailed them a couple times & after dealing with 3 different people they let me change my order... great... or not. It cost me another $150. On top of the $699.99 I was spending it was supposed to ship that day 4/2/18 I kept watching for a conformation or tracking # "nothing" I sent an email & called they finally put me on with the original person I talked to Monday & she tells me they went to ship it & realized it needed to be re clear coated & won't ship for a couple more days ARE YOU KIDDING ME.! What kind of business operates like this. I'm 53 years old & been buying parts since I was 16 & never had to write a review. Gloves are off called my C. C. company & contacting the Texas attorney generals office P. S I ordered my exhaust from a Summit Racing last night & will have it in 2 days why can't these idiot's fiqure out how to ship parts like this Ed W.

I run a shop out of southwest Colorado and have used Corvette Mods twice. Both times they have sent me the wrong product and instead of fixing the problem and sending out the correct product. They will make you jump through hoops with their return service. Over two weeks to receive product and then they want me to send it back and wait another 2 weeks. I cater to major Corvette clubs in our area and clients and myself are truly disappointed in this company.

I purchased a C8 engine lighting kit - initially thought reasonable priced, cheaply made, no instructions, no customer service at all. They make it impossible to connect with them - they should be embarrassed with both their product and non/existent customer service. I would never do business with these people!

Corvette sent me a part that was supposed to fit my car but part was made incorrect. When I talked directly to the Manufacture (American Car Craft) and sent them photos they apologized and asked me to return the part and their would be no Restocking charge.
Well over three weeks later after several emails and phone calls I finally got a partial credit Minus $33.75 and $13.00 shipping for an incorrect part that was shipped to me in error.
Rated Corvette Mods a one Star because that was the lowest option.

Had a defective part sent to me and they make it impossible to return it. Had to eat $400. Hardly never answer their phones. However, if you get lucky enough for them to answer. There customer service department is nasty people working there. Also can't understand a word they say. Don't even deserve one star. Here's to you Corvette mods!

I ordered, got a wrong part. They put you through all kinds of trouble. Wanting pictures of what THEY sent you for return. I got a tracking number for 4 items shipped but only one came. These people just take orders and then go to the various vendors and they ship from all over I guess. Not the best company I have ever dealt with. I recommend seeking other vendors.

I ordered 2 ceramic mugs. Paid $38.97. They arrived broken. I didn't even fully remove them from the original packaging. I took pics and emailed the company. It took days for any response I even tried calling which was a total waste of time. Finally I got a RMA number and it cost me $13.00 in shipping to return the very broken products. See attached photos. I was notified that they received the items back and will have to file a claim with the shipper then they will get back to me. Are you serious? Any claim they have to put in with the shipper is their problem. I either want a replacement or a refund. This company is horrible with standing behind their product and customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! $42 later and I have nothing but a headache. It has been 1 month so now it's time to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

I have been ordering from Corvette Mods for years, they have been solely responsible for the restoration of my 1974 Corvette. I truly believe that the service they provide regarding any returns or product questions is far superior to other online Corvette stores. I highly recommend them and advise to check regularly because they are always adding different items, that I "cant live without" :)

This company is run by idiots and scam artists! The customer service knows nothing about the product they claim to sell you. I say claim because i ordered some seat belts from them and just kept being told they are on "back order" I asked for a refund and they refused!

I ordered a $450 custom painted trunk spoiler, for my 2019 Corvette and some jackass just threw it into a box and shipped it across the country, without proper packaging! Both corners have chipped paint. I've read that returning items to Corvette Mods is a nightmare, so I guess that I'm stuck with getting a local painter to fix it. DO NOT order anything that gets painted from these morons!

Wanted to charge me to re-do a part that I never got the first time right...my color selection was correct on my order form yet the vendor sent another color and cor vet mods wants to charge me. Unreal

Another customer had returned an item that I needed and they charged me $60 to overnight it to me. I can't find a company that charges that much for shipping. Then my dealer was able to get the part and they won't take it as a return, claiming it is a "special order" item. Even though it was sitting literally on the shelf at their warehouse in Ft Worth. What a crock of horse crap! Losing a customer forever over a $49 part, plus $60 to ship it!

Been ordering parts for the past couple months and have had no major issues. Most parts are cheaper and in stock with this company versus others like mid america and corvette central. Will continue to recommend to my corvette club.

Of the 2 items I ordered both were miss represented... the first was indicated as new and ended up being and NOS part that had also been refurbished. The price I paid was high, but I expected a new product. In efforts to get CM to do something as a remedy they just continued to rebuff any ideas around a partial refund to compensate me. The second item pictured a wiring harness associated with the product... when it arrives, no wiring harness! As before CM not interested in offering any remedy... I'm done with these jokers they miss represent the products they sell and are not interested in your satisfaction.

Bought leather car seats w/ torch red stitching for my C5. Was sent the wrong color and then I had to pay $192 to return the seats. CorvetteMods would not cover the cost for the return item even though they screwed it up. Very poor customer service.

I live in Hawaii, which makes it very difficult and expensive to get any parts for anything. But Corvette mods got my order to me incredibly quick and without too much hassle. I got the full lens blackout kit for my C5. The product was great. It went on with ease and looks great. One of the side marker lenses fell off while I was driving though. So I dont have those on anymore. But all in all, I am very satisfied with the product and service.

If I could give a 0/5 I would. Returns department will not work with you. Part was falsely advertised to fit a specific make and model, pictures were provided to prove the problem, and they wouldn't take any blame saying it was "the right part so not our problem". Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

As a new Corvette owner I have ordered many items from these guys only to find out some show up in a normal time span but some have taken well over a month because they're not in stock but you are not notified when you place the order. Highly annoying.

Just a follow up on my last review. After writing my initial review they immediately replied to my email REQUESTING my review be removed. I offered to remove my comment as soon as the problem was resolved. Unfortunately still to this day I have no had any kind of communication back from the company. My lowering bolt still will not go in. I would not recommend to anyone even if this was your last resort. Rather pay more and actually get a good product instead of trying to save a penny and end up losing in the end anyway. They also denied a refund and I would return everything sent to me. Such a shame as a corvette owner I want my options avail where I shop. This sure won't be the place.

After horrible dealings with other corvette vendors my husband and I stumbled across corvette mods. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the parts i needed and made sure everything arrived on time!

I have a 1984 Corvette that is currently being restored. I waited until the winter to do my interior. After shopping around, Corvettemods had the best selection for the price and I was able to get all products in the correct color. A few parts have already arrived and look great, still waiting on a few of them.

They told me the manufacturer advised them to cancel the order because they would be unable to fulfill the order. That was 3 weeks ago, and 8 calls ago. As of right now, they have cancelled the order (finally), but yet to refund my money. On 3 different occasions, I asked to speak to a manager, and was told they were busy, but they would have them call me back. I never received a single communication from anyone at that company. At this point, I may have to get an attorney involved to get my refund. Do not deal with this company unless you are willing to throw your money away.

Oh yeah, when you call, after being on hold for approximately 90 seconds, a recording says they are experiencing higher than normal call volume, then instead of leaving you on hold, it disconnects you. This means you must call multiple times before getting to speak to anyone.

I ordered a pair of side skirts and spoiler for my 2018 Grand Sport. After a wait (for the item to be custom painted), the parts were shipped. They arrived in great condition and match my factory paint perfectly!
