Quality and great service! Cosrea delivered my Halloween costumes on time. It was my first time to order costumes online and I was a bit skeptical about the sizes mention in the size chart whether they are accurate or not. But, as soon as I got them, my kids tried their costumes and the sizes were perfect. Plus, the fabric is super soft and comfy. Great job!
I was really impressed by the beautiful custom princess dress I received from the awesome team at Cosrea. It came fully embroidered and made with nice heavy fabrics. The fit based on my measurements were good, the skirt was a little big but a simple modification made it perfect. Very happy with product, highly recommended for serious cosplayers.
I just recently got into cosplay for fananime convention... and then realized this was the perfect halloween costume.My GF ordered from this site and she loved it. They are very price at this store because they are all custom tailored and very high quality. Better than what I have seen off of ebay and etsy. The price can range from reasonable ($200) to crazy outrageous ($2700).
I ordered a beauty and the beast costume with a deadline of 10/20/17. I specifically asked if this deadline would be a problem. I followed up with an email with a week to spare. They assured me it would be shipped in the beginning of the week and would arrive by 10/20. On Wednesday, I contacted them for an update. They blamed DHL for the delay because they were swamped. This was all a lie since they had not shipped the costumes. As of today, they have not shipped my costumes. They are completely unprofessional. There is no number to contact them only an email. There is poor communication and an uncertainty that these costumes will arrive.
They promise something they can't keep. At this point, where am i going to get a costume within hours of the event?
The Anime Costumes are so lovely and I consider myself a bit of an anime enthusiast. I ordered one of them for the Anime theme party at my house. I am really impressed with such quality services and super-quick delivery. Wow!
Ordered a costume at the beginning of July for a con that was at the end of August. Confirmed with them that timeframe was fine and they promised I'd receive it mid-August. Costume came Sept 1 and had to wait for it to even go to the con.
On top of that costume was tacky all over, zippers installed incorrectly, everything was incorrectly sized, nothing was customized to measurements, poor quality all around. Did not match photos provided.
I emailed asking for a refund and they took weeks of back and forth to give only $150 of a $730 order for something that was late, not customized, did not match photos, and was poor quality.
I would not order from them again.

Thanks for the free shipping, Cosrea! We had a skit competition and our theme was Marvel. We ordered the cosplay costumes of every character for our crew and they all arrived on the scheduled date. The best part, they were perfect in size and comfiness level was 100%. Wow.
I was going to a dance festival and wanted to go as Sailor Mars, but show a little more skin. They sent forms and i filled it out with my measurements. I listed every single item i wanted. Be thorough. I paid August 8th, 2018 and i received August 29th, 2018. Amazing quality. My only tiny complaint is the bows aren't sewn in they had to be secured with safety pins. I only paid $100 so whatever.
I ordered a Cure Whip cosplay from them 6 months in advance for a con I was going to. When I got the costume, the quality was bad and everything was falling apart. Also, some items were missing from the costume and I tried emailing them 3 times about it. They always say that it is almost done and will be shipped soon. It's been almost 6 months later and I still don't have it or have any update about it. And I couldn't wear it at the con I was going to because it was so dysfunctional and too much stuff was missing from it. Will never order from them again.

I got it custom made with my measurements. It was not the cheapest option, but the quality was worth it.

The cancellation request and order refund was issued as soon as we received the request.
At that time, the package was already submitted to DHL and was in transit.
We wanted to make sure that we don't cause any additional hassle.
So we explained that, we will put in a re-direct request with DHL to have the package re-route back to us
Directly.
However, if they couldn't complete the request, then no return would be needed.
Fortunately, they caught it right at their logistic center before it was sent out on local delivery.
So we were able to have them forward it right back to us.

I attempted multiple times to post this review directly to their site, but I have not seen it show up as of yet. I wanted to share my experience with Cosrea and since I seem to be unable to leave feedback on their website, I will leave it here.
Let me start by saying I am a return customer. I purchased a costume from Cosrea in November 2017, and was thrilled by the quality. It was probably the best commission experience I have ever had. So naturally, when I was looking to buy a new costume, Cosrea was at the top of my list. I now regret that decision and am unsure if I will ever order from here again.
I placed an order for their listing of "Love Live SR Shichifukujin Cosplay Costume - Nozomi Tojo" in April of 2018, with a deadline date of early August. My deadline was acknowledged and Cosrea began working on my costume. I was very excited when it arrived quickly to me, but once I opened up the packaging I realized the entire costume was too small. Every piece of the costume was made too small to fit over my head, and were obviously not made to my custom measurements. Parts of the costume that were supposed to be purple came in blue, and many accessories were missing. I reached out to Cosrea, filled out their exchange form, and mailed back the costume that was too small. They assured me they would fix everything and my original deadline would be honored. (The only reason this review is 2 stars and not 1 is because of their excellent customer service. Cosrea was very fast in their responses to me and were always there to answer any questions I had.)
The costume came back to me in late July, and this time all the pieces were too big. The incorrect blue color of the skirt trim, which I had specifically mentioned in my exchange form, was left unchanged. The accessories were mostly there, but were very rushed. I did not want to go through the stress of another exchange, so I did size alterations myself and had to make a completely new skirt and touch up the accessories. This costume cost me $225, a price I'd be happy to pay for a quality costume and wonderful commission experience. This experience with Cosrea was anything but wonderful, and I am conflicted about whether I will ever commission from them again.
First of all I'd like to state that this was a custom order as I found nothing to suit my fancy. This order started around May 2017 to be worn at London Mcm expo in the October of that year. Why is this review so late you wonder? Because I've only just received the replacement of the first pieces that were late, missing and wrong.
The costume was for Overwatch a Widowmaker suit, armour and weapon. They quoted me approx £700 for it all.
They knew my deadline and had months to prepare for it. I had no costume for the convention and when it finally arrived months later it was just a modified cheap printed suit with the front and arms cut off. (Not sure why the arms were cut off. This was NOT part of the spec but this will also not be the only time it was wrong). The armour was dented and broken, made poorly and the shoes were too small for me. Zips snapped off, the helmet was just a piece of foam that was heavily dented, the thigh bag was missing and the gun was not the one I asked for. For an order that was late I was definitely not happy. I contacted support who said that the broken items will be replaced and the suit will be too.
At the time of writing its July 2018. That's over 1 year for them to sort their mess out.
The replacements received today are of slightly better quality than previously. The helmet has a spot for a battery for LEDs which is cool, and not tested so I won't be holding my breath on that one. The shoulder pad attaches with elastic, and if you widows shoulder guard, this will not be a good fit, and it sticks up or falls down.
Neck armour is missing. Bag is non functional. It's glued down for some reason. Shoes have spikes missing, checked the box many times, definitely not there. Gun looks fantastic, some pieces falling off though, nothing glue can't fix.
The suit they made stinks of sweat and has the bobbles that jumpers/sweaters get all over it. It's definitely been worn before by someone and not washed before posting which is disgusting. Again the arms are missing from it, which as stated in the original spec that they were to be included. The only thing I didn't want was a panel at the front of the suit.
They also included a second suit which is actually the reference photo I supplied to them, but is not made by them. It was kindly supplied by the original maker of the suit. Sadly it's too small for me, but I'm hoping I can fix it.
My experience with cosrea has been a nightmare to say the least. But the positive thing about them is their customer services advisor is very friendly and speaks excellent English, and kept in contact with me the entire time when I wanted an update. It's a shame the quality of the items does not match what they state on the website.
Please avoid this company because if you ever receive anything, it will be wrong and late. I've had better experiences from greedy commissions and aliexpress sellers.

The original order did arrived late and with fitting issues, that was our fault completely and we do very

Upon confirming that a replacement order would be put in for the customer, we also offer to include in a additional staff prop
As our way of apologizing for the trouble.
We begin production as quickly as we could, with the staff and the replacement pulser gun prop completing first.
We made sure to send completion and packaging photos for customer's approval before shipping it.
At that time, prop shipment did become difficult with custom inspection requests.
So it took us two tries to get the gun prop through custom and successfully delivered. Customer was happy with the prop received per Email feedback.
The complete armor was finished first and we provided completion photos for customer's review and approval
Before we being packaging.
The final piece was the bodysuit, which we do admit that we bumped into delay on the digital print request
And also the custom material request.
That and both are 100% our fault and mistake, we very much apologize about that and have taken the time to reflect on that to make sure
It doesn't happen again.
At the time of the replacement request, customer provided us with a photo of a specific bodysuit.
The details are unique per the amazing design work of the workshop who designed it. And right at the end, we were able to find the workshop
Who made it and had one made for the customer.
Completion photos were sent for approval prior to shipment and once customer gave us the go, we shipped as quickly as we could.
By no means are we pushing off any responsibility, we do very much appreciate how much the customer worked with us on the
Replacement process.
And we are very very sad that we didn't meet her expectation.
But we do want to show that, even if we are still learning, we would never hestitate to go the extra distance to do our very best

With international packages and custom clearance procedures, sometimes packages do get delay.
Even though very rare as the carriers we choose to work with are all very good with their handling time and know that every
Package is time sensitive.
But unfortunately sometimes it does happen.
You are absolutely right that we need to take as much of the responsbility as our shipping carrier when a package
