This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.

After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

Carbon hydro lt4 coil covers for c7 corvette well the paint was still soft when they shipped it because of poor packing the painted covers had three big scrapes in paint there customer service sucks that was 4 months ago filled out every thing they asked me to fill out still have not heard from them! They suck their people in customer service suck do not buy from this web site

Received the wrong part. The return process proved to be abusive and painful. Would not acknowledge their error, just kept demanding the same redundant information. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I filed a dispute with the credit card company which of course ruled FOR them. (They always side with the merchant). Right now I am stuck with a part I cannot use and of lesser value that the one I ordered. Compare this with most other companies that include a return slip with every shipment. I plan to write as many bad reviews as possible in hopes they take me to court. The email trail will prove their fraudulent practices.

Ordered the dash cluster LED conversion from incandescent bulbs. After opening it and reading the instructions it indicated that I would have to use a Dremel tool to enlarge the openings to accommodate the LED bulbs which was not stated on their website. While using a Dremel tool on the cluster sounds bad enough, going back to the incandescent bulbs is impossible if you don't like the new look.

Called customer service and got no return call. Sent email and they said "I apologize for any confusion" and that's it.

I added CorvetteMods to my junk mail block sender list.

Ordered a splitter, received a broken splitter and had the nightmare of dealing with "customer service " or at least the sorry excuse labeled customer service absolutely the worst still no splitter and no refund. Bought another one from Extreme online store what a class act, never again corvettemods.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. On December 4th I placed an order for a Christmas gift. Checking the order online it says "processing". I emailed customer service and told them to cancel the order if it had not shipped. The answer I got back was that I would received a "tracking number soon". My best guess is this is a lie. Almost 3 weeks since I ordered and no tracking number. The order was for a shirt - no personalization, nothing special or custom. What a sad joke this company is.

Ordered product after receiving recommendation from their technical support it was the wrong item. Returned and then sent back by company as non-returnable. Issue is that the product was ordered after I received a recommendation from their own employees, put the brackets in a smaller box to reduce return shipping cost and item was sent back stating it was not returnable because of the box. Company said to try to sell the item on ebay and that there was nothing they can do... unacceptable

I paid $84.49 and got nothing including the return of my money.
1. I was charged $34.49 shipping for them to email me my Gift Card number.
2. When I complained they cancelled my gift card, my rewards points, closed my account.
If you deal with them you may never see your money again.

Tip for consumers:
Stay away. They will cheat you if you have a dispute. Their customer service have trouble with English.

My product was cancelled and they kept my money.

They will send you damaged parts and not refund u your shipping or taxes plus they keep a big amount. I lost over 100 dollars from 205 dollars. This company is bad. I had spent hundred of dollars witht but there return process is a scam. I recommend ppl to look somewhere else. They send u damaged parts and still keep your money.

Tip for consumers:
LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE REFUND POLIVY IS TRASH EVEN WHEN THEY SEND U DAMAGED PARTS THEY STILL KEEP ALMOST 50% OF WAT U PAID FOR! This website has multi complains for the same thing.

Ordered a part that said was in stock. 2 weeks goes by and no update, i reach out and they assure me the item will be sent out the next day. Gave them another 2 weeks and the status still said, processing. I requested a cancelation after 4 weeks but was told the item was about to ship so the cancelation could not be processed. I started a cc dispute which corvette mods challenged, when they showed proof of shipment the address was completely wrong. 7 weeks total but i eventually got my money back. Avoid them at all cost.

You would think their well done website would reflect the integrity of the Company. Not so for Corvette Mods. Ordered a spoiler for a C5 Vette. Received the product nicely packed and in good condition. When I looked at the fitment, there were unacceptable gaps between the body and the spoiler on both ends. Decided to return it over having it modified to fit. Cost me $53.00 for return shipping and then they hit me for their shipping fee of $15.00 and a re-stock fee of $68.00 for a total of $136.00. Unfortunately, I did not read this review site or their return policy before I purchased. As I mentioned to them, Amazon would be out of business if they operated the way Corvette Mods does. A costly lesson for sure. Make me feel good about this experience by taking your business elsewhere. I would have zero stars if it were possible.

Worse company ever. Hundreds of complaints at BBB. I ordered 4 shocks. Two don't work properly, one has oil all over it, and one is for a different vehicle. I have one shock that seems good. Asked for a return, sent pictures in and they said my return has been denied. Will not return emails and the guy on the phone, if they answer, says there is nothing he can do. I will be putting a complaint in with the BBB and notifying my credit card company of fraud.

I want to like these guys so much but they make it very hard and pretty close to impossible. Their product is decent but their customer service flat out sucks. I don't know how long these guys been in service but their professionalism is a serious problem. Don't see how they're still in business. For that reason alone, I give them a bad rating. Gonna have to find another place to order stuff for my car and wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there.

I placed an order over a week ago and only received half of it. I've emailed 2x and called (was told that my concern would be forwarded and someone would get back to me) an can not get anyone to respond. All I'm trying to find out is the status of me remaining item. I've ordered in the past and have had no issues so I really don't understand what's the problem. How hard is it to tell someone if the item is out of stock and give me the option of getting a refund or a replacement order, they're just seat covers for God's sake.

They sent me damaged and not even the same size decals. After numerous emails from them saying they shipped the item then saying the warehouse was backed up then it shipped again but no tracking they went dark. After over a month of constant emails with no response I disputed the credit card charge as I didn't get the item I paid for and now they are threatening me with collections. Now it's funny they want to respond right away. Be aware they are frauds and thank god it wasn't hundreds lost with these people.

Stay far away from this company. Ordered an oil pan. Took 2 weeks to get it. It was shipped out of Michigan to their place in Texas to ship it to me in Ohio. They sent the wrong pan. Had to get approval for the return, took a week. Then they had I believe intentionally confusing return directions. I had to pay to ship it back which is understandable, however, it was their mistake and I'm being penalized. Another week goes by and USPS tracking shows it was delivered, 10 days later I had to call to see where my refund was and they had to "create" a ticket and send it to a different department for review. Almost 2 months after ordering the pan I got a partial refund where they kept a large portion of the total cost for their shipping costs. Unbelievable!

I ordered a front bumper and the web site said free shipping. After a week I got a bill for shipping. I needed the bumper because the car was tying up a paint booth. After three weeks I got a letter from fedex stating that corvette mods had made a error with contact info. Fedex told me after talking to 7 different people that the part was returned to corvette mods. I've contacted corvette mods three times and still no customer service. Basically told it's not their problem! DO NOT do business with them! EVER!

They sent me two of the same pillar seals instead of R &L. Would not accept return or send the missing one. It was their mistake and they would not fix it. They do not answer phones or call back. That says alot right there. Dont do business with Corvette mods you will be sorry. Now I will dispute the charge for wrong item.

Purchased what I thought was two license plate frames, description of item showed two frames, indicated frames and the cost was over $50. In pricing the same item at different vendors the average price for one frame was $29. Therefore because of the description with a photo of two frames and the language stating " frames " I thought I was buying two frames. It ends up being just one frame and the price over $50. After two emails they said I bought one frame and too bad. Do not buy from this vendor.

Corvette mods missed one of my calls Monday, assuming large volume since it was Monday. They immediately called me back and helped me find what I needed. I ended up getting custom made decals as well. I 100% recommend this company and they sure do stand behind their products and do whatever they can to help customers find EXACTLY what they want.

New Corvette Owner here and I have had some hell of a time navigating parts sites to restore my new to me C3...

Some of these sites are so bad its a joke...

I was referred to Corvette Mods by my club and they were right, you search, you find the part instantly!

Terrible customer service. I placed my order two weeks ago for headlight replacement bulbs. After one week, they had t shipped, so I asked if I could cancel because my headlight is out and I need to fix it quickly. I'm rudely told they would try but couldn't guarantee it. I said ok thank you and asked to be updated when she knew. Well, another week goes by, and I just buy bulbs elsewhere (which have already arrived) and I again ask to cancel my order. Again I'm told they will ask but can't guarantee it. I remind her I asked a week ago for the same thing and she says the same thing. No update on when or if my order will ship. Just a canned response. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother buying anything from this company.

Very responsive, answered all my questions, and provided quick delivery. The kit I purchased was as described and was delivered intact with all the necessary parts to complete the modification to the car. The cold air induction system I purchased fit the model and year I needed and has improved my driving experience as represented in the advertising.
I would certainly use Corvette Mods again for future purchase as well as recommend them to another Corvette owner wanting this type of modification.

Terrible customer service, terrible correspondence to resolve issues, they can't read or spell properly, terrible products, cheap junk, terrible shipping, not package correctly. The only reason I gave them one star is because I have to.

I purchased a product that was listed inaccurately on the Corvette Mods website. When it was brought to their attention, it would have been very easy, and relatively low cost, for Corvette Mods to correct the situation. Instead their solution was to take time out of my day to re-package the item and return to Corvette Mods. The item listed on their website was more expensive than I could have bought locally, but the website description indicated it included all instructions and hardware. That was worth the difference in price. When the part arrived it was no different than I could have purchased locally for less.

Customer service does not exist at Corvette Mods and be very aware of their pricing!

This company has been more helpful to me than any other corvette forum/website online. I spoke to Jarrett on the phone and he helped me find all of the parts needed for my 1982 Corvette. Now all I need to do is get them all installed this winter.
