I purchase this wonderful 48 Inch Fireplace TV Stand with 18 Inch Fireplace Insert for TVs up to 55 Inch - Costway November 2023. It works amazingly well. This piece is very well made, sturdy and the fireplace works so well. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging was designed to protect the product from some of the rough shipping conditions we see today. Assembly was about 50 minutes. I have purchased many items from Costway over the last 5 years. I have been very pleased with every product and the customer service has been very good. I highly recommend purchasing products from Costway.

Purchased a fiber optic christmas tree that quit working within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service just ask the same questions o er and over. Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I'll never buy another costway product. They're cheap and don't last long.

After reading my review on this site, Costway emailed me apologizing for not getting back to me in a timely manner. They gave me a full refund & told me to keep the fan. Now I have a fan which doesn't fit any of my windows. When ordering from Walmart make sure it does not come from Costway. I don't believe this is an American company which would explain their lack of customer service. They will have to learn a lot before I would use them again. Yet thanks for the refund. Now I can get a fan that fits.

Ordered a window fan on Walmart.com. Fan came from Costway & was wrong size. Walmart instructed that the return & refund was to be done with Costway but only emails through Walmart were allowed. Costway has had me jump through hoops trying to return & get refund. Haven't heard from them for a week. Will just keep the stupid fan but will post on all my social media to boycott this dishonest company and maybe be careful of what you buy on the Walmart web site.

Ordered this for use in my camper van during summer trips. Order arrived promptly and was well packed. Did a short in-house test of air conditioner in my home and it works fine, blows cold air and is reasonably quiet. Have not had an opportunity to use it on a camping trip yet, but I like the smaller size and think it will fit my camper van needs just fine.

I ordered a Rattan lounge chair from The Bay, Cost Way was the market place supplier. My husband spent 2 hours trying to install it till the very last steps, we found that the parts was not correct, so we were not able to put the folding canopy up. The quality of this chair is also very bad. The paint already peeling off and parts rusted. I started the returning process, after almost a week, the Market Place supplier haven't get back to me. I have been calling the Bay, sending them emails and pictures. The Bay told me they have escalated, but still nobody contact me for the return. It's been very frustrated. Till this moment this issue still not resolved.

I purchased an ice maker 2/18/22. Last week 9/14/22 a chunk of metal was in our ice. Again this morning 9/20/22 another chunk. Called Target where I purchased they said contract Costway. Contacted Costway and after a rude customer rep they basically are saying I wasted $450 and won't replace it. I don't want my money back I just want a new one so that no one accidentally gets metal in their system.

Received a patio umbrella and stand. One piece missing, the cap that keeps the sand in the base. Could not be used without that piece. The shipping information said to call Costway for missing or broken parts. Called the number on the shipping label. On hold for 55 minutes. Lady comes on the phone and wanted the tracking number. When I gave it to her she said, "Oh, you bought that from Wayfair. You need to call them." Wayfair's email says they will send the missing part but it will take 24 days to get to us. An unusable umbrella and base will sit in the living room for three and a half weeks. Why would anyone want that type of service?

I ordered a white Christmas tree from this company through best buy and it came in two different color, one off white mixed with white! Now why in the world would a company do this to a customer! They are trying to offer me $30 in compensation! Horrible they need to refund my money amd stop taking advantage of people and their hard earned money. Best buy should be ashamed to be affiliated with a company like this. I am shocked and disgusted by such blatant cruelty, disrespect and dishonesty.

I purchased a ride on tractor from Costway for my 3 year old for Christmas. We finally tried it outside once it was better weather and one of the motors stopped working within a week of use. Costway will not offer any support even though it was purchased just over 3 months ago. DO NOT BUY from this company! Stick with a reliable brand with good support.

After getting nothing but hot air. I contacted Walmart for return. Costway keeps wanting me to do troubleshooting. I knew they were wanting to stall me. I'm contacting bank to reverse charges. Nothing but plastic pieces and blower. My floor fan works better. Walmart is responsible and Walmart was paid. Don't order any of their crap.

My husband had to use a rotary tool to grind down screw holes in the kitchen island cart so that we could even begin to put it together. It took us several days to put this maddening item together because we had to modify parts over and over again to make them work. I'll NEVER buy a costway product again. I'd rather pay twice as much for a product from another company. Hassle, hassle, hassle. Never again.

Safety alert. Purchased above patio swing from Costway. After about 9 months and very sparing use, the seat tore down when I sat down and I fell into swing. Lucky I was not seriously injured. I weight only 150 lbs. someone heavier could have been badly hurt, broken their hips or something. I wrote to Costway about a replacement or refund about 4 weeks ago but no response yet.

My 75-year-old mother ordered a space heater with wheels for her house. The wheels wobble and it is difficult for her to move. She tried requesting a return and was told to take a video as proof of the problem. When we sign in to the website her order is not even showing up. She's 75 and doesn't want to piddle with this nonsense. Sending it back and looking into resolving through the credit card company.

I ordered outdoor furniture from them and the quality was extremely poor. The screw holes did not lineup and the material was coming off. I have sent several emails asking for my refund and they keep coming back offering me a discount when their product is not even usable.

I received the two chair set ordered from Home Depot. The wrong parts were in the box and Costway's rep suggested using "great strength" to get the holes to line up. The holes were over an inch off. The quality seemed poor but these would have fit the space I want them for. Returning for a refund.

I purchased a item via target and the product stopped working for no apparent reason. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I told I had to call target but then when I got target on the phone they told me to call Costway. Both of these companies are disgusting l. There employees are ignorant and no one wants to take responsibility for something that was more than likely recalled. Be careful purchasing this product from either company

Purchased a $203 tolling Motor. Received and does not work. Went online since phone number on web does not work.
Jacked me around for 3 days of calling. Told them prop will not turn, locked up tight. Wanted to send a switch for me to take to shop and me pay to fix. It is NOT the handle switch, motor does not turn. After sending video and once again, tell them I just want a return of my money. Now will take 3 days to get a shipping label and I have to drive an hour just to send. Then Upon receiving they say I will get a return.
Terrible customer service. Nice but person can not help. Only a go between to take messages. Is NOT customer care by any means in my book.
Will not ever buy from this outfit ever again!

My significant other and I purchased and recieved our product without incident. The problem came into play when we unpacked our lounge hammock and began to assemble the item. At that point we noticed the lace up sting that pretty much supports the person sitting inside the hammock was damaged. It looks as though it was cut but still packaged and we ended up with that damaged package. We emailed Costway and never received any information as to how to proceed or what our options were to receive a new support string. I'm totally confused because on the very 1st page of the instruction booklet it says in bold lettering "Do Not return this item contact our friendly customer service department for help first." Well we did and still are right now today waiting on a reply. Did I mention that email was sent over 30 days ago.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
We bought a heater for $105 and it stopped working after three months.
When I called they said too bad.

We have purchased 3 different outdoor sets. NONE of them came with the hardware. According to Sue they can't send them. You guys need a quality team because by the looks of reviews your employees leave out items from shipments quite often.

Its been over a month and still no resolution! They definitely keep track of phone numbers and ignore them so always call blocked! Do not allow them to continue to scam people with thier bull$#*! products that never seem to come in tact!

Ordering and shipping was a breeze. Received everything nicely packed and in good condition. Putting together the 9-piece dining set was incredibly time consuming especially using an allen key tool to tighten without stripping. The pieces did not line up perfectly, so you had to work harder to get the screws started. Definitely a two-man job, one putting the pressure to line up the holes and the other working the screw in place. It took the two of us 6 hours, the whole time my husband saying he will never buy an item like this again that you have to put together. However, after all said and done. The dining set is adequate for what we intended to use it for. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I would rate this set as your average resin dining set. If you're looking for a higher quality set, then buy real outdoor wicker furniture. One more thing, the chairs are narrow. Will not be very comfortable for a large person.

Purchased round daybed from Costway via Walmart. After 2 years the canopy deteriorated to the point it's no longer usable even as a pattern. The cheap material used for the cushions and canopy grows mildew the first time exposed to any moisture (humidity included).
I contacted Costway by email to ask if they sell replacements. After a dozen back and forth emails for a week, the answer is no, they don't carry any replacement parts.
LPT: If you buy any outdoor furniture from Costway, take any/all fabric pieces (cushion covers, canopy, etc.) to your favorite sewing provider and have patterns and duplicates made - you're going to need them.

The purchase was easy and straightforward.
It came in 3 boxes, which did not all arrive together, but within a day of each other. We understand we will need extra mesh, to fully enclose it. The only issue we have is that the door is about 12" shorter than the outside door frame, which and chicken would escape from. Waiting for customer service to help with this.

I was looking for a reclining chair that could be used and left outdoors on my deck at the NJ shore. I was reluctant to purchase an item sight unseen from anyone other than Amazon because of their return policy. Very happy to say that I did not need to return the chair. It was delivered faster than promised and is showing no signs of undue wear from being in the sun or sitting in the rain. This will be the first winter so I can't speak for freezing conditions but I'm hopeful.
