Don't waste your time ordering from this place. Small company so they seem to feel they can act how they want to paying customers. I wish I had read they're reviews before I placed my orders. I never would've used them if I had.

I ordered an item that was going to take a little while, but after 2 months, it wasn't in yet. I asked and they quickly responded and made sure I had the item - within 2 days! Great customer service... I know how things happen and something gets lost from time to time... never had the problem before, don't think it will happen again!

Lost my order and continue to give me the run around and won't give me a refund. You can't even speak to the shipping department. I would not recommend using this company at all. Save yourself the headache

Funny how it goes, you start looking for one thing and you find 10 others you didn't plan on getting. Oh well! I can't complain, the parts are fairly priced and I got free shipping on my order! WOOHOO!

John in sales was very helpful in getting out the parts I needed. I didn't have the part numbers, but he was very patient in helping me find the items. He also made some great suggestions that will help during the install process.

I would easily recommend to others!

Stay away from these guys. I have bought lots of car parts over the years. They gave me false dates of shipment, said they were going to do things they didn't do, and stop answering my calls when I tried to clarify the status of the order and "they were going to call me back in a hour."

Ordered a part. Have not received any information on the item, tracking number, confirmation email, and can't log on to the "account" I created when I ordered. I have called twice and get a call center in India. You here everyone giving the same response. I can't give you any updates as I have no information, I'll submit an email to blah, blah, blah. What's the point of customer support, it they can't support the customer?! Will not order from them ever again!

Worst customer service ever. Complained they never recieved my return (they didn't provide return packaging and postage) so I used standard mail and 6 weeks later I'm still without my credit which I was going to use to purchase a substitute product. Customer service told me "I had to listen". Horrible company!

Had to wait 1 month for rear shocks for my 1995 corvette. When I received them, they were wrong. Emailed them and no reply. Put in a complaint with the Texas BBB and the Texas AG. Got nowhere with that. Paid with a debit card so I am out $120.00. Never again!

CorvetteMods sold me an over $700.00 "refurbished climate control module." When it arrived, it had clearly not been refurbished, as 11 of the 14 light bulbs were out. They gave me an RMA to send the part back, I had to pay the shipping, and now refuse to give my money back.

Corvette mods sent wrong parts and keeps telling me i have to wait 48 hours to get response. Well it has been well over 48 hours and no response. I keep calling and they say only customer service can help me. Customer service keeps telling me i need to wait another 48 hours. Brandon who sold me the parts they say now no longer works there.
Corvette Mods keeps giving me the run around. I just want my correct parts. I will never buy from here again because of customer service

I recently purchased a 2017 grand sport Corvette and I highly recommend Corvette Mods. They have let me accent it with Tension Blue giving it a custom look that I absolutely love. Several of the parts I have ordered are: front/rear flag overlays, side fender emblem overlays, and fender stripes. I plan on purchasing many more to customize my new Vette.

Ordered several things and one of vinyl parts would not stick... I thought I had it backwards. But it was correct. Contacted them and was told sorry could not help me with it. Buy from someone else do a search and find the parts else where.

I ordered front and rear license plate brackets for my 2014 Z51. The front bracket was out of stock but that fact was omitted from the website, nor was it noted on the order confirmation. I did not find out until the back bracket was shipped several days later. After the part was finally shipped several weeks later, I discovered that the bracket required 2 retaining pins which were not included. After several attempts to contact the company (phone messages were not returned), I was told they needed to be ordered separately. The website made no mention of this. Again, I was told they would get back to me and they never did. I finally bought the pins from the local Chevy dealer, where I discovered I could have ordered the bracket for $30 less than Corvette Mods charged. Lesson learned: don't do business with these guys.

I ordered multiple parts for my new 2018 Grand Sport Corvette. All of the parts arrived and look great except for one. I called customer service and found out that UPS damaged the part during shipping and that another would be shipping out shortly. Overall the parts are quality and service was very helpful, recommend.

After waiting 2weeks CorvetteMods sent me another customers order, I notified the company by email and they said my order was on its way, into third week I called the company, they said it has to be an email, call, person can not access any information on shipping. I emailed again, nothing. I called again, told to email again. Next email from them says I have to take a photo of wrong item sent to me and email, it to them, which I did. I also called and asked when and where iis my product? Again, call, centre person can't help with that. I get another email from. Them telling me to send wrong order back to them with other customers invoice ect in same packaging, at my own expense. I asked for refund and was denied also still, cannot tell me anything about my product which I paid them $25.00 for. I'm still waiting but don't believe I will get anything from this shoddy, scam place CorvetteMods. Don't give them your money

After receiving my order and viewing the quality of the parts, I will say I am very happy. The parts were US made, which is important to me. They were packed well, and arrived quickly. Will use them again in the future. Thanks

Hi you guys if you are thinking of buying parts or assesories for your corvette dont even think about ordering anything from corvette mods chances your order will be sent wrong are very high i order something so simple as a emblem and they sent it wrong since it was something small i kept anyway but then i thought let me give them another try and bought some red caliper covers for my base 2013 corvette and again they send me the wrong covers so never ordering anything again from them.

Needed a painted part for my C6, very happy with the paint and clear coat job. It was a bit cheaper and easier to order one already painted from here than it was to order a new one and bring it to a local shop. I think it took less time too overall between getting an unpainted part in and waiting on a shop. Not my first order here and won't be the last.

I placed an order online with CorvetteMods for an idle air control valve for my 1987 Corvette. It is not a custom part and readily available from many sources. Shipping seemed high $7.99 for such a small part but the price $34.98 seemed reasonable. Nothing on their site tells you whether the part is in stock or how long it will take to ship it. There is no tracking available to check when it is shipped. 7 days after I placed the order, I called to find out that the part had not been in stock and they had ordered it from a supplier and they believed it had been shipped to them but not received. Customer service estimated another 7-10 days. When I asked to cancel the order, I was told I could not cancel because it had been shipped by their supplier. Very poor service and customer relations.

Horrible company to deal with horrible customer service they lie and don't stand back their products charges you extra fees and do not say customers is right or 100 per cent satisfaction is not true don't deal with this compan

After purchasing my 2019 Grand Sport, I wanted to make so Modifications. I decided to go to corvettemods.com because I really liked their website and what they had to offer. I placed an order for a Stage 3 Spoiler Upgrade on 5/31/2020. Today is 7/21/2020 and they still can't tell me when I am going to get my order. I have gone back and forth with them, and even asked to cancel the order, only to be told that if I cancel, they will charge me 25% off because I changed my mind. This is the worst experience I have had with a company. Because of the experience I going through and the lack of support I am getting from them, I would not purchase any more products from them and I wouldn't recommend them. Undoubtedly for me, I had placed multiple orders with them, but this one order is the one stressing me out.

Placed 700 dollar order with corvette mods, cancelled the order the same day, one would think getting your money back would be a simple no brainer, not with this company they tend to blame the bank. Also never been treated by customer service like this anywhere. There's no boss to speak with except the rude person on the phone. There some type of scam going on there. Wish I would have read reviews first. STAY AWAY, FAR AWAY
