I order $168 from these people and NEVER received my items i have been emailing etc IM SO PISSED OFF!

We ordered two coats from Cotosen. The listings said suede and leather. Both coats were made out of very thin plastic. YES PLASTIC. When we opened the package, the toxic order was soo overbearing and strong it began to make our eyes water. Not an ounce of suede or leather was sewn into either garment. It was very thin and rubbery. THEY DO NOT HONOR ANY RETURNS. Their return phono number on their website was disconnected. After sending about 50 messages... they finally said we will never accept any returns but said that on a 150.00 dollar order... on our next order they would give us a $32.00 credit. Which was also a rouse since they did not supply and instructions how to add it to the next order. The smell in the coats was SSOOOOO strong we had to open the windows to air out the room and stuff them into a large plastic bag and hang it outside. They only made an insulting worthless offer of only $30.oo after we send them over 50 messages. Hoping to clog up their Email box. Essentially, they thumbed their nose at us. We beg you... their photos on their wesite TO NOT LOOK ANYTHING CLOSE TO... what they send you. The Red Communist Chinese won this battle. We have no recourse... at all. We might try our credit union charge card but they would want receipts and quickly after the shipment... their records on the web page was removed. Trust us on this... If these coats were even at Walmart, customers would toss them into the face of management. The pockets are not even real. The poison is soo strong and chemically toxic that they would be impossible to wear in public. We do not mind being pointed out as being a fool if it prevents shoppers to never take a chance and deal with these Chinese people. What you receive does not match their web page photos. Is that fraud. I will let you decide. These coats smell sooooo bad we could not give them away to Good Will. The smell is HORRIBLE AND TOXIC!

Ordered a Carhart jacket, but received some plastic piece of garbage with a fake carhart tag glued on. Was not a cheap purchase and they tell you shipping will be calculated at checkout, but they dont tell you that it will automatically charge your card 25 dollars extra for shipping without giving you the option to deny the purchase. Absolutey fraudulent, deceptive tactic from a despicable company. I wish I had researched them more before making a purchase, but at least I've learned a valuable lesson. NEVER purchase from a site without thorough investigation of customer reviews and complaints!

I placed an order with Cotosen a few weeks ago and paid immediately, but the order still hasn't been shipped. There has been absolutely no communication regarding delivery dates or order status. I've reached out multiple times asking for an estimated delivery schedule, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful.

This was my first time ordering from Cotosen, and it will definitely be my last. I will update my review once—or if—I receive the product, but based on the service alone, the experience has been very disappointing. Honestly, I'm starting to question whether the numerous 5-star reviews are real.

I really hope this company is legitimate… lesson learned.

I ordered a Red 3XL Jordan Hoodie at first for 30 dollars plus Shipping. The Material was Cheap & it wasn't as Advertised but I said you know what I'll ordered something else because at least my order came. ( 4 weeks later) I then ordered 5 more items & they came 3 weeks later. & it was the same story all over again. Product not as advertised. Extremely unprofessional & baggy look for all items purchased. It's just a bad company to shop with. Don't waste your time.

Been in touch with Amazon again and it seems the Cotosen fraudsters in Hong Kong are trying to push more crap out way.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - EVER!
It is IMPORTANT we report these crooks to as many trading regulators as possible and give negative publicity on all media channels available.
Spread the word. Put them out of business and break them.

Fake carharrt which looks nothing like what you order and next to impossible to bet a hold of them.Can't get refund.Had to get credit card involved to even get a reply.Had to pay to ship back and still can not get a refund despite them having jacket back

Their products are nothing more than junk, poor workmanship, poor material, and no way to get a refund. Claim made in the USA is a total lie. Ordered 4X received a 1X but labeled 4X.

I ordered a nice looking mulitsuede jacket and received a vinyl plastic wrong size jacket. Same day I immediately tried to contact cotosen and 3 different numbers given to me by KLARNA were disconnected.no customer service phone number no email that they responded and no return address had to pay 32.00 of my money to return the crap to CHINA. I took it up with KLARNA who financed me and they denied my claim because not enough evidence not sure what I need to prove that the misleading advertised item is a cheap plastic coat for 80.00. So my lesson I may have to lose my 80.00 but boy be careful its a SCAM

I actually give this company no stars. They sent me a poorly made piece of crap after two weeks of me emailing them. They also have not returned my inquiry regarding returning the sweater I bought.
Eff them do not buy anything from them

If I can review a 0 I would, never git my package have been sending emails for month to get a refund and I guess they have an automated emails saying the same thing, zero customer service, bunch of thief's

This store is a complete scam they cheated me out of $63 for a coat I ordered online for my husband for Christmas I have filed multiple complaints and disputes. The staff is full of $#*! and lied about sending it out. Run away from this store they will take your mi money and not ship your $#*!

Received Denim Tears Hoodie & was what I expected but for $40 USDwhen the real item cost $160 USD. Didn't expect anything more. Never buy again from site.

My wife ordered a pair of linen pants for me for Christmas in early December. Cotosen indicated the product would be delivered before Christmas. When it failed to arrive, she checked status several times and the tracking said it was out for delivery. She finally received an email telling her it was delivered and was her responsibility to contact the delivery service to resolve the missing shipment. She has no idea who that service is. Cotosen does not have any contact information for the shipper, nor do they have any customer service contact information. Her contact has only been with the sales dept and they have stopped responding to her messages. She told them if they didn't track down the order, she wanted a full refund of the $30 plus charged to her card. Her next step will be contacting our credit card company for a refund on the purchase.

We recommend that others avoid doing any future business with them due to their total lack of customer support on failed shipments.

Garbage products and total scam company. The products are beyond garbage, in fact.

They show clickbait images of quality products and ship trash that is nothing like the images or descriptions. Contacting them to initiate a return is futile. I knew I was taking a risk with the prices being as inexpensive as they are, but I had no idea what utter refuse the products would be. The trash they are peddling isn't worth the cost of shipping.

After getting no response from the company after two attempts, I actually threw the three products I purchased away. That's how BAD THE PRODUCTS ARE!. Avoid this company like the bubonic plague.

This company is a scam. It has a website that shows quality items which are not what you receive. The rags of material that I received was pathetic. It says that you can return items, but they dont respond to your request for returns. Buyers beware.

I ordered 2 jackets from this company that were supposed to be Carhardt products. The pictures show the Carhardt patch on the pockets. I started to second guess whether they were actually Carhardt products, because I could not find the style on their official website. They are NOT Carhardt. In checking further I saw several videos posted by customers showing pictures of what they thought they were ordering and the actual product which was nothing like the pictures, what was received was cheap material, badly sewn.
Three hours after I ordered I decided to cancel. I did so on the Cotosen website, got confirmation back that the order had been cancelled and took screenshots of that confirmation. I am glad I did, because I can't find where it was cancelled when I went to check the order on the website. I have sent multiple emails over several days and included proof of cancellation, and have not had a single response. Today I got an email stating that "cut and sew is finished". And apparently won't be done for a while, even had I wanted to keep it it wouldn't have made it in time for Christmas. I don't hold out ANY hope that I will be getting a refund.
Do yourself a favor, steer clear of this company.
I have also contacted Carhardt to let them know.

Update: 12/17/2024: Just got an email that this order has shipped, despite the many emails specifically telling them not to.

The dollar store has better quality. The website picture and description is nothing of what you actually receive. All lies to deceit the public.
