I hate to admit when I screw up, but when I saw the cotosen ads for shirts, they looked pretty cool. I ordered 5 of them for around $92.00. It took 5 weeks to come in and when they did... I knew I had been screwed. The materials were low quality, the shirts looked not even close to the pictures on the website and the sizes were not accurate. They were low quality sweat-shop materials. If you have already bought the item, like me... they try to give you a refund to keep them... like 1/3 back. I wanted a full refund. I had to write them several times and they haggle with you trying to keep the money. Then you find out that the cost to ship them back is over $100.00 on the items... and then is when you find you are screwed. Don't deal with this company... buy American. I had to learn the hard way.

I ordered an extra large jacket, took 7 weeks to receive but it was coming from China (which, by the way, is not disclosed until it ships) so I understand that. What I do not understand is that when I received it, it was at least three sizes too small. I looked at the tag and it said that it was a 2XL. Obviously, that was wrong as well. I contacted the company about returning it for a replacement and they requested that I send them the order information. I sent the info directly from their order acknowledgement that they emailed to me. After 4 weeks, I contacted them again about the status and they requested the same information. I resent the information and am waiting to hear back from them. It has been over two weeks without a word from them. I seem to be caught in a (lack of) customer service loop. Please reconsider before purchasing a product from this company.

The quality, size, color…everything is terrible. Maybe it's because of their squinty eyes or maybe it's just the Chinéese Communist Party policies but literally everything, including clothes from Cotosen, out of china is complete crap. My 2 year old could make better clothes than this with her pretend sewing machine. China sucks.

Cotosen's Long Sleeve Shirts are my go-to for fall and winter. The shirts are made from high-quality materials, and the designs are modern and versatile. I can dress them up for work or dress them down for a casual day out. Love the variety they offer!

I ordered items and canceled one day before they were shipped but they shipped them anyway. They asked me to ship them back, knowing very well shipping to China is expensive so i will be forced to keep the items.

I had 2 orders with Cotosen. I recieved all 5 items. Exactly what I ordered to. I like the fact they offer items I can not find at other online stores. They also provided up to date tracking of my items as they move thru each city to get to me. I'm very satisfied.

Cotosen's Jeans collection has a wide range of styles. I bought a pair of skinny jeans, and they fit like a glove. The denim feels durable, and the design is trendy. I highly recommend checking out their jeans selection.

I ordered 3 shirts for my husband 2xl fit is perfect one shirt was long sleeved fit a bit slim in stomach area but we stretched it easily, I ordered a med ladies tank top with a corset type front it fits perfect and is sexy my bust is 36ddd so med perfect! Please look at the material, it's a poly rayon type, therefore doesn't wrinkle really, so perfect for travel! It dies take 1 month for delivery, and mine came all seperate packaged and tracking, at first I did a PayPal dispute and they got back to me the same day with all the info etc, I think the material looks like a thin cotton in the pictures I thought that too but I guess no one really reading the specs as I didn't either but was even more happy with the lightweight material, I'm ordering more! As for shoes and pants I have no idea!

Took 2 months to recieve my order of a pull over and T-shirt. Ordered XXL but the true size was more like a Large. Wouldn't refund the return cost - Basically paid over $20 (Shipping both ways) to try on cloths that ended up being super small. Only offered me a discount to buy more of their clothing... NO THANKS!

Do NOT believe the site or the fake reviews. This is a Chinese company called justforyou (as well as many other trading names. The shorts I received were a joke. This is an illegal site. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a "Large" sweatshirt kind of pull over. It was pretty small, more like a Medium or Medium Large.

I need an XL they way this company runs. Not a problem. Except they won't respond to any emails. 4 of them, NO REPLY! Butt damm I get their SPAM Emails!

I needed a new belt, and Cotosen had just what I was looking for. The leather belt I bought is durable and looks great with jeans and dresses alike. The buckle is sturdy and easy to use. Overall, a fantastic purchase!

The materials, design, and construction quality COULD NOT POSSIBLY be worse. It is STUNNING to me that this horrible merchandise is even being offered in the US market. Surely, most folks are throwing it in the trash or donating it rather than enduring the hassle and expense of shipping it all the way back to Guangdong in China. BEWARE!

E.g., - see the button with a fake hole; see the front hoodie "pockets" that are really a wide kangaroo pouch across the entire front of the hoodie with a poor quality/stiff "snap" in the center to sort of form the two sides. No way you could carry anything of value in there without it falling out. Moronic design.

I bought an XL t-shirt and after waiting 4 weeks, Cotosen sent a large. I could return it if I paid the shipping. They offered a $10 credit to reorder and keep the large. Since the large looked like a medium, I reordered a XXL. After waiting 4 weeks, an XXL t-shirt arrived, but not the t-shirt I ordered. Same nonsense again not covering shipping to return it and $6.00 credit. After several emails back and forth and threatening to request a charge back and file a complaint with the BBB, they issued a credit for half the charge. This company is a rip off. There is no way they can be so incompetent. It is a scam to make more money off customers. Buyer beware.

I bought a Sports Watch from Cotosen, and it's a great addition to my fitness routine. The watch has many useful features, including a heart rate monitor and a pedometer. It's stylish and functional at the same time!

My order was for 3 hooded sweatshirts,1 pair of shoes,. I received 2shirts came as ordered 1 shirt was totally wrong, there ideas of restitution was a voucher on my next purchase,. I informed them that a money refund is more inline, they said will $11 dollars due...by the way I'm still waiting for the pair of shoes...DO Not Buy From COTOSEN!

I purchased a pair of tactical pants. I was shipped dress pants, one leg red the other leg green. When o contacted Cotosen they would not ship me the pants I ordered. They told me to return the pants at my cost and they would refund me the return cost and the price of the pants. They then refused to refi s me the return coat on the wrong product they shipped me. Be bath cautious buying from them. I will not make another purchase from Cotosen.

Products are not what they describe on their site and when you receive them they do not want you to return the items. If they do give you the address to return (they have to be sent to China)and you do return the items it is up to their discretion whether they will pay after they see them. Shipping is very expensive to China. Again, do not buy. If there was a negitive rating I would use it.

I accidentently ordered XLG instead of large. I will wait until Christmas and check to see if my grandson would prefer the Large then exchange it. I am worried it may take too long to get the shirt. Otherwise it looks to be of good quality. It is a Christmas gift I don't know how it fits.

Cotosen's Casual Shorts are a great addition to my summer wardrobe. The shorts are lightweight and breathable, perfect for hot days. The colors are vibrant, and they are easy to style. I'm happy with my purchase!

These cargo shorts are the BEST pair that I've EVER owned. I have been searching for quality cargo shorts at a reasonable price point.these fit the bill! The quality is far better than any cargo shorts I've ever owned. BUY THESE! You won't be disappointed.

No matter how many zero's you multiply, add, substract or divide - ZERO is still ZERO. Unresponsive for almost six months, no goods received, a promise of a refund in June 2022 (almost 6 months after payment taken in December 2021). Dubious about the promise, no refund received even after follow-up on the follow-up. I usually search for consumer reviews, it was gift giving season, a google ad on social media and yada yada yada, I am taking the time of sharing this negative experience and filing out the appropriate paperwork with the FTC, credit card company, etc.
