I clicked and "won" a $100/$100 offer and then abided by the terms and purchased only item from the approved categories.
I contacted support and they claimed an item did not fit the required categories. I responded linking to the item in question, and screenshotted that it did indeed fit the required category.
They now are saying "we are all on the same side here" and we "aren't making any money off of this item," but I can't help but note that I am the one who spent $100 while they have done nothing.

They offer cash back on a ton of stores, even ones that aren't as big. And the percentage of cash back earned is decent.
