I used to wonder who shopped at Cost Plus World Market. It sounded like a cheesy faux international fair... until I actually ventured inside of one and ended up leaving with some large vines and branches for my apartment. The website has most of what's in the store but doesn't quite capture the feeling of being inside the store. Think a cheaper pottery barn type place.
Ordered chairs from site after seeing them in the store. Waited for a free shipping offer in email, so saved around $40 on that. The chairs were delivered in 2 business days (though I do live near the Stockton, CA warehouse). They are beautiful and arrived well packed, fully assembled. I think they offer good value for the money. I also shop the retail store for home furnishings, tableware, wine and imported food.
