I bought a coat on this site that belongs to a Chinese company.
The product does not correspond at all to what is advertised on the website. Totally different from the image on the website, made with different materials of poor quality and workmanship. When I complained I was offered a refund but I would have to return the product at my expense which would cost me more than the value of the coat.
Don't use it... it's practically a fraud!

How about zero stars. Bought an XL t-shirt that at best is a medium. Can't even put it on. I was given the option to return it or accept $10 refund. Figured with shipping it back either way I was out of some money and the$10 refund should be simple. After 3+ weeks no communication from Cotosen via 3 different emails. Phone number given in only email via email from them says mailbox full. Horrible customer service. Crooks!

In the world wher you can hold up nearly all sweatshirts and see though them, I appreciate something with a little weight to it. Comfortable, warm and well constructed. Pleased. I have bought several of these in multiple colors.

SCAM. Biggest piece of $#*! company on the internet. There 3XL size is maybe a Men's large, none of the 6 buttonholes were cut all the way through and my requests for return procedures and cancelling my order get met with offers of more crap merchandise at a discount. I will hunt these bastards down and haunt them until they resolve my issues. I'm retired, have plenty of time, and look forward to destroying any reputation they hoped to achieve...

I am a huge fan of Cotosen. I don't know where I'd be without them. I've been shopping at their website for over a year now and the selection is just phenomenal. The quality is unbeatable, too! They have everything you need to look your best, from tops to bottoms, shoes to bag. I started shopping there last year and have never shopped anywhere else since then. The clothes are really stylish and high quality at a reasonable price. Plus, the customer service is always great when I have any issues with my order or if something needs to be exchanged. What more could you ask for?

We can all be disappointed with buying clothes online. At its best, it's somewhat chancy. So wanting to return 2 out of 4 items shouldn't be such an issue? Wrong! When the returns address is in China and costs almost as much as the items to be returned then I may as well bin them! You really are taking a risk with your money buying from this company. Slick photos and sales pitches on the website are not backed up with the quality of goods or service

Holy crap what a crappy company. Probably on the verge of going out of business. I want my money back. If I could rate the company zero I would. All you have done is piss me off with months delay in delivery, undersized large sizes and crappy response for an exchange. I want my money back or an immediate exchange. Where else can I write a crappy review for a crappy company. I am not wasting my time tracking down my proof of purchase. They already know what they shipped me. Are you kidding me?

Don't get sucked in! It is just cheap crap from China! I didn't even get the discount promised before the order went through. I immediately tried to cancel but they replied a day later saying it was already shipped. They are NOT the products being sold. Paypay should be ashamed to carry companies like this... Not even worthy of giving to good will. Lost $80... lesson learned.

My husband has always been a tshirt guy, but I bought these for him to wear at a resort we stayed at that required collared shirts in the restaurant. He now wears them all the time, which tells me that they must be comfortable. Also, they have been washed MANY times and they Held up wonderfully and still look new.

I give these pants a 4.0 out of 5. They are almost as comfortable as sweatpants (really) and sturdy. Excellent for traveling. My only criticism is that the fly zipper could be smoother. It could get smoother over time or it could break. Time will tell. Wish list: -Put positive closure on at least one back pocket -Evaluate front fly zipper for dependability

This is a vast improvement over the regular average leather belt you'd buy at a department store. This tactics belt holds my firearm in position on my belt and I'm no longer having any issues with my handgun weighting my pants down in one side. No more having to constantly readjust my pants waist line while moving around and getting up from a seated position.

I had contemplated buying from Cotosen for some time. The styles pictures looked like tactical shirts and I'm a big fan of Henleys so I bought several along with a jacket and another long sleeve ribbed material. All I can say is WOW did I get screwed.
The only common tie between what was pictured on the site and what I received is they are shirts. Not at all what I thought I was getting. After reading the customer service reviews I won't even try to return all this cheaply made junk. Straight to Goodwill with everything.

I purchased a pair of jeans. When it arrived, I discovered that they had made a mistake and sent me the incorrect size. Aside from this mistake, the quality was very poor. After asking if they could refund my order, they stated that they could and that I would be responsible for the return shipping charge. After they received the item, they only want to repay me the price of the item.

I placed an order I was happy with the clothing only the sizes weren't even close to what I ordered. I've tried to contact them several times and I've got zero return. I'm out about $160. I would gladly return my clothes for the proper size but I've got zero communication from them. I would not suggest using this site.

20 days item hasn't left their site. Only reason I gave them 1 star is there is no choice lower. My guess would be is this may be one of those Chinese sites that ship after you order. Canceled my order. VERY POOR shipping. After reading reviews it sounds like quality is poor also. Please don't get took.

I ordered a quantity of items and ALL of the shirts are absolutely massive due to their incorrect sizing chart.
They asked me not to return as they would refund 50% which considering you need to return at your own expense to China, seemed like the best option.
Despite many many messages to say they are processing the payment I've still not received anything several weeks later. They clearly just arnt interested in customer service I would recommend going elsewhere!

This is 100% chinese skunk, junk, rubbish. The quality is really laughable. In the pictures it all looks nice but it is paper carnival clothes. I'm in the process of returning now. That's a lot of hassle. Wonder if I can get my money back. What a dredging company, what a fake. DON'T!

Ordered two shirts. Arrived weeks later and I opened the package and laughed. Nothing like the pictures, not even close. Cheaply made with garbage material. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Numerous emails telling them I want a refund. First they ask to send pictures. Why? I'm trying to return for a full refund and all I got back was send pictures or a 16 dollar coupon to by something from them. Nothing they make is worth 16 dollars. Save yourself a headache.

Cotosen's website is very nicely done and the T-shirts look awesome on the page. It took weeks for the 3 shirts to arrive. I was informed that the shipment was delayed for unknown reasons, and when used their tracking link, I noticed that my shipment had just arrived in HongKong. Not what I expected. So I waited more weeks until the shirts finally arrived, with a return address in Tracy, CA. They are trash. Polyester as thin and sheer as woman's nightgown. Again, not what I expected. I won't be ordering highly overpriced crap from Cotosen any more.

I placed an order, canceled it within 24 hours as per the store policy. They shipped it anyway. When I received it they refused to provide return instructions and instead started to negotiate with me. I was forced to file a dispute where they then responded with false information to my bank. These people are a fraud. Returns need to be sent back to China at your expense. BTW the quality of the clothing they sent was horrible. STAY AWAY. There are much better honest merchants available.

They sent me the wrong item (different colour and design), and when I emailed them about it they offered me a small refund (I paid £42.99 for the item and they offered me a £15 refund), and told me they don't offer return labels so alternatively I can send it back but I need to pay for the postage myself. I don't understand why I should pay for their mistake, they sent me a completely wrong item. I now either have to keep something I don't like and won't wear or pay additional money for postage to send the it back so they will send me what I actually order.
This is a terrible customer service and I'd advise everyone to avoid this place. Paying £43 for a pair of shorts I expected a better service.

Bad part is I ordered the items in XL and 2XL they sent me 1 item in 3XL and another was 4XL. Instead of saying the item was not available in the size I requested. Now I must pay for return shipping or just keep items which are way to big which I'm sure they hope I will do. I will never order from them again. Buyer BEWARE!

I just received my jacket that I ordered. Looks nothing like the picture and description online. Finally got an email from customer service, offering me a small credit on my next order but I had said that I wanted to return the item and get a refund. That's when they stopped communicating with me. I don't recommend buying anything from this online company. I'm sure I'm not the only one they have stiffed. Thank you for reading my review!
