This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.
After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!
First off all, they bait and switch you. They advertise a good price for an item but when you go to add it to your cart, suddenly it says it's more. Oh you have a 94 C4, therefore it's $89 instead of $39. Also, I get a notice from them that says, "sorry our normal low cost supplier is on back order, we can ship you a higher price part sooner if you approve" That part shows up (still late, basically a month) and is flat black unpainted. So I paid extra for a part that I have to paint now. Awesome. Then the worst part, the second item $169, never ships. No updates, I send several emails only to receive the tracking number of the part I already received. They won't answer the phone, they only reply back with threats to you. I called my credit card company to reverse the charge for the unshipped item and they reply to me that they are pursuing Cyber Theft against me? This company cannot continue to do this to people. They are criminals. I cannot believe they are still in business.
My husband and I were very pleased with our first purchase from Corvette Mods.
We usually order from Zip or Ecklers, but we found Corvette Mods prices to be fair and they offered free shipping. We gave them a shot and were very happy. We have two project cars so these guys will be our first stop going forward.

C5 rear deck lid emblem started coming apart after 20 years. So I bought a new one. Lasted less than 2 months… literally started melting - then separated after a rain storm. April 13-June 7. Pics don't lie. Not within 30 days, so they won't replace/refund. Please PLEASE stick with Zip or Ecklers or MidAmerica… I shop several places to keep them honest - how could I not have known Corvette Mods are total crooks?! $#*!!

I've dealt with Ecklers, Mid America and Corvette Central for years. There were always long delays, backorders, mis shipments... you name it.

Thank God I was referred to them by a close friend. Now our car club is using them exclusively and we get great discounts too!
Just received a email from Corvette Mods, restocking fee was $70.50 then they charged me for the shipping $33.51 I paid return shipping $71.00. Total $175.01 heat extractor was $469.99 would've ebayed it or burnt it if I'd have known! Lesson learned, won't happen again! Spent 3k with them then this, oh no not again!
Products were just as described and fast shipping. The only nit I have is that the dashboard letters had folded in the package and I had to put them in a heavy book to flatten the "C" back out but after that, everything was perfect. I'd suggest they package the dashboard letters on a stronger backing to help protect them during shipping
Negative reviews for this mom & pop shop aren't much different here than they are on eBay or any other site. #eBay is getting paid commission off shady sales... good luck with resolution! So-called business has an issue with shipping everything but what you ordered.

Purchased two interior trim items for '94 corvette. The 1990-1996 Shift Console arrives worn and appeared to have been previously installed (fingerprints and screw marks). The return process has been arduous to say the least. While this happened in May of 2019 I have still yet to receive resolution. COrvettemods uses a third party to perform returns and as a result you must hound them to get action. They appear to only look at your claim if you email and ask for an update. Stick with Ecklers or MidAmerica.
Purchased 3 sets of alloy pedals for a C6
As I live in Australia had them sent to a shipping consolidator in LA for acean freight down here in Aus. Before I even saw them, it was way past their 30 day time limit for returns.
They advertised a certain design gas pedal, and sent me something completely different.
Contacted them, they asked for a pic on what they had sent, fair enough did that.
I waited, nothing contacted them again:- ignored.
In the end, because I kept hounding them, they finally had to address it and said they couldn't help me because too much time had elapsed.
These people know NOTHING about customer service. It was clearly their error, yet, I am expected to suck it up.
Lousy company, do yourself a favour, buy elsewhere, there's plenty of other options
Made two purchases totaling $1200 with no parts delivered, started getting the run around on my first order about status of the part, so i canceled both orders and am now fighting to get my money back. Customer service is some of the worst.
The worst company ever! There's multiple complaints at the BBB! I should've read 1st but in today's online shopping being great who thinks that their just gonna rip you off! That's what they do though. Been trying 3 days to get an RMA and they refuse to let a person to help as the website just didn't help at all. Keep telling you your email it's incorrect, keep trying to reset the password with no success,! Buyer beware of this company. The only thing they specialize in is ripping u off! Beyond pissed
I bought a cap rotor assembly come with coil and module the cap and rotor and coil fit the car not sure if right cap had a universal lock down connection no screws twist lock so not sure how long before the twist locks vibrate from the vibration on motor 350 motor. And bottom line point blank there return policy or trying to speak to any sucks the module came with the kit not for my corvette it was a 4 prong connector I have a 6 prong never use that company for something as simple as a distributor module was and Is not worth the aggravation. Could only imagine a 200 dollar part that I had to go to store to get to replace would mean double and I could see months before I got or if I got refunded
I returned an item months ago and still haven't gotten my money back. I've called, I've emailed, I even went to my bank to file a claim, but they still haven't refunded my $974.99. Its a scam company that needs to be sued and shut down permanently.
No customer service whatsoever- Have invalids running things- I warn you not to buy from this company. Also goes by the name https://www.moderngenauto.com Do NOT deal with this company! Have BBB looking into it without any results so far- refunded my money to another account to boot.! Told BBB a different story and blamed ME. A first time customer who only wanted to order an item.
Odered carbon fiber headlight covers it come with no instructions in order to get these things in a tell me you have to remove the front of your car and use it Drible to cut them out. No instructions were sent when requested they send me instructions for totally different Corvette year. I filed a small claims court against them do the fact that my purchase is over $1000. Lisa and customer service is rude I've purchased over $3000 for the parts and they want to lose a customer where they could take these back Sale them and keep me. I will never order anything ever again from them I will leave a message on what happens at the court.
Ordered a key fob replacement, was billed immediately but a week later, item never shipped. Called customer service and was told I would get an update in three days. Read these reviews and disputed the charge with the credit card. Didn't wait to get scammed. CC company refunded me in no time. Customer service is extremely rude and you get offshores to India. You only can deal with them via email if you want a refund. Find another vendor!
Absolute joke of an organization. Multiple order failures. Had to file AMEX dispute just to get a refund over 45 days because of ongoing excuses on why they couldn't issue a credit on parts that showed up looking like junk. The last order they screwed up out of three items you can see the pictures. Carbon Fiber Z51 Spoiler arrived and out of the box it looked like it had been winched out of a pond. Tried to work with them for 3 months before filing a dispute with AMEX. Never will I order anything from this place again. The customer satisfaction guarantee goes only to the point of once they have your money. Then you are on your own. Ordered a couple of other items and same service. They look and sound great when placing your order, but after you pay them, it is all determined by luck on what you get and if you want your money back, prepare for a fight.
While trying to return parts that were unwrapped and unused I ran into the most convoluted and difficult return system that I have had the displeasure to utilize. It became so cumbersome that I ended up keeping the parts and absorbing the cost. There are many (and much better organized) online auto stores where you will receive better customer service.
I' am from Berlin/Germany. I ordered for my Z06 Heat Reduction Plates. I tried to get the information; if a different belt is needed, when installed. About 10 times a wrote them. They always answered, as if they never read what a i was writing. Then i send them back! Till today and after again about 10 emails, they dont give back the money. So, i dont have the plates, but paid for.
Brothers, You will find many options for parts. My experience was when choosing the better quality part and paying top dollar. They will ship you the cheap part, or maybe what ever they have on the shelf.
I simply wanted to return the part that I received for a refund. I was then told that I "received the part that I ordered". After sending many clear pictures etc. To date I have not received a return authorization or a refund... BEWARE, Really poor customer service...

Ordered a part for my corvette and it took 3 weeks to get it. Once I got it the part was damaged. Contacted customer service and all they keep saying is that they are working on it and there is a process. This has been for 3 days. How long is a process to tell me what to do.
Ordered 4 new wheels that showed status as available on their site. After spending $1001. 00 a week later they said the wheels are on national backorder for 2-3 months (even though they still show available on their site now). Requested a full refund and they said it would take 3-7 days. It has been over a month now with no refund. When I request status I get no response either via email or voicemail. They never answer their phone. I have bought from them in the past but no more. Not a supplier you can trust!

I purchased winglets her my C7 Corvette. Left side is it good holes where the proper size for the bolting on my winglet. Right side holes were manufactured too small for clearance for the bolts. I have been dealing with a shipping label to ship back right winglet which should be paid for by Corvette mods. Numerous phone calls any mails have not received my return label for UPS. Terrible customer service I will not purchase anything from Corvette mods again. Trying add a photo it doesn't work neither now that figures! Purchase from them at your own risk!
I have purchased multiple items for my car from Corvette Mods throughout the years. Always fast shipping and a wide variety of products for my car. Staff is always good about following up for any questions or concerns I may have. I will continue to purchase parts from here for as long as I have my car.
They don't ship items. They advise they have shipped them. But they cannot provide a tracking number. They do not answer your questions on the status of items when they have forgot to ship them. They walk in circles and in overall terms, a complete disorganized lost company and the customer service reps are idiots.
