First time ordering an item from Cost Way, and the experience placing the order online has been good, so far a 4-star for ease of use of the website to place order.

Follow up on initial experience - customer service is excellent and delivery of the item was quick.

Very Good Service. Arrived within 2 days. I phoned and spoke to a most helpful operator as I had a few questions I needed to know about the product and she was extremely helpful. Definitely will use Costway again

The web held all the info we were looking for which made choosing a product easier. Email info was as required and delivery exactly as promised. I do miss the human touch and it is only that contact that I think would improve the service.

I wasn't sure about ordering from an unknown company but the trustpilot reviews are ok. So i gave it a go. The swing us excellent quality and the delivery service was tip top. So no complaints here.

Not the cheapest online but certainly not the most expensive.

I'd would use again like a shot.

Initially received the wrong item, which was a smaller version of what I had ordered so it took me a moment to notice. I had to send the details over via email and then they arranged collection with me and replaced the original item. The process meant my item arrived with me around 2 weeks after I initially should have received it and it meant waiting in for couriers multiple times.

Firstly Costway delivered very quickly, no issues with the product but itself was not suitable. As it said sits 4-6 I thought it was standard table size but it was very low, coffee table.
It's when things are not as expected you can review good customer service- no quibble & arranged collection- great customer service!

Stumbled across their website and glad I did. Purchased a tv unit which although flat packed it was of good quality, solid once built and at a great price. Also purchased the double basketbal /fun fair style game and already we have had our monies worth. Again, a great piece of kit for a great price.

Was really easy putting together with two of us, could have done it myself. Material looks more expensive than it is, looks very nice in my room.

Although it doesn't feel very sturdy- I have it on carpet and wood is thinner than other desks might have.

Enough information to make the choice! I hope to be thrilled and give a review when it comes!

Lovely solid wood frame & fast delivery! Sadly the unassembled chair was too heavy for me to lift from the box & cope with - I am disabled & elderly. So must find a way now to send it back - there was no delivery note or information with it….

Really happy with he options and value. Had just wha I was looking for. I made an order that needed changing. I emailed and it was cancelled and refunded straight away. The desired item was delivered promptly and with no issue. The product itself was a good price and the quality is great. The instructions made assembly relatively easy. The cat is happy too!

All very easy delivery perfect sent an email to say they would be with me in 15. Minutes I asked for sofa bed to be set up in a bedroom which they did I would definitely recommend them perfect

I ordered a wheeled walker with a seat to help with my poor mobility. I assembled the walker but could not work out how to raise the handles. I phoned the number on the label attached to the frame and was answered immediately. No robot voice asking questions and being invited to press button A or B or whatever. Being an older person, that carry-on drives me NUTS! The lady answered and talked me through the process that would let me raise the handles. Voila! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Excellent customer care - thankyou so much!
P.S. An excellent item that does what it says on the tin. I've been out and about with confidence, especially since I can have a wee seat when my screamingly painful knees need a break.

Saw it on line ordered it and it arrived ok took a bit of getting up instructions leave a lot to be desired tell you half way through that it would be easier with three people but after a few arguments we got it up and we're really pleased with it thank you

Items were packed by supplier well. I wasn't in when delivery came and would have preferred if box had have been left out of sight as it would have been easy to leave in a more secure area at back of house

From start to finish i found Costway brilliant to deal with. The Sideboard was delivered super quick and the quality of the sideboard was excellent, i cannot fault this company it is so rare to such good service.

I was looking for a suitable electric bike for my son and Costway had the perfect one. I ordered it and was kept up to date via email. The courier followed instructions and left it in my safe place. Very happy I bought from here.

I ordered the 9000btu air conditioner which I am yet to unbox so can't comment on the actual unit yet. However, the discount worked, the delivery was quick & there were several payment options which is great. Looking forward to hopefully not being a sweaty mess during our two week summer this year

Can't defer delivery, they can't give me a complete description unless I email their head office, and though I registered for a discount it seems to have disappeared! I wanted to defer delivery until the carpet had been laid but told this wasn't possible
