I've ordered from Cosbar's online source a couple times and only had one terrible, and I mean terrible experience. I placed an order to the tune of $850.00 and change. They were having a really good sale and I use a couple La Mer items in my skin care regimen. So I ordered some of my go to La Mer products and yes, they're pricy but the discount came to 38% off of which you never see in the retail market and I dived in hard. So after placing my order a few days went by, then a few more, and no shipping conformation email. About a week went by when I got a wee bit irritated and went online into my account and saw that the order was cancelled. O. M. G. was I pissed off to the nines!
I tried to contact their CS to no avail and then decided to contact one of their actual stores and asked for a manager. I proceeded to explain to her what happened and how ticked off I was because they didn't even email me and tell me they cancelled it. They let me sit there and wonder what the heck happened and being a business owner myself that is a HUGE no no! How rude! How disrespectful! How inconsiderate! YOU don't do that!
This manager I have to say was wonderful! She offered me all the products I had previously ordered with the same discount despite the sale was over and not only that, she included a ton of deluxe samples of the products that I actually use. She turned lemons into lemonade and while I still get a little ticked when I think about what happened, I'm so pleased with how she stepped up the plate and took care of me. She is good at what she does and while I won't purchase from their website again, I will purchase from her. Her shipping was fast and packaged beautifully. Bravo!

Don't order a big order, keep it small or call a store.
