Your center layout is great! But to better stream people to the rest of your site you need to cut down on your massive navigation bars. Try doing some simple Top Categories (e.g. Home, Work, Outside, etc.) then have those pages break down additional categories and topics for your coupons or products. Ease of use encourages return visitors.
This site has pretty much every online coupon you need. They have a really cool blog that gives money saving tips too. I recommend it to friends and family all the time.
