This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.
After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

I ordered some ZR1 replica wheels for my dads Christmas gift. I was a little nervous that the wheels wouldn't arrive on time seeing as I ordered them at the beginning of December, but they got to me VERY promptly. I had a few questions about them and customer service was A1. I missed them the first time I tried calling but they called right back ASAP. Most importantly my dad LOVED the wheels! Absolutely beautiful in gloss black and well packaged. I would recommend Corvette mods to all!
I am still fighting them myself and plan on filling criminal charges against them. They shipped me a $250 part and refused to send me a tracking number. I called them and emailed them and no response. They kept saying I had to leave a voice message and somebody will call me back. Being that I do not know the carrier nor tracking number, I decided to call my back to get a refund. A few weeks later the owner emailed me cussing me out and went to google maps showing a picture of my house and told me I must pay in full, which seems like a threat to me. The owner know sent me to a collections agency to hurt my credit report even though I did not sign anything nor did I provide my SSN. All I wanted was a tracking number and if it was sent then I would have helped them file a claim with the carrier. In the eyes of Corvette Mods, the customer is always wrong and the customer is always a thief.

They never arrived and decided not to provide a refund. After getting my money back from my credit card company, they turned me in to a collection agency to ruin my credit report. I am now filling fraudulent charges against the owner.
Well... I ordered a set of "Direct Replacement" C6 rear window struts from CorvetteMods. Upon receipt, I noticed the struts were about one-third of the diameter of the factory originals and did not include the defroster connections on the top or bottom of the connectors. Upon going back and forth with the "returns" department, 5 TIMES, they finally agreed to send me a "RMA" for the return. Guess what... return at MY expense... Well social media is a $#*!... what goes around comes around... This will be the LAST thing ever purchased from CORVETTEMODS!
I purchased z06 sway on sale... they come with bushings all for a decent price, with free shipping.
The bars arrived with a hole in the box, one of the bushings was missing due to the hole from poor packaging. I tried calling and emailing thier customer service. No reply.
If you run a legit business and you want to do good business with good people you have a good customer service, that is business 101.
The sway bars were just thrown in a box with the bushings, no paper or bubble wrap at all. The box wasn't reinforced at the ends to ensure that the bars would not try to come out during shipping.
I got so fed up I just ordered a replacement bushing online from gm. I have never seen such poor packaging and unwillingness to respond to a customer and trying to resolve a matter. My matter was simple... I had to resolve it myself. Ask yourself will your problem with Corvette Mods be simple... Order from them at your own risk

I ordered new rims for my C5 and paid an extra $50 to have the hubcaps have the C5 American Flag emblem on them. When my rims arrived the hubcaps were blank and they sent me "stickers" to install unto the hubcaps myself. They said they do this because they don't want the hubcabs to be damaged in shipping. So buyer beware, you're spending $50 to put a sticker on a normal blank hubcab. I asked them to refund the money and they wouldn't.
This company litterly took my money and wont give it back. I been restoring corvettes for 25 yrs. I never came across a vette site. Like this one. Thet steal and cheat u out of ur money.

Sent me only half my order and not only that the parts I did recieve wasnt even the correct part. When I tried to get them to pay return shipping for their mistake they refused and threatened to send me to collections if they didnt recieve their parts in 5 days. Luckily I had paypal on my side to resolve the matter and they ended up paying shipping. Do not buy from these people or moderngenauto theyre the same company with different name.
The site says 2weeks to 30 days for painted parts after 30 days I still had no tracking info when I called for the 3rd time and 3 different answers, I'm told that because of all the auto shows going on there are other people ahead of me. When I asked why I had 3 different answers of the delay all she told me was that's our prerogative. I also asked why I wasn't told about the people ahead of me she said sir you need to wait and hung up on me. I called back to cancel order and speak with a manager and I was put on hold for almost 20 min before I hung up.
These guys $UCK to deal with returns. I got stuff shipped from JAPAN faster than a month it took to get here. The power steering pump arrived soaked in fluid as did the box. Rebuilt or not, it should not be delivered like that. Now the return, poor communications until you get PAYAL involved, then all the sudden they start responding. $11.99 to ship the part to me but $25 to send it back? A$$holes are now trying to stick all the shipping costs back on me for the crap they sent me. Do yourself a favor, buy from ANYONE ELSE BUT THESE JERKOFF$. Bunch of $#*! clowns trying to pawn sub par products.
Get shipping notification for 12 items, one shows up with tracking for entire order, later got one other part with no tracking info but now it is on me to prove what didn't show up.
Keep all packaging, packing slips, tracking numbers, etc - you WILL NEED THEM! Customer service can't even tell me what shipped to me out of my entire order from 6 weeks ago but it is my responsibility to prove what I didn't get. I am shocked! PLEASE do NOT do business with them. They will NOT cancel my order either for the 10 items of 12 I did NOT receive.

I recently purchased a car cover from corvettemods.com. When the cover arrived, I put it on the car to check fit and quality. I immediately noticed it did not have the Corvette logo on the front that I paid extra for. I immediately removed the cover and contacted the company. They said they would not give me a refund because I had already used it (for all of 2 minutes!). They then proceded to blame the mixup on the cover manufacturer saying they sent me the wrong cover. Afeter multiple email exchanges with corvettemods.com and no resolution, I contacted the manufacturer and they were very helpful and looked up the order from corvettemods.com. Turns out that corvettemods.com did not include the logo request on the order, so the mixup was clearly their mistake. But they still refuse to refund my money and now will not answer my emails or phone messages. DO NOT do business with this company. They do not care about customer satisfaction, only collecting your money.

I ordered seat covers and halogen lights for my 95 Vette. 1st, they never mentioned that the covers weren't in stock and that I had to wait 4 to 6 weeks for them. I had to sent 3 emails and called for 2 weeks before I actually was informed of this. Next, after the halogen lights arrived, they didn't fit. I contacted them and they sent a link for a return form. I had to go out of town on business for a couple of weeks so when I returned, the system said the return had expired. Again I sent 3 emails explaining this and no one has had the courtesy to respond. I will never do business with them again, I will go w/o before I give my hard earned money to a company that doesnt value their customers. The only reason I didn't give them a 1 is because what I did receive and was correct was pretty good but it's not worth the headache.
I purchased a set of 4 calipers for my 2016 stingray corvette and after 1 month of waiting 3 of them came with scratched Those parts was send to me by the warehouse personal packing and sealed with the logo tape. I went to a tech to get those install and he show me the damage in 3 of them before the installation. My question is how company can do this type of business with a customer and then try to justify and incompetent personal from the warehouse to do their job and take care a customer who buy a lot of parts from them. This is a SHAME situation for a company who do business NOT for FREE but the support of the customer like me. BE ALERT with this company!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CORVETTEMODS.COM! First they are a drop ship business. Which means they don't stock lots of items and when you order their lead time is dependent on other companies delivery time. Second their customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen. They will only say I sent an email to sales or shipping and they will email you back. And finally go research this company on BBB there are many complaints and similar to mines.
I ordered an aero kit they said they had in stock, and after three weeks of back and forth with them and lies I filed a case with PayPal. I wrote them and PayPal and said I wanted to cancel my order and "create a label" so that I can't receive a refund. They didn't respond to the complaint and just sent the package FEDEX so that I cannot receive my refund. The case is now under review. When paying almost $1k go with someone else and avoid this garbage company
Car cover ordered and out shipped fine, but cover fits horrible, mirror pockets out of place. Tried multiple calls, on hold for 25 minutes then disconnected, no one answers e mails or phone.

Ordered splash Guards for a 2018 Grand Sport December 2020, February 2021 not received, Disputed charges with credit card, Claimed it was shipped, Bogus shipping number, Back in dispute with card company. Will not order anything from them again, Dishonest people.

Unethical company Be aware! Run! Shop somewhere else. Cancelled order because I've been waiting five months on order. They want to issue a store credit instead of refund.
I highly recommend this company, their parts are very unique, they deliver quickly, and have very reasonable pricing. No issues over the past several years.
They sent products that did not work they had 2 male ends to plug together,. Return policy is garbage even when the send you and RMA dispute your credit card and stay away!

Placed an order for 2 parts listed on ebay and was only sent one part, when called to inquire what happened, they said dispute it with ebay, I am not doing anything about it.
These guys not only know their stuff, they have the newest parts I haven't seen anywhere. Dealt with other retailers in the past and have had nothing but problems
