I purchase this wonderful 48 Inch Fireplace TV Stand with 18 Inch Fireplace Insert for TVs up to 55 Inch - Costway November 2023. It works amazingly well. This piece is very well made, sturdy and the fireplace works so well. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging was designed to protect the product from some of the rough shipping conditions we see today. Assembly was about 50 minutes. I have purchased many items from Costway over the last 5 years. I have been very pleased with every product and the customer service has been very good. I highly recommend purchasing products from Costway.

Purchased a fiber optic christmas tree that quit working within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service just ask the same questions o er and over. Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I'll never buy another costway product. They're cheap and don't last long.

I ordered a hitch mount bike rack for Christmas last November, 2018.
Living in a rather northern climate, obviously it wasn't used for a couple months.
When I finally went to use it, it didn't even fit in a hitch!
Initially they told me that I was past the 30 or so days to Say something.
After AGAIN Explaining the Situation (cause for delay) and sending them a video showing it not even fitting into the hitch.
They Did issue a Full Refund.
Though I wanted the Manufacturer's contact,
So that I could have a Functional item. 8(

Costway is customer conscience and very reliable. The table wiped out a history of receiving damaged products when ordered online.
The table came early, it was easy to unpack and assemble, and most of all I received enough screws and other mounting items.

I bought and assembled this set back in February, on the 17th. I just noticed that the wicker parts are disintegrating in my hands. It is literally cracking and breaking, crumbling to the touch.

This is not acceptable by any means. It is patio furniture and should be okay outside but less than 6 months later it is deteriorating under gentle touch.

This machine worked only for 2 minutes than stopped,
I received the machine on April 12,2023, and due to heart procedures, I was not able to use it before July 13th 2023
Customer services refused to return or exchange the machine as it is over 3 months (she counts the 3 months from order date and not delivery date)
After examining the user's manual, I found that the maximum load is only 220 lbs, while the company site is saying up to 265 Lbs.
Looks like the engine was burn as I'm 230lbs.
I do not recommend this machine also I recommend not to deal with this company.
Their website information is misleading

I ordered 3 office chairs, when they arrived they were a good size for children. Contacted customer service and advised the chairs are too small and need to return for a refund. Followed their directions and then I received a bill from UPS for 145.08 more than what I spent on the chairs. Costway would not pay the return shipping, because they stated there was nothing wrong with the chairs. They were poor quality and I will never purchase from Costway again.

The stationary bike I ordered was poor quality and defective when I opened the box. It also has an awful squeak while in use. I thought I was getting a great deal for my stationary bike that was only $65 but I guess I got what I paid for. I won't be buying anything else from this company again because they have such poor quality products.

Scammers! Ordered on Walmart and sent by Costway. I decided didn't want item, booked sealed, never opened it. It was Hell getting a refund and now Scammers with bank to get it. They wanted to take half of item to give me a shipping label. You won't be able to return to Walmart even if you buy at Walmart.com.

I got a trampoline with the safety net as a gift for a friend. The ad said it was collapsible but the instructions don't tell you how to do that. Also the directions were not easy to understand and I put things together all the time. I even had my engineer husband help me and he also could not decipher the instructions either. Once we got it up and all together the child is having fun.

Ordered a foot spa... doesn't work, Didn't even get to use it once. Paid $60 for it and they offer me $20 as compensation. No replacement just a partial refund. I will never order from them again and I will be sure to spread the word to all my friends to NEVER order from this company.

I live in the north east, the temperature tomorrow is supposed to be freezing! I purchased a green house so that I can't protect my wife's plants from freezing@! First two pieces are missing and when I put the cover over it the zipper was not sewn! And torn! I called customer service and spoke to Alex he told me to send photos and I did! Called back to see if my replacement was shipped and he told me I should get a tracking number the next day 3 days later and numerous calls and text no answer! I feel like I am being jerked around! Next step a lawyer and the California attorney general's office to investigate this Scam company! By the way I bought it through Walmart they suck too! Rocco Cassarino

I purchased a 4 pc outdoor Rattan patio set for $439. The coffee table arrived & one end was badly bowed. So much so that it made the glass top unstable. I contacted them & asked for a replacement end. They stated they didn't have any parts and offered me $35. I told them no thanks I want the replacement part or if they couldn't provide that then a whole new table & offered to return the table at their expense. They then offered me $80 & again I declined, telling them I wanted the table that I paid for. They refused saying they could not break up a set. So after several days of arguing with them I told them I wanted $110 which is 1/4 of the cost of the 4 pc set. But I still have a table I can't use & $110 isn't enough to replace it. I will NEVER purchase from Costway again. Lousy customer service!

DO NOT BUY. Costway shipped me a shop light. At first they responded, "We need photos or video, to better understand the problem". Well, the problem was, which I thoroughly explained, that I put this LED shop lamp together (20,000 lumen LED shop lamp), turned it on, and immediately one of the lamps flickered, popped, and died. Does one really need a photo or a video to explain this? They do not have a phone number on their website - which I didn't review carefully enough, and a sure sign that this is a sketchy online business.

2-5 business days claimed for shipping took 8 days to come 500 miles, ordered patio sectional fedex lost it for a couple days, then it turned back up when I finally got it the box was damaged and taped back together, un-packed looked at each piece looked ok, then it dawned on me they was no hardware in box, e-mailed customer service again and was told they would ship the hardware right out well today is the 7th day since contact and still no hardware, will never buy anything again from this company best thing they could do is go out of business

Ice maker is less than a year old and will not kick on. Worked last sumeer and brought indoors
For the entire winter. Started this summer off ok and now is broken... so it was used august and sept last year and june and july this year. Costway customer service said have a nice day because the warranty is only 3 months on this garbage product. There is no phone number to any reps or associates and absolutely no help from the rep via email as to trouble shoot it or any directions on where/how to fix it. Do not buy any products from this company. Garbage company...

I called multiple times and could never reach a live person but I left several voice messages but got no return phone call. I sent emails with no response as well. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank to try to get my money back. Very disappointed with this situation. I ended up ordering this item from a different seller and received it with no issue.

The bed came as expected. The instructions were a little confusing and some parts were no correctly identified, but that being said once the frame was put together... I have no complaints. It's sturdy and high for easy storage under the bed. I would definitely recommended this frame to others
