I purchase this wonderful 48 Inch Fireplace TV Stand with 18 Inch Fireplace Insert for TVs up to 55 Inch - Costway November 2023. It works amazingly well. This piece is very well made, sturdy and the fireplace works so well. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging was designed to protect the product from some of the rough shipping conditions we see today. Assembly was about 50 minutes. I have purchased many items from Costway over the last 5 years. I have been very pleased with every product and the customer service has been very good. I highly recommend purchasing products from Costway.

Purchased a fiber optic christmas tree that quit working within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service just ask the same questions o er and over. Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I'll never buy another costway product. They're cheap and don't last long.

I searched for a black coffee table on Amazon and got redirected to Costway's website. I clicked to purchase and the pictures as you can see showed a black table. This is a picture from my actual order. I clicked and purchased based on the picture, not realizing the fine print showed brown. This is a misrepresentation of the product. I asked if I could just get the legs exchanged for black ones. They need me to return the entire product at my own cost of $50 or they will give me a $17 refund for inconvenience. The table doesn't my grey and black carpet, nor my dark grey couch. You also cannot return items at warehouse in Guelph. I will never ever purchasing from them again. I do not trust purchasing from their website

I found matching 21" hard sided rolling suitcases for my twin grandchildren on Costway through the Walmart.com website for very reasonable pricing. They arrived promptly and the twins loved them! We went to Disneyworld and they had plenty of room for clothes and supplies, expandable, and easy for the 4 year olds to manage. They'll be around for a few years of traveling adventures!

They stopped answering the phone for me too. The 1st time I called they picked up. Each time after that I would wait for a representative to pick up and then I would get a message saying the call volume was too high and to leave a message which i did several times with no response. Today I called and the exact same thing happened so I hung up and immediately called with my number blocked & what do you know, they answered. It could be a coincidence but I doubt it. Alex (lol) said I should have my replacement part for my damaged equipment in 6 to 8 days. Let's see how this goes.

My two toddlers (1 & 3) both love it! There was no assembly, and it was packed really well so there was no damage when we received it (as noted on other reviews). Would highly recommend this if you want a space saving little desk!

Futon was garbage. The legs folded the 1st day. At present my futon is on top of 2 milk crates the right end no longer folds up. EXTREMELY poor construction standards and materials paid for with pennies for the horrible quality

I ordered a workout bench. Some of the pieces arrived bent and the parts do not fit. Nuts are missing as well. I want to return the item for a refund and the company is giving me the run around. Instead they suggested I pay a professional to repair it! I am furious. I want my $330 refunded!

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful what you purchase. My item was damaged and missing pieces. I’m having a difficult time returning for refund.

I got a "new member discount" when I signed up and ordered two pieces of furniture. I have waited over 2 weeks and have not received my second item. I had to wait 5 business days for the company to complete an investigation.
I have now been informed that I will have to wait an additional 10-15 business days to get my missing item. So I'm looking at well over 4 weeks for an item I have already pause for. Compensation-$8 because I got a new customer discount. This is legit laughable. Amazon would never inconvenience their customers while they investigate. They also would expedite the package. Save your time and hard earned money, shop local or on Amazon.

I was concerned about ordering an expensive item from a company I really didn't know but I decided to take a chance. Our experience couldn't have been better. Purchasing from Costway couldn't have been easier, our new pond filter arrived on time and best of all - our pond has never looked so good as you can see from the before and after photos.

Bad quality, both sides of the luggage do not look the same. One side looks like it was damaged during shipment or something -- Wheels and handle also look flimsy, so it probably won't be durable. I will be satisfied if it lasts me one or two full trips.

I bought the Costway air cooler in June 2020. A complete waste of money. The customer service at Costway & Morealis (where I bought it) is absolutely AWFUL. The filter has hard white stuff growing on it, and I can not get it off. I wanted to BUY a new filter. I got the run around on who can help me, and after weeks I finally got a response from Rachel, that says I am sorry your product is out of warranty we won't be able to help with this issue. So after spending around $200 it's going in the trash where it belongs! I only had it around 7 months. I do not recommend either company to purchase from, and definitely do NOT buy the Costway air cooler, it's cheaply made, very hard to clean, and doesn't even work. Also you apparently can not buy a new filter once that one is damaged.

Some issues with the cart we received

We ordered a cart and needed to put it to use right away. One of the nuts did not thread properly. I let customer service know about the issue. They stated there was no replacement and I did not have any luck at the local hardware store either. They requested that I take a picture of the issue but the cart was already assembled and full so I didn't follow up. I was just disappointed to put the whole thing together and have a loose, improperly fitting bolt/nut combo on the one wheel.

I saw their folding desk on another supplier's website and decided to check their site directly to see if its cheaper. It was 9 dollars cheaper and free shipping so I ordered from Costway direct. After I submitted I looked up reviews, out of curiosity, and was worried because of all the negatives. However, I received order confirmation, shipping, and delivery updates from them and received my order on time. The desk is as advertised, and actually more sturdy/solid than I expected.

I'd recommend.

I order a jeep back in April for my son's birthday. I had to email to confirm the shipping because it took more than two weeks and packages came separately which I was unaware of. Because of this I was scared that the full shipment wouldn't go out because this is not a reputable company. When I did email the company they were very rude.

Fast forward to June and the motor is burnt up. I have emailed customer service a week ago and I have not received a email back.

I would never order from this company ever again. Beware.

I ordered a climbing triangle in October for my son for Christmas. 8 of the dowels are too large for the pockets that they rest in for it to be secured and screwed together. I reached out to customer service and they have been less than helpful and treated us like we were stupid. Less than par customer service. It says in the packet when putting it together to contact them before returning, I would rather have returned it and not contacted for their lack of assistance and their inability to communicate in a timely manner.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t. Don’t use them. You will only end up with a product that doesn’t work and go in circles trying to explain to the customer service that you aren’t the issue, they are for their lack of assistance.

I am usually used to the filter being in front of the air flow but... this one is in the back of the machine. I do like that it constantly recycles the water back into the tray which is a plus when it comes to having to get up at night to refill it again. I like the different modes it has, and hours you can set it to go off when want it too. Our A/C isn't working for the house right now. Not blowing out cool air, so I bought two of these for my Mother and I both. Thanks Costway!

Poorly made tattoo chair! Screws did not fit and the make is very cheap. Customer service was the worst and told me they couldnt help me and to fix it locally. I do NOT recommend this store or product to any business owner.

I ordered my granddaughter a car for Christmas with the expectation that she would receive it by then. They created a label for fed ex however after a week of tracking the package I realized that it had not even moved from the place of the original tracking. Then when I reached out to the company all she could tell me was that they were having shipping delays but I had ordered from several other places well after I order from them and have already received my order. After reading these reviews I guess I dodged a bullet. Still haven't heard anything regarding my refund

Don't waste your money on Costway products. We purchased a hammock stand that was advertised to fit between 9' to 15' hammocks. We have a 14' hammock and it is adusted as far as it can go. You lay on the ground so obviously about a 9' hammock is all it actually fits. It also arrived missing parts and Costway does not warranty what they sell. Shop a reliable and trustworthy site.

Entering my shipping address was difficult! When tried to enter mu state, it would not scroll! There was a black line that would not scroll after 3 seconds. I finally tried to move it asap and was able to scroll.
The guide handles were in lowest position with no adjustment buttons showing. Finally pulled upward really hard and buttons came into view! I was then able to raise them.

I just got a plastic folding table with metal legs. I love the table. It's lightweight but has a lot of surface area. I ordered it and it came quickly and worked great for a party I had. It held all of the food. It holds several hundred pounds
I put a few heavy crock pots on it and a ice machine. I am so happy.

The umbrella arrived yesterday and I assembled it. Seems to be a pretty good quality. The pole is fairly sturdy, the fabric seems heavy enough to last a while. My issue is how badly they communicated delivery. Was sent notice that it had been picked up the day after ordering and would be delivered that day. I hung around waiting for it. It didn't show. Turns out that it wasn't even picked up for a week after I placed the order. Getting any kind of shipping information, let alone accurate information was impossible. Why is that so hard to do? And why did it take a week to even have it picked up by FedEx? Very frustrating and because they totally crapped the bed on this, they get a very generous 3/5. Could have been less.

Tip for consumers:
Fairly simple to set up. Quality appears to pretty good.

The communication, shipping, and installation of the gazebo all went very smoothly. The only issue I have, and it's really a manufacturing issue (AND something that was described in the item, but that I missed), is that the roof edges have grommets for drainage - except it drain right into the inside of the gazebo. Guess they don't make gutters for these things! Otherwise, a great experience and a great price, absolutely worth it - just need to come up with a water catch!
