Hey Gang~ Talk about PRINTING MONEY with your computer, this site is a gas! After you download a simple coupon printing program (it's required to print bar codes), you can just line up all the savings on this website with your shopping list and kick butt! I found this site when I was trying to locate the $1 OFF coupon for the new V8 Fusion drink. Hard to believe that it's never been reviewed and that I never knew about it before now. Anyway, it's got a top BBB rating and all the manufacturers coupons are there... everything from cereal and drinks to personal hygiene items, everything! Big savings and very easy to navigate. I think it will identify you by your geographic location (I'm in Florida and the big banner at the bottom was featuring Publix supermarket coupons). So in addition to the manufacturer coupons you may find even more specials at your local supermarket chain (and other stores as well). A great money-saving resource and it's all FREE! I rate this 5 of 5 $$$$$
I was expecting to get $5 back of a purchase of $25 usd of GM cereal and I made my last purchase since I was just 1 dollar away and suddenly the offer disappeared and my submitted receipt didn't count for anything. This is not the first time that happened to me. They are scam, customer service doesn't care.

My cell service provider is Cricket Wireless. Although I'm set up with a family plan, unlimited minutes and texts, and even a data plan... that is billed monthly, it's still considered a prepaid plan. To use Coupons.com you have to verify your phone number, but they don't accept phone numbers from prepaid plans. This would be only mildly annoying until you start trying to find other coupon sites and find they're ALL powered by Coupons.com. My disability check is only $847 after student loans gets their cut, and now I'm blocked from printing out valuable coupons because I have to go with a cheaper mobile carrier? I'm infuriated.
Loved it until they blocked me without telling me. Why? I'm not sure but I think it's because I started using a new coupon site that may be affiliated with them. If so, why can't they just decline my cash back and tell me that? Seems like a simple solution instead of blocking users.

Multiple times I've submitted receipts through their app for redemption. I've always complied with all requirements within the offer time period. Yet any time the mobile coupon value is greater than $1.50 Coupons.com consistently makes up an excuse not to pay. This is negligence, or fraud, probably both. DO NOT do business or expect responsibility from Coupons.com.
This used to be a very user friendly site to get good coupons. With the recent change to mobile phone number print verification it has become too difficult to use. If you do not have a mobile phone with texting capability you cant receive the code in a timely fashion. I understand why they did it(thanks to unscrupulous coupon sellers) but in the end it just hurts the people who were actually following the rules.
I've been using coupons.com for a number of years. That all came to a screeching halt when they went to this horrible tracking system of inputting your phone number. DON'T DO it! Trust me. It won't work anyway and you'll then be plagued.
Also don't try to download it. Your virus protection will either block it or if you override it you will be sorry. It's not worth the money saved. Go to the source of the coupon or to alternate coupon sites.
They now require you to get a confirmation code to print the coupons. We don't have texting so had to call to have them call back sometime in next 24 hours. Still waiting four hours later to get back to printing. Also their program is not that printer friendly. On occasion when it didn't print properly you lose the coupon and then can no longer access it. Good coupons, but site is definitely not user friendly!
Can't get the stupid phone verification to work, even though it worked before. Contacted customer service and they asked me to use a different verification method, but who has a land line anymore? They should switch to email verification. I get that you're trying to track the amount of coupons being printed by one person, but why not use email like everyone else? STUPID!
Tampons, perfume, nail polish, makeup, high heels, etc. Where's the stuff for guys? What about men's cologne, shoes, clothes, etc? I'm sorry to point out this stuff but someone has to. I know how to shop (surprising for a guy, I know), & your site has the most shallow catalog of stuff I ever seen. Keep up the amazing work. LOL
Since the company requires my cell phone number, I get constant scam calls for free vacations and credit repair. I am on do not call lists, but the violators are not perused. I stopped using this site because they are selling my phone number, which we all do when we agree to the terms of the web site. There are no free coupons or games or software, we ae trading our personal information for 1 dollar coupons. We are all stupid and should know better!
This was the best grocery list app ever. Accessed the internet looking for you item and added it to favorites. Easy to manage. Used the coupons also. They took the app down from the Apple App Store. I complained through their customer support and have not gotten an answer. Which I could buy the app and put it back up. Stupid move coupons.com.
I have been using coupons.com for quite a while. At the beginning it was a fairly decent site. There were things about it that I didn't like but overall it was acceptable. Now it is almost unusable. It is super slow and keeps hanging up all the time. If there was any other site where I could print equivalent coupons, I would definitely stay away from this one. If it gets any worse, it would be totally unusable.
This site is now TERRIBLE. I waited so long to get a phone call. They said my phone must receive SMS messages.? What is an SMS message. Last time I use this site. I waited 15 minutes for a call I never got. Are these people nuts. All this crap just for a coupon - no way. Good by coupon.com It was never been nice knowing you.
Tried coupons.com for any discount on NFL Gamepass. Out of 10 coupons shown, none resulted in any savings offer. All merely connected through to the official NFL Gamepass website where one can subscribe at full price.
So, basically just a clickbait site.
This used to be the best place to get coupons to save money. Now it wants a phone number each time so annoying. Prints the wrong coupons, and if something malfunctions you are out of luck on getting any. So what if mega couponers printed more than one- they were buying the product which is what gets them into the stores. Why punish us with this torture-ish site?
This used to be awesome now it stinks... the phone verification is good but cmon man lol... if u print just too many coupons. Mind you it allows two prints per number so fraud is outta the question unless u got tons of cell numbers etc. we got 2 cell numbers so we print 2 from each pc legit. Now they simply ban 1 # for no reason... no wonder others are also pissed. I wish they would've just stuck with the software registration... so many innocent numbers get hosed down..
Some of the people here are blaming the coupons.com software for their computer trouble. The only reason they're doing that is because they have absolutely no idea how computers and internet work. Coupons.com does not infect your computer with a virus. If you didn't download the Coupons.com software from Coupons.com but from somewhere else instead, then you have no one to blame but yourself. Maybe next time you should pay attention to what's happening on your computer when you're installing things. Maybe learn a little bit about how stuff works first... like learning what all the things in your car do before you drive it.
With that being said, I don't like the Coupons.com software because it prints a large advertisement along with the coupon, wasting ink/toner -- which in no way saves anyone any money.
Uninstalled the software due to wasting my money.
If I have a 100 receipts. I guarantee you ever half of them are gonna have a problem, and I have to sit there and fight with him for a month for each one. I've been waiting for two days for a response on help with a receipt still no answer or help or cash back.
I started using Coupons.com a couple of years ago and it was the most amazing and easy way to get coupons. However, about 6 months ago it started going downhill fast. Now it takes me over an hour to even get a few of the coupons to print. The site continually goes down and re-restarts which means I have to load all the coupons page by page again. Honesty, if there was another site with as many coupons... I would use it instead.
When I first started using coupons.com I could get some decent coupons but nowadays they have the same tired little coupons. Their 'Featured coupon' today was a 25 cent Bounty paper towel coupon that they have always had.
I went through the entire list of coupons today and only managed to find 10 coupons worth printing. When I went to print them it printed 10 completely different coupons. I have had it print 10% or 20% wrong coupons before, but never the entire list! On many other occasions it has not been able to print any coupons at all.
Why bother wasting a half hour or more looking at all their coupons (which THEY make money off of you looking at) just to have it not print the coupons? I won't be wasting my time on this again.
Like all the others say, you used to be able to install the print software and then print the coupons, but now you have to get a damn text message with a code. Ridiculous process. And I have noticed an uptick in calls to my phone from numbers I don't recognize, so I'm sure the number is being sold.
Plus, an apparent sister site, coolsavings.com, is an even bigger joke. I literally have never, ever been able to print one single coupon off that site. I am looking for other sites that don't require this stupid process just to print a coupon.
Worst app ever! I'm not a novice to
These type of apps but I never had this many problems. I rarely had issues with saving star and the issues were always resolved promptly. This app has a lot of potential and while I don't find their redemption process seamless it could work, but it doesn't! I follow instructions, I get a confirmation and then it says the item should appear in my redemption history within 15 minutes to three days. That is an absolute LIE! It has never happened that way! It takes weeks to get the item to show up In redemption history and usually only after I have gotten the PayPal deposit. If as I am currently experiencing it has taken almost a month then I have to struggle with the worst customer service ever. All other legitimate apps I use have a fairly straightforward process to open a ticket, not this one! The customer care chat will say it can't help you and direct you to email.
It shouldn't be this hard! Please fix your app!
Tip for consumers:
There are better apps to use than this one!

Today I went to two stores with printed coupons from coupons.com. At Dollar General and at Winn-Dixie, I was told they no longer accept printed coupons.
I'm really upset that I wasted all that time on their website. Who's going to reimburse me for my paper, ink, and time?
Tip for consumers:
Be sure your local stores accept printed coupons before taking the time to print coupons from coupons.com.

This is amazing. It's so amazing. Because of some 1 star reviews I thought my laptop would get a virus from downloading tha tsoftware. But, I riskedit and downloaded it. I selected 3 different grocery coupons to print out. It actually worked! Since I am a single mother of 4, (ex-husband re-married. Now with 2 children.) these coupons from coupons.com saved me a whole lot of money! I saved over $200 since I constantly print coupons out every day! Finally in about 2 months... I ran out of ink. Bummer. But, I asked my BFF, Daisy, to help me print out a coupon for a disocount on printer ink! Awesome website! I recommend this to you!
