Ordered my first pair of boots from here last week and they arrived today! Must say I was a little more than anxious to get them because of some of the comments and my history with online ordering... All my worry was for nothing... these boots are so beautiful and fit just as I had hoped. There is quality in the workmanship and the price was good as well! When they were delivered that morning from the tracking THEY provided. Unbelievable.

They'll send you the wrong item an its a hassle dealing with their customer service! I bought a men's size hat an received this, an when i called they said they don't even sale kids hats like this, yet here it is! I Will NEVER shop at this sad, pathetic place again! Such a simple order an they can't figure out what went wrong? Ridiculous! Customer service is just as ridiculous as this situation!
As another person stated if you try your boots on and walk in them you will be hit with a damage fee. Bought my husband boots for Christmas. He tried them on and walked around our house with carpet and hardwood floors for maybe 5 minutes tops before he decided they were too big. All tags were still on them. Called customer service and was told the boots would be considered damaged since they were no longer new. Sent them back and just received an email saying $19.58 was being taken off my refund because the boots are no longer able to be sold. Purchased the correct size from another site and will NEVER shop here again.
The so called refund policy of this company is only store credit. Beware! And their promise on their website of a $20 discount "now" isn't now at all. It's an email 24-48 hours LATER. Your size might be gone by then. So it's essentially a phony promise.
I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 9. They were clearly at least 3 sizes too small when they arrived. I had missed the no return policy for clearance items when ordering, and despite pictures of the obviously mis-sized shoe they would do nothing to remedy the situation. Very poor customer service. I regret giving them a try.
Bought a pair of boots from them, they did not fit ( justin boots run big), returned the boots after trying them on and walked around my home. They accepted the return, then only refunded me partial payment stating that i had damaged the boots. Then they terminated the live chat (only way to talk to them, they do not have phone customer service). Anyway they had their first chance to leave and impression, BLEW IT. Would not recommend to anyone.
Don't do it! NO way... NO how! Placed an order on 4/8. $$ was taken IMMEDIATELY. Product was to ship in 1 business day but I did not receive any shipping info on 4/11 so I contacted them on 4/12 via Live Chat. Was informed that my order did not go through. WHAT? My $$$ is still gone! Also, 2 of the 3 pairs of boots that I ordered are no longer available in my size (imagine that!) Did I mention that they still have a hold on my $$$? Customer Service informed me they would reverse the charges but it would take 3-5 business days (it's already been on hold for 5 days). So here I sit with no $$$ because I paid for boots that I can not get.
I have to pay $10 some return fee, when i received the shorts clearly not matching the photos.it's not my fault they are selling not what advertising. Why do I have to pay for their mistake or lie? I will never buy from them again. Their wranglers shorts are just cropped jeans, there is no fringe and they are incredible wide like a skirt at the cut line. The worst shorts I have ever gotten. Never again will make this mistake again
Order Boots, totally wrong boots sent them back. They received them 2.4 weeks ago and I still have not been credited for them to my credit card. I called and looked at the return policy and it states that you get credit 2-3 days after they received them. I called today and was wondering what was going on with my refund. She was telling me something totally different from what the Refund Policy stated. So I paid by credit card and it states that how I will receive my refund... that's a joke, she informed me they are sending out a check. I asked when will I receive it. She states she not sure. Some mail goes faster then other mail. I also mentioned to her that Country Outfitters are not in compliance with their Refund Policy. Her answer was Ill tell my supervisor. Don't order anything from them. Very very disappointed
The poor reviews on this site--the customers obviously didn't read the return policies-or the discount exclusions. The customer that complained about not getting cyber monday prices--they were obviously trying to protect your identity. Cyber Monday is one of the exclusive times that fraudlent charges are made. Just because you don't read the fine print or don't understand doesn't mean it is the companies fault. I have made multiple returns with them over the years and have had no issues or major complaints. They have recently switched to not having a phone line--though I don't necessarily agree with that decision--they are always helpful on chat and email and respond quickly.

Bad reviews are like buttholes--everyone has one. People who enjoy their experiencing spread it by word of mouth typically--not by bashing on the internet like a cyberbully.
Company sent me an email showing me a boot. You cannot click on it to purchase, it is NO WHERE in their catalog. When you email them, they keep telling you to send a picture, even though you have every time. No one know where of how to find the boot in the picture when you call them. Worst customer service. And when you call the parent company BOOT BARN, no one answers the phone, Ever. Guess the apple doesn't fall far from the corporate tree. I wont buy anything from them ever again.!

I found a pair of cowboy boots online that I was in love with, and country outfitter was one of the two places that I found them on. Both had terrible reviews, but my friend had recommended countryoutfitter.com and said she had ordered there several times with no issues. I winged it and I'm glad I did! I received a confirmation email immediately, an email when they shipped with a tracking number attached, and an email when they were delivered. The boots were exactly what was pictured, true to size, and no issues at all with the quality of them. I got free shipping since the purchase was over $50 and also got a discount for signing up for their email list. The time between my confirmation email and delivery date was exactly a week. Definitely would recommend!

This company is a fraud. There is basically no way to contact them. The phone numbers are out of order or are just a recorded message that gets you nowhere. They do not respond to emails either. If you have a problem or return, you will never see your money again. Stay very far away from this illegitimate business. There are excessive complaints against them from BBB and they are being investigated by the Attorney General.
I ordered black boots. BLACK. Even states that on my order confirmation, which I screenshot. I receive an email about boots being shipped, it states that they are brown. I contact the company. They say that although their website states that they are black, they are only available in brown. Why even have the option for black? Now I have to go through the trouble of returning and finding something new before Christmas.

Very pleased with the speed, and was shocked to see so many negative reviews. Please read the reviews before you purchase from this company. Ordered a pair of boots that looked nothing like the description on the website. Wrote to customer service and it was as though they didn't even read the email before they wrote a worthless response. Wish I had seen the horrible reviews before buying.
Don't try to contact this company for any kind of help on your order. You can only contact them by email and they don't even respond to you. For spending as much money as people do on this site you would think they could afford a little better customer service. I ordered a pair of boots from this company. Money came out of my acct in minutes... The boots? Still waiting and I have heard nothing from the company about the shipping. Emailed the company and no replay. Don't waist your money at this place!
I have bought 5 pairs of their boots over the last 3-4 years... and I must say that I loved them... However, just recently I purchased another pair that was delivered to me 2 sizes too small... and due to the fact that I am a Canadian customer... they wanted me to ship their error back at my expense. I explained that first I wanted my purchase money back as once returned I would have no guarantee of a refund. They lied to me, sent me a fake return document, gave me fake dates to watch for on my paypal account... thank goodness I used paypal as it has purchase insurance... needless to say paypal has returned my money as this company did not even have the decency to respond. Beware... not customer friendly if you have any problems at all!
I purchased a few pair of Ariat jeans from this company, the actual button that holds them up came off after just a few months. I contacted them and they had me send the jeans back for them to evaluate, they sent them back and said it was normal wear and they would not replace them nor refund my money.
I have tons of other jeans that are 2-10 years old and the button is still intact. If this was a Wrangler or Levi Jean issue, they would send you a new pair...

Can't get in touch with them. I have a $900 charge pending. Someone went in my account. Have emailed them 6 times with just the automated response that they got my request. Once I get my money back they will not hear from me again.
The first time I ordered from this company (2021) I placed the order and my card was denied. So I ran my card again. Again denied. Gave up and decided to check my account bc I knew I had funds. Lo and behold I had been charged $500 TWICE. Called customer service and a kindly old lady gave me a huge apology, figured out my order, and within a couple weeks I had my refund and my purchase finally came. Fast forward to last week. I had forgotten the name of the company I'd had this experience with and ordered once again from Country Outfitter. Same experience with my debit card: card denied yet funds taken from my account. No email regarding an order being placed. Called and spoke to three different people over the course of the week and all gave me the run around. No responses to my emails. This company needs to be shut down for good. According to reviews here it is scamming countless people. Reporting them myself this week. AVOID!
Ordered two pair of boots for $420 and the wrong size boots were sent to me! You would think they would at least check to make sure the correct size boots were in the box before sending them out! Excellent boots but poor customer service! It is Christmas time and no one has time for returns and resends!
I, too, had a problem getting a return label. Per the invoice enclosed in the box, it was shown that the boots were purchased through B--t B--n. I contacted B--t B--n to let them know I had tried on two occasions, a week apart, to get a response from Country Outfitter. The CSR I talked to at B--t B--n emailed me a return label by the end of the day. Also, I noticed that the customer service phone number for Country Outfitter on the invoice is different from their website. I will not be ordering anything else from this company. The boots were quality boots - Georgia - but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
I am quite happy with my Ariat Darlin Booties. I have terrible feet and they were available in Wide. Although it will take some time to break them in totally, I am very happy with the color and style and hope to get lots of use from them.
