If you have a problem with your order the only way to contact the company is by email. I don't think the people responding speak English since they had a terrible time understanding me. I had two orders, one with two items in it and they could not understand that I had not received the second item. I had an additional order for a very expensive carbon fiber license plate holder. I sent an email asking where it was after two weeks and I got a very rude email back saying they would cancel the order which is not what I was requesting. Do NOT do business with them. If you have a problem with an order you are basically on your own with very slow email responses. The people on the other end do not understand English at all.

Oder did not ship after 3 weeks. Contacted chat on their website he told me to email service so i did daily for the next week without a response. Emailed them to cancel order and refund card the $248.00 for weather stripping. How hard is it to ship rubber stripping? Apparently, like many others complaining for them its impossible but they can charge your card no problem. Trying to cancel charge to my card and get refund so hopefully this will work.

Ordered several custom painted and hydrocarbon parts from corvettemods.com. Each of the items arrived within the time it says in the email. This company is great, the finish on my exterior parts was beyond comparison to perfect. With the high polished clear coat my grille compliments the color of my car now.

For sure i will do business with them again.

Oh my gosh. What a terrible experience. I ordered about $1100 worth of parts for my C3 corvette, they took my money fast, but as I ask for updates (6 weeks later) I get only people in India or something, I can't understand them and get the run around. Yuck! I should have used Eckler's or someone else!

The products and service provided by Corvette Mods were exemplary. Everything was delivered before the estimated arrival date - product worked perfectly! YES I will be coming back to this company again and again!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the company with post sales support. I have had prior experiences with other Corvette parts suppliers that were less than stellar. I left a VM on their customer service system, and received a return call back within the hour. Issue resolved. Thanks!

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. For starters they take a long time processing your order. If you need someone from customer service you won't get anyone over the phone. When you email them they may or may not respond, it depends on how they feel. I would stay away from this company, find your stuff somewhere else! ANYWHERE ELSE! EBay is even better! If your order is messed up, you will be charged to correct it! I can go on and on about why not to fund this business.

My last few logo tee's fell apart after a year. The last few shirts I have bought from Corvette Mods seem to be of a higher quality. Much better than what I was buying prior. I also love their selection. Thank you.

Ive been looking for a few parts to give my all black interior an accent color. This site had painted paddle shifters and console plates, giving the black interior the contrast i wanted. Items match the factory exterior paint and look great.

Tried to get a return authorization due to wrong color sent, turned into a shouting match over bumper and dashboard letting.
They got me for $120.
Never again!
Going to post on corvette forum and tell my club about this.
They SUCK!

Do your research before you purchase ANYTHING from this company!

Fact of the matter is, you can find the same garbage on ebay for cheaper. Furthermore, when you have a problem with it, you will likely get your money back -- NOT with this company!

Corvette forums on the internet have even gone so far as to remove these guys from their seller lists!

Ordered 3 parts, one came, they say they all shipped. You cannot speak to anyone other than an answering service. After 15+ phone calls to the so called service and 20 emails I received one today saying your items shipped with the first shipment and nothing additional is being sent. They are crooks!

This place is terrible! Returns are a joke! I paid shipping back to them, and then they say they will withhold whatever the shipping price was originally. For a defective part that cost $100 I pay $30 to return it (because you need a tracking number, if you don't, they will never admit receiving it) and they will withhold another $30 for their "free" shipping! If I ever do see the $40 I will be extremely lucky! And read the fine print! If you're delivery is missing something you need to contact them within 30 days. How do you know anything is missing when the tracking numbers may or may not be emailed?, and the items are shipped from multiple places with their own $#*!ty service. I've contacted them numerous times and no luck. At this point they can keep the $40 and buy an English translator. That's the last they will ever get from me!

If I could leave no stars I would have. Horrible customer service. First off my order has been processing for past 10 days. I can't get anyone to give me a tracking number. I have called and sent emails no answer back. I have demanded my money back waiting for that. Stay ahead! This place should be shut down!

I ordered lower rear skirt winglets in hydro carbon fiber, Corvette Mods sent me fake plastic pieces that looks like they are from China! They told me it would take 8 weeks to come in because they were making it. However, it seemed that they were waiting on it to ship from China (my opinion). I asked for a refund and to returned the items, they said this is what you ordered, so no return. This is bad business and they know most customers have no idea what hydro carbon fiber means. Well it mean cheap plastic from China?! I will never ever buy from Corvettemods again.

It was a simple order, yet Corvette Mods showed who they were before I even received the product. I called one evening to ask a question and I was just a tad bit late, they had ceased daily operations. The next day there was a message on my answering machine inquiring as to what my needs were. Well, I never left a message, I went ahead and ordered the part which was delivered in expedient fashion. Excellent customer service CM, thanks!

Ive had several small orders with corvette mods and no serious issues. It's been easy to find parts for a restoration project and Im happy so far since some of these have been difficult to find elsewhere.

Use caution when purchasing from CorvetteMods. I returned my items and never received a credit. Customer service was well below expectations. Also, I never could get in touch with a manager to discuss my refund. Buyer BEWARE!

Sent a dash cover that did not fit, binding was bunched up at corners, It was an inch or more too short in length and did not fit the contours of the window pillars. They sent me a refund of less than half of the selling price and nothing for return shipping. I ordered the correct cover, sent it back as per their instructions and in a timely manner. Do not buy from them, they do NOT have your best interests in mind. Their emails to me were a little on the sharp side, Low class.

I've had a terrible terrible history with bad customer service so I tried them one more time. I ordered something that was $34 I get the bill that's $47 this my last time to order from them. Do not order from Corvette mods if you order a Corvette product make sure its original equipment their stuff is junk

I have bought from this company for almost a year now. I have spent almost two thousand dollars here. I was loyal to them but not anymore. I had one issue and needed to return an item because they described it incorrectly on their site. I understand return policies and theirs states that even if you got free shipping on your order, your credit on your return will be less the amount of what it would have cost to ship it originally. First my order was 391.00, the item was 101.00, free shipping is anything over 199.00. So I would have still got free shipping had I not bought this item on my order. Second it only cost me 11.63 to return it to them, they said it would have cost 25.00 to ship it. That is a bunch of nonsense! Third, it was their fault! Please be aware of returns and that they do not care about loyalty. I am No longer a customer and I have let all of the Corvette Clubs know this, who I am associated with.

Still no order received. Paid these people 10 months ago and they just took my money, refused to refund my money and claimed to have never received an order from me even after I gave my order number to them. These people are scammers. Do not buy from them. This is likely someone selling parts from different actual manufacturers from their garage. Conveniently enough, the day after I posted my first review on this company, I got hit with credit card fraud...

I've purchased a few items from CorvetteMods over the past few years. Unfortunately the quality of service gets worse with each purchase.
Most recently, I learned after the purchase, the item that was going to take 7-10 days for CorvetteMods to deliver (stated 3-5 on website). I immediately contacted customer service and they assured me that they would cancel the order (same day,). After 3-days CorvetteMods refused to cancel the order, and now they are making me go through the merchant processing company to get my money back. Business must be really bad for this company to have to take my money?
