This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.

After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

Article as described and works efficantly. Postage to Australia was very quick which will mean I will be using Corvette Mods next time and will not need to shop around.

I found their advertisement for an Ignition shield and box and cap assembly on their web site for a great price. Went to purchase it and there were two option in their drop down box. One was for a cap and the price matched the advertisement, the other was a box and it was much higher. I confirmed my order that said a box and cover. Received an email that confirmed my order for a box and cover. Receive a cover from corvette connection in the mail. I contacted corvette mod and asked them to send me the box as the advertisement was for a box and cover. They told me everyone hates making a mistake that I only purchased a cover. The only mistake made was trying to buy from them. I told them the cover had poor chrome and very sharp edges making the part unusable and I wanted a return. They said to return the part. I sent it back with tracking and they received it. I filed a complaint with paypal the complaint has been closed with no refund. They have my money and their part and refuse to refund my money. It's my opinion they have stole from me through the United States Postal Service making it a felony and I will be talking to my local District Attorney and demand charges be brought against corvette mods.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from these people you want get what they advertise and you want get your money back. You will be making a mistake that will cost you.

I ordered a part. Was sent the wrong part. It took a month to get a credit. They don't carry the right part and have not responded to requests for a refund.

Took me for a $500 order won't give me a refund won't contact me lying to PayPal piece of $#*! company bunch of $#*!ing Liars! UPDATE: PayPal and I sent them a money request for the amount that they owe me and they denied it again never got the product and the product they did send me a sent back with proof and they still won't refund my money they are liars they are Crooks and they are thieves no other word for them beware seriously!

I wrote a review a few weeks ago about a decal I ordered from Corvette Mods. I sent back because it didn't fit my car. They said the decal was damaged in shipping and sent me a picture, it wasn't damaged so I asked for a better picture and the second picture they sent was definitely different from the first. It appears someone intentionally messed it up. They told me to call the shipping company to investigate so I did. UPS went over there twice to pick up the decal and investigate but Corvette mods refused to give it to them. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL.

Decal for hood. I bougtht decal for my C& Z06. The decal was poorly made and didn't fit so I sent it back. The said it was damaged in shipping so I asked for a pic. It didn't look damaged so I asked for a better pic and this pic was far worse than the last. It appears that someone intentionally damaged it now. They wouldn't give me my money back. Very poor customers service and rude. look at the photos and you tell me if that doesn't look like they did it. It's not the same damage as the previous pic

There Return Service is Horrible! Foreign workers dont understand. You have to email pictures over and over again and repeat everything over and over again!

I bought a carbon fiber Targa Cover for my C7 with matching paint sides to my car. The paint was cracked and had a very poor dull finish. After waiting one week for a return label. They stringed me along for almost one month telling me my refund was being processed. Out of nowhere I get the same DAMAGED part I returned to them in my door step with the same damage. Box was nevered open and still had the same 3tape I used and a furniture pad I wrapped the cover in when I returned it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM BOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHE

Shipped me damaged parts. Blamed UPS. Impossible to get a hold of necessary decision makers. Every says "I don't have the authority". Nothing gets resolved.

If you have to return a part... they take your money and run. Not worth dealing with. I even asked for store credit! Denied me... save yourself the hassle, folks.

1ST OFF. WARNING. ORDER YOUR ITEMS FROM ANOTHER CORVETTE STORE... 2ND. THE STAFF ARE. HOME ALONE CHILDREN. WITHOUT A SUPERVISOR. 3RD. I TRIED FOR 2 BUSINESS DAY TO TALK WITH SOMEONE. BUT NO SATISFACTION TO FIX THERE SCREW UP. 4TH. SO MY BANK MADE A CLAIM. I RECEIVED MY $$$ BACK INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. AND STILL HAVE NOT RECIVIED A PHONE CALL FROM CORVETTE MODS... WARNING. Have a big road trip coming up this weekend and the Corvette Mods folks overnighted a mask

It's super soft, and fits perfect

Now I don't have to worry about rock chips!

Stay away, ordered a part 8 weeks agos, still don't have. Keep getting auto response emails with promises they would call me which has never happened. Dosent get any worse, STAY AWAY

ZERO STARS. Since May 3rd I have been trying to return a set of Z06 floor mats that are defective and of horrible quality. I completed the RMA worksheet on May 3rd and have been trying ever since to get an RMA to return them. This includes emails and phone calls to your customer service department whom I can barely understand (horrible English) and who has little or no clue how to handle returns. Their tactic is to NEVER refund my money via a process of dragging the RMA process out and making it so miserable that I will just give up. THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER. I won't let them win... I am turning my attorney loose on them.

We purchased a decal for under the hood of our 2001 corvette, the product was horribly manufactured and does not install as the instruction indicate. During the start of the attempt to install the very first piece of the vinyl decal curled up and could not be installed and I have done this type of work before, it is just a horrible product. I went through all of the steps to get a refund and was denied. DO NOT PURCHSE FROM CORVETTE MODS AS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SALE AND COULD CARELESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Absolutely terrible experience. What a joke. I ordered 5mm wheel spacers and they showed up measuring 3.17mm. No big deal I thought, I'll contact them send these back and they'll send the correct ones.
After sending them pictures of the spacers measuring 3.17mm they responded "those look like 5mm to me"... ummmm what? Then they said that 5mm spacers didn't exist (even though that's what I ordered, right off of their site) and that I'd need to go to 10mm.
Then they said I could return them (at my shipping expense) for store credit! YOU SENT THE WRONG PART, REPLACE THEM AT YOUR EXPENSE OR REFUND ME. SIMPLE!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE

Stay away from this company. Ordered an under engine painted cap set for my 2009 Z06 for close to $300.00. Did not receive cap and informed them immediately. Amanda, Scott and Lisa insisted that I did receive the cap and wanted me to pay another $40 to send the cap. I couldn't believe that Scott and Lisa ( who are "upper management") did nothing to resolve this dispute. They didn't even want to split the cost with me. I didn't receive the cap and they want to charge me again for it? I disputed charges through my bank and was able to get a $40 credit and I'm still short a cap to completed set. Now, 3 months later, my credit card gets charged $60.00 with out my authorization from Corvette Mods. I called bank again to dispute charges and the charges are on hold. Called Corvette Mods to question about the unauthorized charges. I am now being charged for the $40 that was in dispute 3 months ago and an extra $20 for services? If my bank does reverse charge, Corvette Mods is going to send it to collections... Really? All over a $40 cap?
HELP!

Ok so when I ordered my part, the guage cluster bezel for my 1981 corvette, I specifically ask if this item was in stock when I called to order, the salesperson said that it was and I could expect my part mid week the week following. Mid week come and went. No part, so I called to ask and they put me throught to "customer service" in which I had to request an ETA and wait another 2 to 3 days for a reply... so I did get a reply... with no ETA... Wited another week. Still no reply so I call again and got more of the same BS... decided to cancle the order a shop elsewhere. And even in the cancelation of the order they make you wait as well 2 to 3 more days for a notification of cancelation... very poor service

I ordered an outdoor cover for one of my vehicles in the winter. The cover was strictly used for multi-day car shows, and when I do work inside of my garage. My car gets put away for winter, covered with an indoor cover, and does not move until spring. So... Fast forward to spring, and I was excited to use my outdoor cover. I used the cover a few times, and was extremely disappointed with not only the quality, but the overall fit of the cover in general. I called and spoke to a "customer service" rep, and was told there was nothing they can do, because it was outside their return policy. I did not ask for money back, I didn't even want a refund, I actually wanted to spend an extra $200 on a different cover I researched. All I wanted was an exchange credit towards my new purchase. The "customer service" rep stated there was nothing they could do! So... They lost a customer for ever. I highly recommend "West Coast Corvette" they were much more knowledgeable in my opinion for one, and their customer service was much more friendly. I spoke to WCC about my experience with corvette mods, and... Tried out a new cover they recommended and got a nice discount on it. Not only am I extremely happy with my new cover I purchased. But... I just spent $6100 on parts for my C7 project I'm working on. And, in the last year, I've spent over 11 thousand dollars at WCC on parts for both of my cars! So, unfortinately that 11 grand and all future purchases would have been made with Corvette Mods, but... All because they wouldn't exchange a cover, to make a profit on it anyway, they lost a very good customer for life.

I have just submitted a full written report of this crook using my credit card over and over again fraudulently... he has now submitted a claim to my credit? Lol... my credit is over 800 so I notified my bank and the fraud division for my card and am now actively pressing charges... I ordered 4 items at beginning of the year... it took months and never got an item or reply so I cancled my order and contacted my bank for refund... he then started sending items... all if them wrong... all of them requiring me to send back and then he tried to require funds thru my account... my bank denied him so he started sending me threatening emails. I laughed at him and told him to blow... he then used my card again fraudulently... for 40 bucks lol... I canceled my card and file a police report... now... he's trying to send me to collections for 119 dollars? My banks fraud division took over and tge attorney I keep on retainer is preparing a demand letter... then I will get a judgment and file a lien... you may be used to screwing your customers but this time you picked the wrong bull... so I have flooded social media and all corvette pages with copies of your reviews. To anyone reading this. Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this second rate conman... everything on his site is available cheaper from source suppliers he rips off... I am going to cost him as much money as possible as he decided he wanted my FULL attention

That this guy has the worst rating in corvette parts history and is a thief and conman!!!!

Nothing ...everything was wrong returned everything to suppliers and then was told that I was supposed to return to original shipper...it's a scam!!!!!!

On 9/16 I ordered 2 c6 corvette sweatshirts. I never got a conformation on the order but the money came out of my acct. The only efficient thing this company did. About the 23rd I called and talked to a customer service rep. That said that they had the order and gave me a tracking number. On the 28th I called again was told that the order shipped. That came in on 10/2 only 1 shirt so I called again the rep had no idea why I only got 1 but he would e-mail me with the info. That never happened. On 10/6 I called again same run around service guy had no idea why I had not received the 2nd shirt. On10/8 the 2nd shirt arrived marked on the invoice back ordered. That is all the would said upfront and we wouldn't have gone through all the B S.

I ordered a part that was in stock from Corvette Mods. My debit card was immediately debited for the full purchase amount upon completing the transaction. However, one week later, my order had not been processed or shipped. When I contacted through email and the phone, I was told, it would be a week or more before it was processed and shipped. The next day, June 27th, I cancelled the order and requested a refund. I followed up with a phone call to "Richard" at customer service line. He told me it would be sent to the order department and taken care of. Three days later it was still not cancelled nr my money refunded. When I stated I would report it to BBB and TX State Attorney General, they responded and said no need to contact anyone, they are working on getting my order cancelled and money back. Today, July 2,2019, I receive an email that the order is cancelled, but then given a tracking # to track order. I have not received a refund as of yet. Previously, I had encountered a similar situation with Corvette Mods, but they refunded the money without this issue. It seems like a con to debit someone's account without shipping the order. I have not had this happen at any other places I purchase parts for my car. Previous complaint # was *******. CorvetteMods had said they processed my refund July 1,2019 and I should have it within 7 days. Today is the 9th, and I still haven't received my refund. It seems Corvettemods will say anything to appear to have resolved a BBB complaint, but they do not follow through and keep their word. They steal from the customers.

Purchased tail lites May 26 2017 ordered wrong part so I returned them July 17,2017 using their RMA process. Part reached its destination confirmed by USPO. After numerous emails and phone calls I still have not received a credit on my credit card and their customer service has no record of the transaction. I kept all th emails and receipts and forwarded them email to them and still I have not heard a word nor a credit from them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY. MY CREDIT HAS FALLEN INTO A DARK HOLE.
