This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.
After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

Products, if you have a problem and contact them, I bought a $600.00 C3 hood from them that looks like it was purchased and then returned to them due to multiple issues with it, when I called to discuss options to resolve the problem, they just put me on hold and forgot about me?! Absolute waste of company! I run a very established auto repair company, and I will tell everyone of my customers with a Corvette to STAY AWAY from this fraudulent bunch of S*&THEADS! They NEVER take care of their customers! They just take your hard earned MONEY! #JOKESQUAD
I'm giving them a one only because I have to. However, I will NEVER be ordering anything from Corvette Mods again. First of all, it took a month to receive my package. Every time I called them to ask for an update they couldn't tell me anything other than "I'll have to look into it and get back with you."
Fast forward to receiving my delivery. It was BROKEN. Not just once but twice! We sent it back and told them we would like a refund, and they made it seem like that wouldn't be a problem at all. As soon as they received the product back that story changed. We told them we no longer wanted the part numerous times, and they sent me an email stating they were sending me a new one. I made it abundantly clear AGAIN that I just wanted MY money back. If I had just decided to return it I would understand, but it arrived damaged! So now they are trying to tell me they will give me store credit instead, and as I previously stated I don't want a single product from this company ever again. I am literally having to threaten a lawsuit against these people! This has been going on for almost FIVE months.
They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. They only give you solutions that allow them to keep your money. Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy from these people. They are crooks and they have horrible values! If you ever have an issue with them they will not fix it. They'll only screw you over more! Take your money somewhere else!
This company is under investigation with numerous authorities, as I for one with the many others was a victim of their fraudulent deception. I was scammed with this company this year, and reported them to police. All their 5 star reviews are completely bogus, this is the company opening gmail accounts writing reviews on themselves. I was at Corvettes at Carlisle in PA a few months back & and everyone their knew of their FRAUDELENT ACTIVITIES. Stay away from this company as they will rob you, I and many already were. Research them on BBB of Texas to see their negativity along with other websites. Hope this can help honest consumers and car enthusiasts from having their hard earn money scammed.
I've spent about $1600 spread over four orders between end of June and mid-July. Shop carefully, the prices are good on some things, way overpriced on others. In 3 out of 4 cases the items shipped in 3-4 days, the other was 6 days. I will say, the first order was a pretty big one and after they charged the card they asked for a copy of ID and front/back of the card that was used -- I could argue that as either positive or negative -- when furnished with that information they wanted MORE information to confirm the validity. Finally, I ordered something and realized I didn't need it, I noticed even though the order had been placed 4 days prior it still hadn't been updated to "shipped" so I called customer service. I asked her to change the order for something else and she said she thought the item had shipped, even though the progress had not been updated. She assured me she'd call back with the information. The call never came, I got an automated email late that day that my item had been marked to "shipped" (a shipping label had been created, the item had not been picked up yet). Now I have deal with the RMA process and pay to ship the item back.
I won't be buying anything further from them because I'm generally in a hurry when I need something. If you're not impatient, you'll save some money and (based on my limited experience) get the correct items.
Do not make any purchases through them they do not send your package has been over a month since I made my order they don't answer the phone and they don't make any attempt to calling you back
They never answer the phone unless you call sales, and they can't do anything but send you the wrong parts. It's the worst save your shipping for some place responsive and competent
Sales team is very helpful but once you have paid and have any questions or issue with shipping you have to email customer service and it takes days to get a reply.
I ordered a set of carbon fiber side skirts for my 2019 Corvette Z06. The skirts arrived and had several scratches on them. I immediately called customer service and requested a return/refund request. I received a reply requesting photographs etc. I sent them photographs of the uninstalled items. They responded telling me that scratches are not damage just surface blemishes and if I wanted a refund the restocking fee would be a third of my payment not including the shipping I paid and return shipment. I have been calling and sending emails requesting a method of return. The phone employees are outsourced and of no help. They will not allow you to speak to a manager or the returns department. I asked them if I were to key their car would that be a surface blemish or damage. No response. For three weeks I have not received any answers or responses to my emails. The worst customer service and they will intentionally run the days out on their return policy so that it appears it is the customers fault. Now I am out several hundreds of dollars with damaged items I cannot use. Do NOT BUY from this business! Nothing more than theft. Unethical business is a watered down term for this company. They need to be run out of Texas and out of business! I will upload some pictures. You be the judge. BTW, the folks writing positive 5 star reviews are from their marketing department.

My order was for $2300, they had no problem taking my money, but kept giving me excuses why the order hadn't shipped yet.
They couldn't ship them because they do not have the products in stock. None of what they offer is in stock. Fake $#*! company!
They even told me that their fraud department does not have a phone number. Seriously?!?!?!
American express threatened a lawsuit against them, thats the only reason my money was credited back.

Here's how bad they are... I failed to read any reviews about them before ordering parts. Then, after waiting several weeks from ordering my parts that never came I finally did. The reviews on Google were horrendous! I then learned there are plenty of people on the Corvette Forums warning others not to do business with them. So, I called in to see what was going on with my parts. It was quite telling that their first phone option is to 'check status' as it confirms this problem happens a lot. It was only after I encountered their snarky sales rep on the phone to follow up with my order weeks after they were ordered with no response that I mentioned the fact they are getting a terrible reputation online for this exact issue. She didn't seem to care and only became more difficult to work with. So, I went online and posted my own review of my experienc on their Google Business page. A couple more weeks went by without my parts and my body shop just called to tell me they will not sell him the parts unless I take my review down! Obviously we are not doing business with them, but I just went to look for their Google Business page again and I cannot find it. I believe they took it down themselves. I cannot believe any of the positive reviews about them. I do believe they must be fabricated. There are numerous other retailers I am glad would be happy to help you with your corvette part needs. I'd highly recommend seeking out other options.
This is the worst company I have dealt with in a long time. I ordered a part for my corvette and I verified with the pictures and the part number that it was the one i needed. The shipping took forever and after I finally got it the part was the wrong one and it had the wrong part number. When I tried getting a hold of them, they never answer the phone or call you back after you leave a message. They finally started answering my emails and said that their distributor told them that the part would work. The part that they sent me was not even close. It had way more hose connections than the one I needed and was way oversized. Then when I tried to get a refund they said it had been to long to do a refund and they could only give store credit minus a restocking fee and I had to pay return shipping. It is amazing that a company would lose a customer over $50 when it was their fault the transaction didn't go smoothly. I should have read the online reviews before I bought the item. Most people have the same experience with them. Go somewhere else with your business
I ordered a Corvette C8 truck mat. After a week still not shipped. I tried to cancel because it was going to be another week. 50% to cancel and restock. Order from anyone else.

So I called customer service 6 times with no answer and left two messages. Waited 48hrs no return call. Had to call to place an order then got transferred and left another message called back again to place an order instead of customer service and told him that I've called 3 times today and 6 times two days ago get me a $#*!ing representative. After I place my order I received an email saying that my singular product will take 30! 30 damn days to process after I paid for it to be shipped out. Called to cancel order, can't cancel until order is done processing and I have to return it. THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR BUSINESS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER. Complete waste of time and money. And if your a corvette mods employee / representative. Shove a pineapple where the sun don't shine!
ORDERED A NEW DISTRIBUTOR. WAS ON BACK ORDER FOR ONE MONTH. SENT THE WRONG ONE. TRIED TO RETURN SAID IT WAS TOO LATE TO RETURN,. HAD PART FOR TWO WEEKS NOW! NOW AFTER I SENT BACK, SAID I DIDN'T SEND ALL BACK, NOW REJECTED RETURN! I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

We're restoring a vette and weren't sure what the best panel would be since there were different options. Called sales and they helped us get the right one. Decent shipping too.
I purchased Carbon Fiber overlays for my C6 Vette Emblems. They are TOO big and don't fit. I tried to do an RMA. They told me, if you open the package, you can't return it. How are you supposed to know if it fits unless you open the package? I called Customer Service five times without one return call. They emailed me that their production dept. said there were different sizes for front and rear. I used a micrometer and measured the emblems and they are the same size.
IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM DON"T LOOK FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The Sun visors were an exact match to the originals. By scanning Google I was able to find very good instructions to remove the old (1999) visors and install the new. Thanks
I had a good transaction with them, custom painted part took awhile to ship. Wish they had notified me it would take a bit for it to be custom painted before shipping.
