This Company should not be in business! They have charged me for a cam that is one price on their site & bill you 133$ more when the confirmation email is received. 4monrhs later i still have not received what I paid for not to mention they keep billing me every month for same product & had to close down my credit card. Haylee & Kim are horrible reps that answer phone and do nothing but bs me. I have sent a letter to the attorney general on them now. Read their reviews from BBB in Texas, Yelp, the corvette forums and many others. I wish I had before placing an order. I don't know how they are still in business. Any review that is positive must be them writing their own reviews! Do your homework before giving your info to them!

Simply charge this back to your CC under the Fair Credit Billing Act which specifically covers "charges for goods not delivered as agreed" and "significantly not as described product/goods". Do not mess around with his little "RMA" process. He will lie and put fake tracking numbers into the disputes or, in my case simply put "item never received back". This guy is a fraud and a scumbag. Last Summer he tried to steal $140 from me: This Summer is going to be the worst Summer of his life for it.

Also, if he does dissemble and finagle and submit fraudulent tracking numbers or lie about receiving the product back simply report him for interstate fraud on www.fbi.gov

Not sure what the incentive is for people writing these fake reviews over the last 30 days but the reality is this company is under investigation and being pursued by several litigators for fraud. Don't buy anything from here. Check out Yelp and the Better Business Bureau for the REAL story.

I ordered a part and they could not find it as being shipped. It was not listed as a trackable item within the USPS network. CM said it was shipped, USPS has no tracking documentation and I do not have a product. I want a refund on my purchase and CM is struggling with a solution thinking it is my responsibility to follow up on the item. Also it took 9 days to process the order apparently from the time I ordered it to when they said it was put into USPS hands. Far to long IMO. Find another source for your items as these guys are not accountable or responsible when it comes to on line shopping.

I NEVER write reviews, generally I take my lumps and move on. But this is really NOT good business practice. I needed 1 part (a courtesy light timer) and ordered it last Wed, and paid for it with paypal the same day. I looked today on their website, no eta for shipping. I called the "customer service number" 3 times, only to be hung up on 3 times. I then emailed the "*******@corvettemods.com" and the reply was that the part had to be manufactured, and it will take approx 10 days to make it and THEN it will ship. I replied that I couldn't wait 2 weeks, and would appreciate a full refund and I will source the part elsewhere. I was then told that they do not do refunds after the part has been ordered. But... I never got the part, it has never been made, and it has never shipped. Lousy company, I am taking my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates a business relationship, and doesn't mislead the customer.

Received in a damaged part due to being stuffed in a box with other parts ordered. Poorly packaged. It's been 2 weeks, numerous emails that take days to respond and phone calls with a foreign answering service, you can't talk with anyone @ corvetteMods. They want me to do all the work for a claim with shipping company for something they package poorly. All I want is a full refund and to ship the $100.00 part back, all I'm getting is the runaround. STAY AWAY FROM CORVETTEMODS!!!

Company is a fraud. Returned product that wasn't up to standard for the money. They kept my product without refunding it. Had to get my bank involved and still don't have my product or all my money. BUYER BEWARE

Corvette Mods sent me the wrong part after their sales member confirmed the part was correct on the phone several times. I tried returning the part but their returns department is completely separate/outsourced from their sales team. They are not affiliated in any way. They said the part had to be returned in 7 days or they would not give me a refund. I was on vacation at the time so I am stuck with the wrong part. I can't believe they are still in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Should be called Corvette Frauds! Ordered a Zr1 front bumper splitter for my c6, it comes used, scraped up, cracked in multiple places, i call they said i need to send them pictures. A bit agitated because i dont have time to take pictures and play the email game. Reguardless i send them pics of the damage product, wait a day no response, i email them no response. I called multiple times they ignore me, finally when i got ahold of someone they said oh well thats not my department, had to open a case on pay pal and waited over a month to get my money back, and to top it all off, when i sent the bumper lil back $70 dollar shipping fee, worst business in the world shut them down please

One-person show (Tyler). He's got your money before he does anything with an order. This is really a SCAM!

I bought a new steering wheel for my c6 and after 5 weeks of no tracking information and no package delivered I started calling them and all I got was some rude call center guy telling me shipping department will send me an email within 24hr, got the same answer three different times and no email no information and no support from these people. I had to file a PayPal dispute to et my money back. STAY AWAY.

I had to chase them after almosty 2 months of no product and no communication.
I was finally told the product I wanted is on back order till end of the year!
They advertise product for sale they dont even have!

Bought two items two different times returned one was sent back to me saying it was damaged of which it wasn't. Bought a second item tried to send back no luck getting RMA over phone call tried on line would not take my email address. Iwill go through amazon next time

If I could have given them a (-5) I would have. When you are buying parts for a high end C8 you expect the company selling the parts to have high end parts. Not peal and stick lights. I spent over $400 and got something I wouldn't put on my kitchen cabinets. I would never put them on a high end car. They do not carry a quality product and they do not stand by there product. They make it impossible to talk to a manager when you have a problem or even get the name of a manager. They are unwilling to take a return that has never even been out of the box. I will never buy from them again. Worst experience with an on line retailer ever.

I orderd a st of fuel injectors, they are about the size of sparkplugs, so the box is very small, they wanted $40 to ship to hawaii AND to take 12 days! They are obviously going to put it on the slow boat instead of air shipping. I can send a package that small in 3 days for that kind of money. What a joke. Well i cacelled the order right away.and now im getting the runaround trying to get my $190 back. They love taking your money quick but dont like giving it back.

They mailed me the wrong taillight for my car. They asked me for a photo of what I received. I sent it. I Never heard back from them. I Have sent at least 4 messages. So I am stuck with a $54 taillight that I dont need

I ordered multiple parts for my 1978 Corvette about 90% of the inside from them. My last parts to order are the seats and covers about 1k more then some misc. Parts.
These guys sent me a 199.00 part that did not fit or work as described on there website
I asked for a return 4 days after i received it and they denied the return. I told them they needed to take responsibility and return this as it is fraud!

Look at my pictures, the fiberglass mold was never tested to see if it would work.

They did not do anything so I went to the BBB left a bad review, got a notice from BBB that Corvette Mods said I was not a customer. These guys are shady do not buy from them. I will be finalizing all my other parts somewhere else.

Corvette Mods are scammers. They take your money and good luck to get a reimbursement if you return any part.
I did return fog lights (bad quality) and it took 11 months to get a reimbursement...

Stay away from Corvette Mods, go shop at West Coast Corvette, they are waaaaay better. Their service is excellent. Refunds with WCC are almost instantaneous and they will even ship new parts before you return any part for part exchanges.

CORVETTE MODS = waste of time = hours on the phone and hours writting emails to their Customer service. I had enough.

Needed more info than I could find on the website, so I called the directly. The. Agent who I spoke with was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. My order arrived on time
And was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend Corvette Mods.

As a new vett e owner i followed a link from a forum and accidentally order some items which turned out to be for a targ a which I needed a targa. No just wanted to return the wrong part and get the correct one which was more expensive. I called and was told that I had to go to another website and create an account. I shipped unopened parts back and ups tracking show it was received 7 days ago and the end website still says it is waiting on returns. I am calling the credit card company tomorrow to contest the change. I had shipment sent to work and can prove all parts were unopened deviCes and shipped back and no one will help me. I just received church the end web site. Horrible horrible customer service STAY AWAY

I ordered ball joints, tie today, bushings, shocks etc and they did not send me the rear shocks. Very difficult to deal with them to get the rear shocks sent to me. The parts finally arrived about a month later so I scheduled the repair. Mechanic let me know the rear shocks were the wrong ones so I told him to just get the correct ones and install them. A week after the repair I contacted corvette mods that I would like to return the rear shocks and they told me the 45 day return policy had expired and I could not return them.

Corvette Mods customized several products for me. Ecklers would not.
Corvette Mods knew way more about parts and could answer my questions. Ecklers couldnt answer most of my questions.
Corvette Mods shipping was reasonable with quick arrival. Ecklers had ridiculous shipping fees.
