This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.

After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

Bought windows seals for my convertible from Corvette Mods. I got them in two packages. Not thinking anything of it I didn't install them until after 45 days. Two of them were the wrong parts. Come to find out they didn't have them so they purchased the two items from Corvette Central and ordered the wrong parts. Since I waited past 45 days they won't replace them and Corvette Central says they can't do anything because the warranty is for Corvette Mods. Corvette Mods wouldn't even talk to Corvette Central to see if they would replace the parts.

I have been ordering parts for my 2008 Z06 Corvette for many years. Because of them I have won many show awards. They are great to talk to and are reasonable when returns are needed. I highly recommend them to all of my local buddies.

Body parts ordered for a c6 are absolutely garbage, terrible quality and don't fit. Furthermore their customer service is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Strongly recommend staying away. Some foreign people that speak terrible English and are extremely unhelpful. NEVER AGAIN! TERRIBLE COMPANY!

Still do not have my part that was suppose be in stock and to my build a ng last Monday, now they give me tracking number but call post office and post master general. There is no item in there position! There so dumb they are using federal government agency for there scam! I have file formal complaint with Texas attorney general office. Without corporate lawyer. Please if you got scam by them call or email file a formal complaint,

It a federal charge

One they can not charge your card until shipment, using electronicdevice compete fraud, and have done it in multiple states and country's, I can tell you there32 file with the attorney general. Ifile with them asap!

I ordered a horn button and a horn contact
7 days later they asked me for more money for the items i already paid for.
After speaking to cust reps and managment they just dont care about the customer's at all.
They do have great products just do not care about the cust pnce they have your money.

They charged my credit card 3 times, for 3 different amounts. I received only a few of the parts i ordered and cancelled the remaining order once i was told they wouldn't have the remaining parts for another month or so. Then they tried to charge my credit card for a total of over $3500 when i only owed less than $700.
They have cussed me, threatened me, sent collection papers, and hung up on me when i offered to pay the amount i actually owed.
This is a horrible company which supposedly is run by 4 people/crooks. Rudest company i have ever dealt with. Just check out the complaints on BBB Texas... read Corvette Mods replies to the complaints, extremely unprofessional and rude. Buyer beware!

Jay and Paul both are VERY knowledgeable and Super guys! I started doing business with Corvette Mods not very long ago and Im very happy to have found them! Super friendly and fast shipping as well. Give them a try and I promise you that you wont regret it! AWESOME job guys!

For two years I have fighting them for a sun visor that I returned because it looked like it came out of a salvage car. The visor came from MODERN GEN and it was sent back to them. I even paid to have it shipped back because they screwed up the return label. So they sent me in collections.

It took ten days for CorvetteMods to process the transaction. It took four days for CorvetteMods to ship a cracked and damaged windshield washer reservoir. The took the money immediately after the online transaction. The part was received cracked and damaged, but it was well packaged. It was a used junk yard part that CorvetteMods cleaned up and sold. They use a third party phone service located in India as their Customer Service department. The people at the phone service don't speak English and they are used as a gatekeeper to deny customers access to a real CorvatteMods employee. Stay away from these scammers.

I have called several times to get a refund on an item that was never shipped. I ordered an item in October, and received an email a week after i ordered my item that it was discontinued. I called to request a refund and i was told they would refund my money. After a week of no refund I called again and was told it would take 2 weeks to receive the refund. Two weeks have come and gone and still no refund. I looked up my order online, and it still says processing the order, no mention of a cancellation of order and refund issued. I have been patient, but after 30 days plus and to see my refund hasnt been processed yet is making me furious. I will not purchase from this company again

All I get is the run around. Never any answers This is consumer fraud. Do not order from this company They always say someone will get back to you, by Email or a phone call No Call back no Email (just the one asking for my credit card number again ******Zero Stars ****** Your track record for 2020 really sucks I'm calling the Fraud dept of my credit card company next

Corvette Mods will take your money and not ship your order. If you want to cancel your order they will charge you a restocking fee of 30%. They will tell you they shipped your order when they didn't. They will never return your calls. Any time you call with an issue, they will tell you someone will return your call within three business days but they never do. Check out their BBB reviews before you order!

I ordered a set of screws for $7.99. The shipping was just about the same price. Apparently it was shipped, and I never got it, because it was missing the apartment number. The person who took my order failed to ask my apartment number. When I called to try fixing the situation to get what I ordered, I was asked to pay for shipping AGAIN! Apparently it was my job to make sure that I was asked all of the right questions, as well as answer them all. I found it funny how when it came to paying, there was nothing missing there. Yet, he couldn't remember to ask me for my apartment. Not everyone lives in a house. In any case, I was not offered anything resembling satisfaction towards a new (potentially long term) customer. They kept saying that it wasn't their fault. So, in other words, it was mine. They refunded me minus the failed shipping amount. I guess I'll do business elsewhere. Unfortunately not everyone reads this until it's too late.

Ordered two items for a Christmas gift the first part of December and was told that we have 30 days to return. One item was $300.00 and the other was $40.00 (blackout kit for tail lights). We kept the more expensive item but he didn't want the blackout lights. Called within the 30 days to return and was told that we had to go to their webpage and fill out the return form which can take 72 hours for review. Thought I had done everything correctly but hadn't heard back. Therefore, called back 3 days later and the person was very kind and helped me resubmit the request. Told them I was concerned about the time frame and did they show a record of my calls. I received a notice saying that the request was after 30 days. Mind you it was on the 30th day that I filled out a second request and we were keeping the $300.00 item and only wanted to return the $40.00 item. I now have a $40.00 credit through them but will not purchase anything from them. Guess they made $40.00 off me.

1st: wife ordered a shirt from corvettemods and realized that she had entered the wrong delivery address. She immediately contacted them and was that they could not make the change. She had to enter a new order and they issued a credit for the initial purchase. So we've spent $80, and now have an un-needed credit for $80. I called the next day, and was told that we should have read their terms and conditions before placing the order.

So as to not lose the $80, I purchased some misc care care items... and spent an additional $25.

The shirt we received was the wrong size. We chose to cut our losses and not try to exchange it.

The care care products were drop shipped from Ecklers. The cost from corvettemods was approx 10% higher than what we would have paid at Ecklers.

I'm sorry we didn't check their reviews at sitejabbers. The reviews on the corvettemods site are 100% glowing.

No business for corvettemods from me, family, or friends.

Tip for consumers:
Run away...

And don't trust the reviews on their site.

Ordered a stainless steel belt tensioner cover from these clowns and it arrived looking nothing like the picture on their website. You cannot talk to anyone in the "The returns dept", only email. After 3 emails they finally authorized a return after I convinced them to look at the damn picture on their own website. Wouldn't you know, they changed it after my complaint. But I still had to pay return shipping even though it was clearly their error. Will see how fast I get my money back. They also sell on EBay under "moderngenauto". Their recent reviews and their BBB rating is less than stellar. Stay away from these people. Buyer Beware! That's all I have to say.

Very slow... I always dread ordering from here but sometimes this is the only place that has what I need. It takes a minimum of two weeks from the time I purchase an item until it reaches my doorstep. Thats honestly unexceptable, takes 7 days to process then another during shipping... figured a company thats been around long enough would be better but this is the third time ive ordered from this compamy in the last year and its always the same. Cust service always says ooo we will send yout he shipping information when we get it and i never recieve an email. Just poor customer service.

I bought a distributor from them for 185.00, It wasn't what I wanted so I returned it with restocking fees I was owed 116.24. When I inquired where is my refund they gave me transaction numbers but I never saw a dime. Now they just ignore me. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

I placed an order 4 days ago, the product was in stock. So after the 4 day of still being in process I got on a chat with Tyler. I told them my problem and that I wanted an update for shipping. Tyler have me a phone to call and told me to leave a message. I replied you can't help me with this and Tyler discounted our chat. So very RUDE! I called the number and a man answered and ask what I was looking for. I told him the same story. He said he couldn't help me to call this number and leave a message. So when you are taking my mo ey you can talk and chat but for help after the sale. I have to leave a message and wait? What customers service! He would not help and said I'll transfer you to leave a message if you want help! Then he discounted me. This place is TROUBLE! There are a lot of places I can give my money to and I guarantee it will not be you even if you are the last corvette place in America! I will go buy a McClaren first!

New to the c8 corvette and came across this site. I ordered 8 different parts 4 weeks ago I have received 3 of them. The tracking number says delivered, no update on my order status for the items I have not received and ZERO communication after several inquiries. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I had to try on taillight covers I bought to see if they would fit, and they don't at all so I said I want a refund. They tell me they "don't take back used products". So it's USED because I had to try them on?! They also argued with me over email like a 14 year old boy that takes everything personally. I reported them to BBB, still don't have my refund but I will not stop trying.

Worst Company to Buy Corvette Parts from, don't make my mistake. Bought a part that was defective. They turned down the replacement even with the pictures. Called the number multiple times talking to Richard & Sammy just to have them tell my to send another email to service and they will get back to me. Never happened. Could never talk to anyone past the first person who answers. Refused to let me talk to a manger or have them call me back. This company should be reported to the Better Business Bureau and / or the State attorney Generals office for poor business practices They state Guaranteed Satisfaction. But, they do not deliver. They just take your money. I responded to the survey with the same disappointment as above. Their response from the owner -a canned email - Sorry to hear of your concerns, please contact our service team so we can assist you further. Do they think we are stupid! Call again and get the same run around. They have my phone number, if they cared they would call me. Tell all your Corvette friends and put it in your Corvette Club websites & Newsletters. Beware and Do not buy from this company! All they care about is your MONEY!

I purchased a Clear Roof that came in damaged from the distributor. To return this part I had to pay for the shipping. CorvetteMods would provide a Return Authorization. I did get a call from the Distributor who was an authorized GM Parts facility and they apologized and did confirm that they refunded the money to CorvetteMods. I still not have confirmation from CorvetteMods that this issue was resolved. My dispute is still ongoing.
STAY AWAY from this Company they are BAD. Customer Service is honorable. There should be a "Warning" on their web site, "You Buy from CorvetteMods and we will take your Money"

I ordered tailpipe exhaust filler for my 2019 Stingray. They sent me an earlier year model. Would not work for my 2019. Four tries at attempting to get some resolution. NOTHING. Still waiting. NOTHING. Talked to Technical section. NOTHING. Was told to send email to Services. NOTHING. Sent email to Let's Chat. NOTHING. Called, was hung up on.

I never had a problem with corvette mods before and I have been happy with their products but I'm disappointed in the way my situation was handled. I purchased 460HP decals for the side vents of my 2014 corvette, when I received them I followed the instructions that came with the decals that stated you can apply with or without soapy water... I went with soapy water so I can move them around for placement. We it turned out these were generic instructions not meant for these decals that are direct stickers and they turned to crap! They wouldn't replace them even though they knew that these instructions are not for this product. That disappointed me and to me is bad business. If your vinyl decals are sandwiched between wax paper and clear film they are most likely direct stickers!
