I wish I would have researched this company a little more. The products that I purchased looked nice and were patriotic which I assumed that they were made in the USA, you know what they say! After the order hadn't arrived in three weeks I looked into the company and found out the items came from China. After a month the items arrived, what a disappointment. The quality was something you would expect from an elementary school play. The sizing was 2 sizes off and the aging of material was done by spray painting. I asked how to ship the items back and get a refund, they offered me to keep the items and get store credit. I said no and they offered me 25% back. I said yes and now I'm writing this so you don't make the same mistake.

They sent me the wrong item and I had to pay for the shipping back to them. Refunded on the cost of the item. I had to pay for the shipping to my house and then back to them. It's not about the money. It's the principle. BAD COMPANY!

I was honestly blown away by the quality of this item when I received it. YKK zippers and double lined stitching throughout. The material used and strength of the fabric is exceptional. I ordered the Black and Brown, and have just ordered the OD Green. The sizing chart is perfect and the fit is exactly as expected. I could not be happier with this purchase.

The sweatshirt fit. It did not shrink when it was washed.
The color was correct.

Cotosen's range of Socks is impressive. I ordered a pack of athletic socks, and they are soft and breathable. They don't slide down while walking or running, which is a big plus. I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I ordered 7 items and 4 were 1-2 sizes too small. I contacted them to exchange for the correct sizes. They wouldn't exchange them. They offered me a 70% off my next order. I told them I don't want to spend more money especially when they can't get the sizes right. I asked for a refund they offered me $23 refund. What an insult after I spent $160 with them.

Took a month to get a pair of boots I ordered. They sent the wrong size. Told me to cancel my complaint with PayPal and they'd do an exchange for me. I canceled the complaint with PayPal now Cotosen refuses to respond. The boots they sent were Chinese junk. I got burned all the way around. Cotosen totally sucks and is a rip-off.

For my hubby I ordered the "I FIX STUFF" shirt XL. Got some cheap slippery shirt. After 3 months no longer available. NEVER will buy from COTOSEN again.

Tried purchasing a simple tee shirt, 15 days have gone by and nothing! No response to e-mail, wouldn't not let me cannel the order. There is no contact phone #. Just shows "unshipped."

Don't purchase anything from there people they are scammers once again I learn the hard way.

Wow what a great shirt! When I travel my shirt is always wet with perspiration. I wanted a polo shirt that looked nice, relaxed fit, and drys quick. This shirt has a silky smooth feel to it. This shirt fits in a relaxed manner so it is not tight at all. Shoulder and arm movement is the best I have ever had in a polo shirt, It is also long enough to stay tucked in. The collar is thin but it has always laid flat and not curled on the ends.

Bought 3 shirts on Jan. 15th. A hoodie, long sleeve T and a short sleeve T ($30,$25,$20). Saw the reviews after I ordered and got worried. Received an email 4 days later saying they had shipped. Received the items today (Jan. 28th). China to Nashville in 13 days. Exactly what I ordered and better than expected quality. Don't know if it was just luck or the only people posting are the bad ones. These are cool shirts and are well made including the fabric. I've paid more $ for less quality at Target. I will definitely buy again.

I bought this shirt for my husband's birthday. He REALLY liked it. It is very thin and breezy, but then, it is fine linen. I bought a small to avoid the blousy fit of most linen shirts. He liked the option of rolling up the sleeves with the buttons on each arm. I went for the black shirt because he is a tech guy and that is what they wear.

I like how this jacket feels like a soft, fuzzy blanket and keeps me so very warm. Had to buy this second one because I wore out the first(the seam between the hoodie and the neck was coming loose. I wear this jacket before I wear my coat because my coat sometimes is too much but this jacket is heavy enough to keep my warm more than ever.

Paid for 12 garments in late Nov.2022. Received 9 correct garments in early Jan. 2nd week of Jan received two garments that I in no way ordered, I think they were leftover overruns or overstocks. One week later received last garment that was correct, but I had to pay $6.60 in insufficient postage just to see what it was. Now Cotosen wants me to eat the $6.60 postage paid,accept the two incorrect lesser value or desirable garments in place of the two garments I actually ordered and accept $24.00 payment from them. This is a poor way to have satisfied customers but a good way to get rid of bad merchandise. Beware dealing with Chinese.Have not heard from them in 2 weeks. 2/20/2023 K.M.

Tried to get them to stop a double charge due to glitch in their website. They said the stupidest stuff like "the double charge is a normal formality of the credit card holder to make sure there is funds in the account" i had 2 different ppl from the customer service department tell me that. They would ask for screenshots of the double charge. So i sent them. Thats when they quit answering my emails
You can't make this stuff up.
At the rate our dollar is dying I finally gave up trying and figured the $40 wasn't worth getting stressed out because off dealing with morons.

I sicked paypal and BofA on them.

I recently bought a couple of Women's Tops from Cotosen on SiteJabbar, and I must say I'm impressed! The quality of the tops is fantastic, and they fit perfectly. The variety of colors and styles is also commendable, making it easy to find something suitable for any occasion. Highly recommend!

I bought a jacket. It took 4 months to get it. The quality was horrendous. I ordered 2XL and received a jacket that would fit a child. I tried for a month to get my money back. Do not buy from this scam company.

Placed an order on October 17 for a coat and shirt. First be aware that these products ship directly from China. Nowhere does it tell you this. After waiting over five weeks for my order to arrive, I contacted customer service to get an update on my order. Btw the only available customer service is an email address. So after waiting three days I received a response saying my order was "in transit". No updated tracking or any detailed information regarding my order. So after waiting another week, I made two additional attempts to contact customer service without So much as a response. I contacted PayPal for assistance. The email PayPal has for this company is an invalid domain address. So now I'm left waiting another 30 days while PayPal investigates with the hope of getting a refund. My advice would be to just avoid these guys completely. They seem like a scam company, or at best you'll be waiting weeks and weeks for your order, with no real customer service to reach out to in the event of a problem such as mine.

The shirt wasn't at all what I was expecting as I have never bought a shirt like this but I absolutely loved it. The material was really soft and comfortable and the strings makes the neckline adjustable. I would definitely buy it again in other colours.

I am in love with the Women's Dresses collection at Cotosen! The dresses are trendy and made from excellent materials. I ordered a floral dress, and it looks even better in person. The delivery was quick, and the customer service was friendly and helpful. A definite 5-star experience!

Buyer BEWARE! This company is a RIPOFF! Great web site but product falls well short of what you see on line. I accidentally ordered two shirts and tried to change the order within minutes. Over a period of a month and a half I sent several additional requests to stop the order of the 2nd shirt but to no avail. When the two Men's Medium Vintage Contrast Color Henley Collar Sweatshirts arrived the color was a baby poop green and a small person might be able to fit into it. As for being a sweatshirt I guess if you were wearing it in the Amazon basin rain forest you might work up a sweat in it. The material is so thin if you hold it up to a light you can see thru it. Basically you are buying a long sleeved Henley tee shirt. This product is truly PURE CRAP!
