I ordered two sweatshirts on 1-27-22. And paid by credit card that day. Site said 10 to 15 day delivery time. I just received them 2-23-22. During that waiting period, I reached out to Cotosen vis emails and never did I get a reply. Now the sweatshirts are nothing like they look like on the pictures. Very cheap material, and I normally wear xxl, so I decided just in case they run small, I ordered xxxl. The sweatshirts I got had the xxxl tag in them, but my arms wouldn't even fit in the sleeves. I would bet they are at best, a medium. So after waiting almost two months, I have two sweatshirts that I can't wear. Stay away!

I ordered a "Large" sweatshirt kind of pull over. It was pretty small, more like a Medium or Medium Large.
I need an XL they way this company runs. Not a problem. Except they won't respond to any emails. 4 of them, NO REPLY! Butt damm I get their SPAM Emails!
I ordered a pull over on January 16th 2022 and have not received the product or any tracking information.
The number provided just says: Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item. A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 11:51 am on January 22,2022. This does not indicate receipt by USPS or the actual mailing date.
That's all I get. I emailed the company and keep saying that the item has shipped and be patient. I asked for a refund and they refuse.
Don't even contemplate of ordering anything from them. Nothing they sell even remotely looks like what their website pics are showing. It took 2 months for the shipment to arrive and they sent me the wrong sizes. Materials are not even close to anything that I have ever seen. That was an expensive lesson for me. Also be aware of any positive reviews, they will try to make their own in order to counteract the negative one.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I bought 2 shirts from an eBay popup ad thinking it must be reputable. Wrong! No answer from customer service after paying $60 and waiting a month. They then provided false tracking number which I reported to USPS. They then shipped the shirts which had no likeness to the ad. Thin as nylon stockings... just horrible. I threw them out. IF YOU WANT NO EXCESS AGGRAVATION IN YOUR LIFE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Be aware, you'll pay and never get your item, and can never get your money back.

Beware! This website is a complete scam! Their product is 100% junk that made out of the stinkiests and cheapest materials. My order arrived month later and immediately went to garbage it was smelling so bad.

I feel this company is scam don't order from it. I have been trying for several day to get someone to send me an address to send the item that my husband ordered back due to not fitting him. He ordered a men's 3X per the sizing chart provided and it it looks and fits like a medium to large. Doesn't even fit me.
Their advertising is very misleading. The pictures on the web site shows high quality materials, but in reality, they are very cheap materials. Sizes are pretty bad to standard sizes. Sleeves length, shoulder width and other areas are pretty badly designed.
The materials is so cheap that is something you buy at Dollar store. Be aware.
Am unhappy and dissatisfied with the quality of service and the quality of goods here.
My order was placed on 8th January and one month later I received an incomplete order - 1 item (a shirt) when I had in fact ordered 3 items.
The quality of the only shirt I did receive is below standard (eg. Buttons but no button holes - photo here).
The Cotosen system of ordering and tracking is very poor. Status of order on their webpage shows 'unshipped' for all 3 of my items ordered even after receiving one of the shirts.
In addition, the tracking number sent (many days after my first enquiry) was useless as there was no carrier associated with it.
The contact system on their website sends messages off into a 'black hole' where there is no record of it being sent at all and nothing to refer to - including in my own inbox.
I believe that Cotosen is hiding behind the Covid situation to disguise very shoddy service and (in my one example) poor quality items. If I was more sceptical, I would say that this website is preparing goods to order and taking payments in advance.
I asked for a refund of the $84 for 3 shirts(including shipping but I'm not optimistic.

I ordered a jacket in XXL. The jacket I finally received seems to be of good quality but it is size L. I contacted them with a form on their website and after 4 days of no response, I used email. 1 day later I received a reply asking me to send them a photo of the size tag. I sent that the same day. 2 days later they send me an email wanting me to send them the tag. Horrible customer service. I strongly advise against buying anything from them. I wish I read these reviews BEFORE I purchased.
Like many of you I spotted this outfit through dubious advertisments and one a lark decided to test it out. Ordered a pair of shoes, thats it. One pair of shoes.
Order went in, paypal paid and then nothing... A whole lot of nothing. Well aside the massive spamming of sales adds after explicitly indicating I did not want to recieve said.
After payment was confirmed I've not seen or heard anything from the vendor. No confirmation that the payment had been recoeved, invoice or receipt or etc. No reaponse then to the follow up message I sent some time latter asking why my order, while listed as paid, still showed "Not-Shipped." Nothing even confirming recipt of the inquiry nor the cancelation of the order and refund request. Complete Silence.
At this point I've esscalated to Paypal to reverse charges and request they lock said vendors account due to fraud.
As a side note, not sure what your going to see but when I setup my account and ordered they portrayal I recieved was that they were a UK based outfit. Surprise, chine based e buisness that I'm wholly convenced is hosted on an old desktop sitting in the corner of some scammers basement, and only see's actual use when they need to transfer out the money they've scammed.
Avoid like the plauge.
I had 2 orders with Cotosen. I recieved all 5 items. Exactly what I ordered to. I like the fact they offer items I can not find at other online stores. They also provided up to date tracking of my items as they move thru each city to get to me. I'm very satisfied.
This company has cool looking stuff if you want to wait forever to get it. You might not get all you order either. Good luck.
Took a month to get a pair of boots I ordered. They sent the wrong size. Told me to cancel my complaint with PayPal and they'd do an exchange for me. I canceled the complaint with PayPal now Cotosen refuses to respond. The boots they sent were Chinese junk. I got burned all the way around. Cotosen totally sucks and is a rip-off.
Tried purchasing a simple tee shirt, 15 days have gone by and nothing! No response to e-mail, wouldn't not let me cannel the order. There is no contact phone #. Just shows "unshipped."
Don't purchase anything from there people they are scammers once again I learn the hard way.
Was looking to order items and input my personal/financial info - and their site went off my computer. Concerned that my info was somewhere (insecure) out on the web, tried like crazy to contact them. No response through their site nor their customer service. Continued for several days - over a week... NO LUCK. Twenty-five (25) days later, my credit card showed a charge from that very day. NO CONFIRMATION... no ability to finalize/approve... NO SHIPPING e-mail. Contacted them every way that I found possible. Again, nothing! Not a whisper. LookslikeI'm ripped off. Found a lot of negative reviews on web. Further, they are supposedly in England/UK. And for the past month I've been getting a lot of porn/disgusting e-mails - ALL FROM THE UK!
I thought buying Let's Go Brandon Travel Vintage Henley Button Long Sleeve Shirt and paying by Paypal, would be the safe way if anything went wrong. Paypal was no help. I been trying to get Cotosen customer service for almost a month now, with no response. I am out over $50.00.
I placed an order with this company on 12/9/2021 and asked for expedited shipping. When the order acknowledgement came thru it was with standard shipping which would not arrive by 12/25. I used their customer service email to try to correct this - phone numbers were not available all customer service was by e-mail. They said I needed to cancel and reorder. I did this loosing the sale price on the two items and paying an extra almost 10 dollars for shipping making expedited shipping (8-10 days if my recollection is correct) $18.95 for 2 long sleeve t shirts. I then received a shipment confirm on 12/14 only to learn that the products had drop shipped by air from China. They arrived, by air, 9 days later and cleared customs on 12/25 at LAX. As of today 1/12 they are in transit to me from Newark NJ. 29 days after they shipped as expedited I still don't have them. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY who doesn't represent themselves as a front for Chinese goods anywhere on their site and who doesn't honor their shipping commitments.
Answer: Hi. I tried to return my order. First, they are not quick to respond. The return policy says do not return it to the place it was shipped from and to contact them for the return. The first response to your return request will ask for more information. The second will ask for more information again. The third communication will attempt to discourage you from sending the items back because they require the items be returned to China and they tell you it will be too expensive to for you to return the items. When they will tell you that the shipping will be too expensive they will offer you a partial refund. This whole process will take 3 weeks or so. Then they will not honor the refund amount that was agreed to. As you wait for refund to arrive - which it never does - the 30 day return policy has expired. This is exactly how their refund policy works.
