This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.

After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

Painted fender extension for c7 came with cracked paint. I was instructed to return it and they would exchange it. I sent it back before their stated deadline, thinking they would reimburse me for shipping since THEY shipped a bad part! In my many emails and calls, my questions were avoided. Then they stopped returning my calls. They didnt even acknowledge the BBB in their effort to reach out to them. Their guarantees are no good! You take a chance when ordering from corvette mods!. If u get the wrong part, Or defective part, by no fault of you... according to them, the burden of returning... its on YOU! The consumer!

Corvettemods has helped me purchase multiple products for my 1977 and 2014 Corvettes. They always answer any questions I have and walk me through the process of getting the best deals. Have had no issues with them and highly recommend getting products through them.

Seal looks nothing like what I ordered 1/4 inch piece of rubber that would stick to nothing, called them. Have to go on line to return go on line to fill out form video has no sound and no full screen, what a joke.

Buy something from Corvette mods and try to get your money back. Bought an item was told would work with my car. Corvette mods admitted it was their mistake and 3 weeks later they still are holding my 500.00 bucks with excuses. Their return policy as I was told. You get your money back when you get it. Tom

They have a set of LED's on their website for sale for stock gauges. The photo they used is my photo of my aftermarket gauges. I told them they were misrepresenting what they are selling and they just blocked me and left it. The funny thing is that they are obviously not stock gauges as there is no clock.
I have heard stories for years of people being ripped off by this company and tell everyone I know to stay away.

Bought a HID Conversation kit for a Corvette. Was Cheap, hacked up, plastic, missing parts, missing instructions, missing wiring diagrams. Contacted them. They couldn't have cared less. Checked BBB. Seems this is there Normal.

Ordered horns from these people. After nearly 4 months of them promising order will arrive in a couple of weeks,
I was told to wait another 8 weeks. I cancelled my order they will not refund my money. They claim because I do not have paypal account any more they will not issue a refund. I guess they plan to keep my money. I will not use the store credit they decided to issue instead of a refund. In my opinion it is fraud to sell items you do not have nor do you have any idea when you will get them.

I purchased A set of door SS scuff guards for my C6.
Followed instructions to the letter, used test tape as instructed and the panel did not stay on. Contacted A person by the name of Mike and asked for A refund. And he send me to Lisa. To make A long story short they decided I did not install them properly and they will not refund. But they will sell me another set for 10 percent off the $204 which the first set was purchased for.
As I said The instructions were followed to the letter.
So I have A set of scuff guards which did not work which I will take every Show I go to and tell them where I got them

Ordered a set of screens for my Corvette C5.2 of the screens were wrong items. Seller said I should know what I was buying. Emailed detailed photos clearly showing one set of screens was even marked the wrong screen. Still did not want to do anything. All I wanted to do was exchange the 2 that were the wrong ones. Totally uncooperate. Then to top it off, I returned to the shipping address on the package and RECEIVED NO REFUND because they wanted me to send to another address. $89. I am in Phoenix and they are not. What can a person do? Check them out on eBay and see the numerous negative feedbacks. Notice the type of negative feedbacks. Hey, people make mistakes, but when you see the nature of the negative feedbacks, that pattern is there. If you need something taken care of, forget about it. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

This is the worst company that I had to deal with. They will take your money in sec, but when you don't receive your order and you try to call them back OMG. They will say ouuu I'll create the ticket and i will send message to other team and they will contact you in 3 business days. They think that I will just band over and take it in $#*! with no vaseline. Horrible people.

Order five items on 30 Sept 2018, receive one item pretty quickly, 2nd item came 5 weeks later ended up sending it back because I couldn't use it. The other 3 items never did see, they kept saying they are on back order. After two and a half months I said enough is enough, so I called to cancel the order and a guy told me the cancellation was put in 18 Dec 2018. 9 Jan 2019 roll around still no refund, so I ended up calling my credit card company and filling a dispute and a few days later my card was refunded. Trust and believe the people who are leaving one star reviews are not exaggerating, everything they saying are 100% on the money

They send you what they call "custom painted parts" got them within a week. One winglet was chipped and the other winglet had heavy grit immeded in the paint. The stage 3 wickerbill came all scratched.*** someone else returned these and they tried to stick me with them. Then they charge me a 15% return fee to send their crap back.

Don't purchase anything from them, you've been warned!

Order a weatherstrip seal and then realized I had already ordered the same item from another vendor. I immediately (within 2 hours of placing the order) send an email to customer support asking to cancel the order. Then the next day called an spoke to a rep asking the same thing. I was told it would be cancelled. Then later the order shows up away. CorvetteMods is requiring that I go through the return process and will not pay return shipping! Will NEVER order from these people ever, ever again!

I have two orders with this company. The first was a painted part that did not match the color one my Grand Sport. I returned and no refund was given. The second was a cover for my Vette. It was never sent but I was still charged. PaPal has not even helped because they have gotten very good at bogus tracking info. They will not answer customer service calls once they know your number. This is a very unscrupulous company. You should be very carful.

My ex used my email address to order from them about 5 years ago. I have unsubscribed at least 5 times and even called them twice asking to be removed from their email list. Recieved 2 sales emails from them just this week. Thanks for the very irritating regular reminder of a bad time in my life.

Bought after market HID lights for my 97 C5. Received the lights, took them to my dealer to have them professionally installed. Neither high beams worked. Called several times, emailed them, requested an RMA. Nothing. Do not buy from this company. I will file with BBB and the FTC. I might file suit. These people should not be allowed to be in business.

My new fuel rails arrived yesterday and I was a bit concerned to be honest about the paint match with it being a metallic red.

Corvette Mods got the color PERFECT!

I will not hesitate to show others what I'm packing now!

Ordered a $13 part, paid $7 shipping fee. Part only worked sporadically. I jumped through their hoops requesting an exchange, thinking the part was defective. They demanded I return the part, paid $4.55 to return it. They issued me $13 store credit and won't waive the shipping fee, also won't return my money. So, a defective $13 part will end up costing me $37.55. I will not order from them again. I also ended up NOT reordering the part, electing to eat the $13 rather than give them another dime.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T USE THIS SITE!

Products used:
None. I ended up letting them keep $13 of mine rather than have to pay shipping for the third time (initial order, return, then replacement order) for a defective part.

Bait and switch... They have stolen pictures of products other legitimate companies sell and they would switch it with something else and then they would blame you for not reading their two word description line

Bought an optispark cable that wasn't needed. Never even opened the package. The return process wanted me to attach three pictures of the item! I've never been through such BS for a return. Tried to contact these folks including the owner about the issue but it is impossible.

Stay away.

This company doesn't care anything about you they send damaged parts and parts with no hardware and will send you the wrong parts and if they don't have it they will send wrong year color what ever they want. I was stupid didn't check the reviews and if you buy from these guys you will write a review for sure.

Do not buy from them.

If you want to throw away good money, order from this company. They sold me a factory defective, headlight actuator and I wasted hours putting it on, running vacuum tests and then taking it off, only to have to buy one from another company. Their Chinese made C3 headlight actuators are defective.

Then they wouldn't refund the money. Customer service can be best described as customer harassment. When I disputed the charge, they threatened to send me to collections.

My order took 5 weeks longer than estimated(side pipes and header kit for c3). Not only was it late, it was missing the pipes the muffler and all the fittings as well as damage to the header! Customer service has not responded to my numerous emails and I even called and was promised a return email. Nothing! Go with ecklers or anyone else really. Absolute horrible all around!

I ordered a front license plate bracket painted blade silver, received bracket and paint was defective on both top corners and along top back edge and run on side, these defects would all be visable after install. I sent pics to corvette mods clearly showing defects. I received a response from Lisa it stated custom painted parts were normally not returnable but in this case they would refund the item if I returned at my expense or they would exchange or replace the item, since this part was for my corvette and expensive I expected it to be a quality part and it was not so i wanted a refund, I sent an email requesting a RA # and I would be happy to pay the shipping. Now I have emailed 3 times and left a message 2 times and have heard nothing. I am a business owner myself and would never let this happen to my customers therefore I would not recommend doing business with corvette mods

Purchased a rack and pinion assembly. Item was put on back order for months. When pressed for a refund they generated a false shipment to a different address to avoid Paypal refund. Paypal was no help in the matter either.
