Coupons.com

Like all the others say, you used to be able to install the print software and then print the coupons, but now you have to get a damn text message with a code. Ridiculous process. And I have noticed an uptick in calls to my phone from numbers I don't recognize, so I'm sure the number is being sold.
Plus, an apparent sister site, coolsavings.com, is an even bigger joke. I literally have never, ever been able to print one single coupon off that site. I am looking for other sites that don't require this stupid process just to print a coupon.

These type of apps but I never had this many problems. I rarely had issues with saving star and the issues were always resolved promptly. This app has a lot of potential and while I don't find their redemption process seamless it could work, but it doesn't! I follow instructions, I get a confirmation and then it says the item should appear in my redemption history within 15 minutes to three days. That is an absolute LIE! It has never happened that way! It takes weeks to get the item to show up In redemption history and usually only after I have gotten the PayPal deposit. If as I am currently experiencing it has taken almost a month then I have to struggle with the worst customer service ever. All other legitimate apps I use have a fairly straightforward process to open a ticket, not this one! The customer care chat will say it can't help you and direct you to email.
It shouldn't be this hard! Please fix your app!

I have used MyPoints since the site was started. Have always used grocery coupons to extend SS check. Can't do that anymore since I don't have a cell phone. I'm not about to give these clowns my home phone number(see other comments) I get enough junk phone calls already.

Today I went to two stores with printed coupons from coupons.com. At Dollar General and at Winn-Dixie, I was told they no longer accept printed coupons.

I'm really upset that I wasted all that time on their website. Who's going to reimburse me for my paper, ink, and time?

This website is a scam. Everytime I try to collect a rebate, they will send me some email about how the date in incorrect. It's a bunch of bull. I have even sent them screen shots of an item on their app, then a receipt from the same date. Still, they will not give me my rebate! They lie, and have zero costumer service. I'm so mad that I will never be able to collect the few bucks I have in there. What a waste of time. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company.

ZERO STARS... BIG CHEATERS. The coupon printing facility does not work and they claim that there is a limit to print the coupon. Instead of putting additional security, this fraud site hides behind the statement saying only 2 permissible prints. The coupon did not print and there is no one to address the issue. Use whatever is free and STAY AWAY and do not use it for anything more. I just sent few move free $5 reward coupons and coupons.com ate away both the coupons throwing me weird error messages. Some fraud is happening somewhere.

I select the coupons I want and then wait for them to send the code to my phone which works, but if I pick 13 coupons it will only print one coupon. Then I try and go back and see what happened and it says I have already printed all my coupons. Does not work complete waste of time and ink especially when it didn't even print one coupon I wanted!

This site is worthless. I don't have a cell phone or texting. I only want to have coupons sent to my personal printer that I can pint them myself. I have the software installed and my printer settings are correct. It just doesn't work and was a total waste of my time.

My wife downloaded the site for the coupons. Then decided she didn't want it, because of printing problems, Now it comes up first whenever the computer goes to IE. We cannot get rid of it. Tried uninstalling it. No such luck. Still there. Purchased "Max Uninstaller" to clear Coupons. That didn't work either. Can't get Support team at Max Uninstaller to respond either. Still trying to find a way to clear Coupons from system. Say no to Coupons.com and Max Uninstaller

This site has gotten worse every year. Worst customer service ever. You cant get them to respond to email. If you click on contact us page it says this page doesnt exist anymore. If you try emailing your coupons you never get them emailed. I have given up trying to use this coupon site. I guess go back to the old way of purchasing the newspapers. Less frustrating

P&G coupon clips by itself. It is really annoying and also wasting my toner. When I clicked print coupon I only had 3 but 4 pages of P&G coupons printed out. I hope you stop doing this. All cheap P&G coupons and I don't need them. Wasted my toner and paper.

I am very disappointed with coupons.com because my laptop got hooked up with virus and I cannot get it booted up again anymore. The virus is believed to come from the software that you need to install before you can get the coupons printed out. I just want to cry now!

Any claim that extra software is required to print coupons is absolutely bogus. It uses your own printer software after you install this program! In other words, this program does NOTHING in terms of making valid coupons. Why don't they just have a picture file for you to print? This is because this is not all the program does, despite what the site says.

It's an "exe" that installs an addon to your browser. Why is there this extra step? Why does it need access to Windows installation files to install an addon? This is so they can install more than you realize... They have unmentioned monitoring software embedded into the program.

Yes, you will eventually get the coupon, but you are risking your computer's data safety in doing so.

I used it for about 6 months, loved printing coupons. Then suddenly it wouldnt accept my phone number for verification. I contacted customer service and they said pre-paid numbers don't work. After telling them I have been using the same number for 6 months they had no answer. It'll work for a few months, then it won't accept my number again. They offer no other verification such as email verification either, ONLY phone number. Obviously this is some problem with their software that it will work then not work. So for the last 3 months I am unable to print ANY coupons whatsoever cause it won't accept my phone number verification and customer service is unable to help me. DUMB.

Coupons.com is by far the worst platform. It relies on so many things to go perfectly, your default printer set, the software preinstalled, you to have a cell phone number you want to share with them, your printer to have paper, your printer to not get jammed, etc. etc.

If one thing goes wrong. The whole thing messes up and they wont let you print again. Not even worth your time.

No search box. Most of the coupon sites refer you to coupons.com. Next you wade through 20 some pages to find out if they have it. Really gets me when they don't have it. I guess they hope you will find other things.

Many times it's just an advertisement - save 20% for example. Then it will tell you, no coupon code needed, start shopping. Occasionally I have found an actual coupon code for free shipping or an extra 20% off.

Site does have name brand manufacturing coupons but they limit how many you can get. Some coupons are also for certain stores only. Not worth it if you are looking for particular ones for what you want.

I submitted a receipt for items that coupon.com was giving money back. I didn't use any coupon for these items now for some reason my receipt is a little hard to read one number although the amount I paid for it shows in the balance as I ask this lady name Irene why wasn't I given the cash back she tells me I modified my receipt... REALLY... and she was gonna close my account... So I ask her please show me where I did this... No response from her no response from anyone and I wanna file a complaint against her whomever this person is but of course no number to call... Wow

Ordered futon. Charged immediately charged my credit card nearly $400. Two days later, emailed me that it was out of stock. They are obviosuly an intermediary. My conversation with service rep promised money would be deposited into my "bank account" in 3-4 additional business days (that makes about one week since order, except that that they don't have any bank acct info from me). I asked if she meant they would reverse/credit my credit card the full amount. Still not sure that she knows. I am going to refuse the charge with my credit card company right now.

I used to like this app, now I'm deleting it! It's no longer on my to do list. I used to go on 2x a week and add all coupons. I'm just done I'm not going to add a receipt... Really it's now Ibotta app. I don't add my receipts to that app. They just wrecked a good thing all things turned to crap 2020!

Until recently I found coupons for products I actually used. In the last several months I have found the selection of product coupons, paper and food products, has decreased. Can rarely find coupons for products I want to purchase on this site. I'm done with coupons.com

If I could leave a "zero", I would. Customer service is unprofessional, patronizinig, and downright rude. I emailed to ask about the status of my money being transferred from SavingStar to coupons.com and I was told "We are sorry that you haven't been able to fill the form before Nov 30th". Not only did I fill out the form, I also submitted my email, downloaded the app and activated an offer. They insulted me and pretty much stole the money that I had in my SavingStar account. And don't even try to submit a rebate. They will have you resubmit the receipt until you finally quit. I will cheer the day your web site goes out of business.
