You will be totally disappointed if you order from them. They will not talk to you they use a service to answer phones. They don't call only send emails. My suggestion if you are as stupid as me and purchase from them call the BBB at least they can get in touch with them. Or put a stop payment on the purchase I bet then they will call you.

I don't understand what these people's problem is. Corvette Mods has the best pricing I have seen in the Corvette hobby. I had a very minor issue with a part I ordered for my C7 Stingray and I called customer service and they had the issue solved extremely fast and the 2 ladies I spoke to on separate occasions were so friendly and very helpful. When I talked to Gabe when ordering, he was on point with details and was able to answer all my questions with ease. I would suggest everyone try out Corvette Mods for any custom needs.

Attention, only scammers. I bought parts to germany and paid with shipping. But they just wanted to get more money out and have to transfer significantly more for shipping even though I paid with shipping. They are totally unfriendly on the phone and by email. After I threatened that I should finally send the parts as agreed, I replied no, they will only send when I pay more money. Then i contacted paypal and corvettemods said paypal that the parts had already been sent to me. Which of course was incorrect. Then we checked the shipment number with PayPal and it turned out that they had sent a wrong shipment number and so they always do it. They send a shipment number for another customer and so they cheat. People do not do that and do not order from them that are fraudulent.

Wrong Part was sent & when returned it I was charged a 10% Restock Fee. When I quizzed them about the restock fee, they ask if I had pictures. Well when a part does not fit, who thinks about taking pictures. I tried calling their support line & was on hold several times for extended times. Gave up & emailed for an RMA no. To just return the item. These folks need to learn Customer Service for sure.

I ordered 3 items but only received 2 of them in a mailer envelope. The missing item was a car cover that cost $349.97. I never received it. I called customer service and was given the runaround. Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! It has been 18 days since the order was paid in full and I have not been able to break through the internet wall or 888 customer service. Customer service said they were a "answering service" and not customer service. Unacceptable, BBB worthy transaction. Never Again. Potential future customers beware!

I purchased a dash trim kit but the it was the wrong size for the odometer glass. When I complained I was told it was too late to return. When I asked if they sold the correct part. They stopped commu by caring with me

My second time ordering from corvette mods. First time was great. Second time, I had an issue and needed to return and it was an easy process. I filled out the RMA form as instructed and was contacted immediately from customer service and it was taken care of. Will order again! Fair prices and you earn reward points towards future purchases.

I recently ordered several parts, one of which got damaged in customs. I called customer service at Corvette Mods and they promptly sent out a replacement, which I installed on my Corvette. Corvette Racing decal looks great on my windshield. Thanks for the service!

I have ordered a few parts from this company, I ordered seals they took a few weeks to arrive. Next I ordered a whole suspension kit from the company at a cost of $1200 it took 3 months to arrive with no updates on shipping. Ordered new front bushings, took 3 weeks to arrive. Last straw was ordered a Frame body mount and the part I received was the frame cage nut that connects to it. I contacted customer support and the reply was that I got the correct part that is on the website, even though what I received is labeled different and is not what is in the picture. Save your self the headache get the parts from anywhere else.

I saw a dash mat for my 2005 corvette I was interested in. The picture on the web site was for a Performance choice idem. I was sent a Dash Mat brand from Ecklers. Calling them they said that is the only brand they sell. Calling Corvette Mods told them I wanted the exact idem listed. They said keep the wrong one and they will send the right one. 6 weeks later a package from Ecklers arrived. The same full size dash mat, same part number etc. Call Corvette Mods. They said... long story short... the idem picture is for reference only and send it back to Ecklers for your refund. Paid $10.00 postage to possibly bet a $44.00 refund. I bought the right one from Performance Choice... what I should have done in the first place. I don't like being lied to and that's all I got from Corvette Mods or Gen something or other... same sad customer service from the same clueless Danielle and Kaylee.

Be careful what you order they do not send what they advertised on their website and won't take care of you on it. Ordered two different shades of yellow that they offer on their website. They purposely send you wrong product that they can't provide.

After a unbelievably horrible experience with these guys I got on line and tried to find someone who actully got the proper part and it fit and functioned the way was supposed to. I also tried to find someone who got good service on a return or problem resolution. After two dozen tries I have come to the conclusion that any good reviews must be fake and done by them

I purchased a $100 product from them. When I received it in the mail I opened the box and realized that it would not fit and look like I imagined from the one photograph on the product description. The box was not sealed, the product was not in a sealed wrap, just loose in the box. I asked to return the product for a refund and found out the charge me 20% restocking fee which was $21.00. So for just opening the box and looking at it the transaction cost me $12 shipping $10 return shipping and $21 restocking fee. So I paid $43.00 to open a box without breaking any seals and look at a $100 product. A little excessive I think!

I ordered some parts for my car and spoke to a Neal. He didn't arrive for weeks and he was very upset that I called to ask for the status. I was very discouraged with his attitude and I asked to be put through to a supervisor and he said he was a supervisor. I don't know.

Bought a spoiler which used double sided tape. Also a stripe kit that was poor quality
Spoiler has gaps on each end of spoiler no credit on stripe kit still trying to get somethin done about rear spoiler. Will report on what happens.

I ordered parts that said 5 to 77 business days. I had to call to see why only half my order shipped only to be told they have no idea when I will get the rest of my parest of my parts and still today I have no idea when my parts are gonna show up that I paid for. You think someone would let you know before you pay for parts to throw on backwater or they're not going to be able to get ahold of the parts for an extended period of time. Horrible experience will never use them again I don't recommend.

For me I don't care of the negative reviews. I have been doing business with Corvettemods for the past 20 plus years and I have nothing but great things to say about this business. Never had a bad experience with the parts I have ordered. Sincerely, Stanley Zand.

I recently purchased a Z06 replacement grille for my C7 which CorvetteMods advertised as an "OEM part direct from GM" at a cost of $649.99. When the "OEM part" was received it was actually an aftermarket knock off which goes for $100 - 120 on Ebay. This was and is a total rip off by Mr. Neal H. Balogs company! After several calls and emails to CorvetteMods there has been zero response so I am preparing a complaint with the consumer fraud division of the secretary of state, the FTC(since this is internet fraud) and the better business bureau. Stay away from this company, really bad business

These people are absolute idiots. I asked for a windshield washer reservoir for a 1981 Corvette. They sent me a part after I had to make many phone calls to get any action. Then it turns out that the part they sent is not even for a corvette! They won't answer their phone for any customer service. They are an absolute joke of a company. To top things off, the bastards stole my credit card information and charged up $1900 of merchandise. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HACKS! 1

Have dealt with this company for quite a few years. First really bad experience. Ordered "C7 Corvette Stingray/Grand Sport 2014-2019 Fuel Rail Cover Lettering Decals - Colored Overlays Part Number: *******@ 44 bucks. Lettering lifted on the edges after 2 hours of driving. Removed the whole mess which pulled up the RED factory paint on the letters. Hadda wipe the red paint and glue residue off completely. Got a Store Credit and told them to pull the product that it's $#*!. Just looked, still there. DON'T BUY THESE!

My wife ordered a keychain for $19.99 and a metal sign for $34.99. When she received the package she realized that Corvette Mods ordered the items from Eckler's (who I had previously used) and jacked up the prices, $9.00 for the keychain and the sign over $10.00. This is terrible and a total rip off. We will NEVER order from Corvette Mods again!

Ordered accessories seemingly in stock. 11 days later they said order shipped. Now nearly a month and still no order. They say they are out of stock even though they said they shipped it. I ask to cancel, they tell me I have to pay 25% restocking to cancel an order they don't have and have not shipped. Before you buy, check out their F rating with the BBB.
