I purchase this wonderful 48 Inch Fireplace TV Stand with 18 Inch Fireplace Insert for TVs up to 55 Inch - Costway November 2023. It works amazingly well. This piece is very well made, sturdy and the fireplace works so well. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging was designed to protect the product from some of the rough shipping conditions we see today. Assembly was about 50 minutes. I have purchased many items from Costway over the last 5 years. I have been very pleased with every product and the customer service has been very good. I highly recommend purchasing products from Costway.

Purchased a fiber optic christmas tree that quit working within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service just ask the same questions o er and over. Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I'll never buy another costway product. They're cheap and don't last long.

My number one concern was that the topiaries would not scream FAKE to a passerby on the street. I anxiously opened the box and was pleasantly relieved that they were packaged securely and the individual leaves were slightly flexible. My husband is happy with them too, which is especially great. I put them in very attractive (plastic) urns from Home Depot and while they have a substantial weight to the base, I put small/medium sized rocks around the trunks to give additional heft and security from any windy weather. They jazz up the front door and certainly give a nice first impression to visitors.

We received these chairs no problem they were left right at my front door. Easy to assemble a nice seat cushion a little darker than beige which I prefer. I just love these chairs for outside for my outdoor kitchen area. They look great!

I love the Kitchen Lockers! It's a great color and matches my kitchen table and buffet perfectly. It takes time to assemble but the instructions are fairly easy to follow. It is very spacious and gives me plenty of extra storage for kitchen items.

It is kind of not user friendly. A lot of the text and print is too small and light color to read. Also the sign in kind of peculiar. But you do have good prices so far. So I will put up with the other stuff!

Business with Costway is simply a nightmare. I even had to initiate a purchase dispute to get it resolved.
Ordered a 47"x59" PVC floor mat through Walmart.com. When package arrived, all I got was a small broken empty box. Called Costway customer service, the lines never went thru.
I should've checked its reviews before placing the order. It seems they they have lots of problems with their products, packaging and customer services.

BTW, I ended up buying a same size PVC mat from Homedepot, and it arrived safely in a package four times of the size used by Costway. There is no way the mat can safely packaged inside a small box like the one used by Costway without damaging it and its contents.

Nov 01 2022: I ordered a dresser, it was delivered on time but during assembly it seemed one of the pre-assembled boards had a wheel facing the wrong side. So I asked Costway a simple question - here is the pic of the board and does it look Okay? Costway dragged their feet like hell: give me the order details, then what's the SKU #, then whats the tracking number, then 'sorry cannot find the order pls contact wayfair'. Repeatedly: I was like 'just tell me if this piece is right or wrong' - but they were "nope, can't find your order and cannot support you". When I finally reach out to Wayfair support (which was great) - Costway found my order right away after 10 days of dragging feet. Issue is yet to be resolved and will update here how it goes.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you use the product within the return period so u can get a refund if needed. The Costway company cannot be trusted for good customer service.

Ordered 2 patio loungers. 1st one I opened had incorrect parts, the screws were just thrown in the box (over 20 of them), no allen wrench included. I laid all of the parts out, which took a good amount of time due to packaging and number of pieces. Confirmed with the instructions and parts list that indeed I did not have the correct parts. Repackaged the entire box.
Dissatisfied with the product overall so I contacted customer service to return both items for a refund. I was well with the 90 days from purchase.
Customer service wants me to unpack the item again and take pictures. I guess I can take pictures of missing parts... it is an inconvenience and unnecessary demand from the company. According to complaints I reviewed on the Better Business Bureau site, this is a common runaway process by Costway.
I seem very displeased all the way around and have never encountered such difficulty in returning a defective or unsatisfactory item. DO NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM!

I would put a 0 if it was an option, I ordered a 4-wheeler $419.00 from them through Wal-Mart website and my son rode it for 3 days and then we started hearing a loud clicking noise as he rode the 4-wheeler, I emailed the company and sent the video of the 4wheeler making the noise but they are trying to get out of refunding my money! Worst customer service ever! I have no clue how they have any customers at all! DO NOT order from Costway they have been nothing but a total headache!

Purchased a "HYET" dual action polisher - exactly what their website shows. Received a "IRONMAN" polisher instead. Contacted company - they provided an odd response - that it was still the same product just a different name? - refunded $10 for my trouble.
Started using polisher - obvious the speed controller was defective. Contacted company for replacement/ refund. Company requested a video of the issue which I provided. Again requested a refund
Now they say they want to provide the defective part - no indication how its supposed to be repaired. Told me 25-30 days wait time.
Had to file a dispute with my credit card company - hopefully will get a refund.
PS - they still are advertising the wrong product - different than what I got.

AVOID, Worst purchase ever! BUYER BEWARE! They sent the wrong item out, and a different color than we ordered. To top it off the rear wheels never arrived. When we called to get help the number kept asking us to hold and then disconnected our calls. Then it would go to a Verizon mailbox, the next day the number was disconnected. Chat and email is no help either, they kept asking us for the same information time and time again and acted like they didn't sell us the product and implied that we were trying to grift some wheels from another product that they sell on their website. Product number TY*******. What a joke! From the quality of the product it is flimsy and cheap, it probably won't last 6 months of use if you happen to get the whole item. Try Walmart or other retailers if necessary to avoid service issues. Let them deal with returns, refunds and warranty for a no hassle transaction. This experience was a real letdown and pain for absolutely nothing.

Tip for consumers:
Buy elsewhere. Walmart, etc. Let them handle returns, warranty for a hassle free transaction.

Ordered a 4 piece wicker patio set and overall very pleased with our purchase. The furniture was a little smaller than we expected, but actually a good size for our patio area. The only real problem we had was the hardware package inside the box was broke open and most items were missing. Costway was very good about sending the new hardware, but had to wait another week before we could put the furniture together.

I ordered a Bugatti ride on car for my sons birthday. Not only was my order delayed but I was promised the car in 2-6 business days … three weeks later it still didn't come. I didn't have a gift for my 2 year old. When I contacted this company I spoke to a supervisor named Ron who literally told me he couldn't help me. I spent over 200$ on this toy and he said there was nothing he could do. I demanded a refund which he also claimed he couldn't do. I had t contact the costway headquarters by via email. They emailed me back and gave me a refund but my son didn't have what I ordered for his birthday and if this wasn't bad enough the horrible supervisor kept hanging up on me when I kept calling for a refund. He also got his other employees to hang up on me. I called over 20 times. Each time I was hung up on. Again this is the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I've ever made. Do yourself a favor … don't deal with this company.

I was missing a pillow for the back of the chair. I contacted them. They said they didn't have any more in stock? They issued me $30. The customer service lady ended her email "Ps: You only need to reply to one e-mail to us." Very unprofessional, very rude.

I purchase from Costway all the time. Recently an order of mine was lost in the mail. With no questions asked they quickly fixed the problem and sent me my order with very fast shipping. Costway has the best customer service I have ever seen. It can be very difficult to deal with customer service representatives online, its like they don't speak English: this is NOT the case with Costway. They also have the best prices and the fastest shipping anywhere. I LOVE COSTWAY.
A special thanks to Wendy(customer service rep. At Costway). That girl deserves a raise immediately. She is a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Give Wendy more money!

Awesome experience, my family is very happy, service is great, I had to use the warranty and they fixed it and sent back fast. They answer their phones promptly. All the little things that matter they do them. I highly recommend them to all of my friends. We are a huge fan of costway.

No update on shipping for an item bought 3 weeks ago. They provide an estimated delivery date only to update with a delayed date. Customer service takes more than 24 hours to reply and while they cannot provide a guaranteed delivery date they nonchalantly ask you to cancel the order if you cannot wait for it. All this even before the item is even shipped. God knows how customer service is post sales

Purchased a kitchen island that was missing the bottoms of BOTH drawers. Tried to contact customer service and still waiting for a reply, and from reading other reviews seems this happens a lot. I see lots of complaints of missing pieces/defective products and unanswered messages to customer service. Purchase from this company at your own risk.

I purchased this keyboard during a Black Friday sale I love it it was delivered quickly and it plays better than I thought it would It has many nice features such as record and playback, sample music, and you can change the tones from piano to organ and so on, you can also play back music to keep a tempo I will most certainly buy again from this company

I was given a treadmill that was part of a pallet of Costway products new. The treadmill has a hydraulic rod that lifts the belt bed up to save space. The problem is that the rod would not allow the belt to lower into a usable position. After multiple interactions with costway customer service they finally let me know that the hydraulic rod was defective. Because the treadmill was purchased off a pallet there was no shipping label or order number for the treadmill itself so they would not help at all! They refused to help in any way with their defective product. They do not sell the hydraulic rod and there was no way to source one therefore I have a useless product from a useless company!

Beware! Costway is one of the worst retailers online.
They promise 2-5 day delivery, but they don't even ship the item until after 5 days, and that's only if they ship your order at all. Check the BBB and other review sites, you'll see almost all are 1 star. Any good review was done by a request by Costway to a customer to write a review.
They never answer their e-mails to them and it's impossible to get to talk to someone.
Worst on-line retailer ever.
Don't waste your time or money with them. I guarantee, you'll hate the fact you tried to do business with them.
UPDATE: As an update, Costco did finally address my problem with them and they responded in a very favorable manner for me. They even went above just rectifying the problem I had with them by refunding me part of my payment.

Ordered several mannequins for my new store I'm opening. One of the metal braces that help it stand up was missing. Called and told them and they said "Sorry but your warranty is expired" nothing was broke, had nothing to do with a warranty. It was missing! Nothing was Broke! I was going to order more mannequins but after that I will be ordering from somebody else.

I like that it folds and has a cane holder. Easy to put into the car. It travels across terrain and bumpy areas like walkways, easily. I can sit down when I get tired which is just the right height for me, as it has a seat. I am 5'3" tall. What I do not like is it is too fast for me. I will use the brakes more often since my husband says that does not hurt them. We shall see. Otherwise, I really like this Rollator. It is a keeper. Lucille
