Hey Gang~ Talk about PRINTING MONEY with your computer, this site is a gas! After you download a simple coupon printing program (it's required to print bar codes), you can just line up all the savings on this website with your shopping list and kick butt! I found this site when I was trying to locate the $1 OFF coupon for the new V8 Fusion drink. Hard to believe that it's never been reviewed and that I never knew about it before now. Anyway, it's got a top BBB rating and all the manufacturers coupons are there... everything from cereal and drinks to personal hygiene items, everything! Big savings and very easy to navigate. I think it will identify you by your geographic location (I'm in Florida and the big banner at the bottom was featuring Publix supermarket coupons). So in addition to the manufacturer coupons you may find even more specials at your local supermarket chain (and other stores as well). A great money-saving resource and it's all FREE! I rate this 5 of 5 $$$$$
I was expecting to get $5 back of a purchase of $25 usd of GM cereal and I made my last purchase since I was just 1 dollar away and suddenly the offer disappeared and my submitted receipt didn't count for anything. This is not the first time that happened to me. They are scam, customer service doesn't care.
I submitted upc bar codes and receipts for three items on 12/22/2022 and 5 items on 3/13/2023 and they messaged me on 3/19 and said they couldn't read either receipt, so, I went to the store account and screenshot the receipts and emailed them to them and then they messaged saying they couldn't pay because the receipts didn't show the price. I deleted the app and recommend everyone to be wary! They're desperate for money obviously when they can't pay the users $3.50. Never again
Tip for consumers:
I didn’t know that they would wait one month before they let me know that they couldn’t read the receipt or I would’ve kept it! Don’t throw away your receipts!!!!

It will not allow me to sign in on the app, it's been 3 weeks no money in my PayPal account like they said I would get. I've EMAILED THEM TWICE LEFT BAD REVIEWS ON GOOGLE PLAY, STILL NOTHING. THE APP IS CRAP TOTAL WAIST OF TIME!
I have spent hours researching and implementing all the different fixes to printing coupons.com coupons. It is horrible and in my opinion, a big farce. Don't waste your time.
Poor customer service, with form letter responses - appears to be no humans working there any longer and is run by bots.
Buyer beware and avoid this website.
Tip for consumers:
Site is a data farm that promises coupons but only collects personal data and no coupons.

There doesn't seem to be any customer service. If you send a message to them it apparently goes into a black hole and the coupon in question is removed from your app.

I had used Coupons.com for a couple years. All of a sudden, you have to enter a mobile phone number and accept a text verification code to print them. I have NO phone with text/data so I called the support line and left my name and phone number for them to call me back WITHIN ON BUSINESS DAY. Two days later, finally got a human with a verification code but had to enter it within the hour of it would be no good. Did that... asked if that code would be good forever and woman said yes. I'd never have to call again. LIAR! I called for another code and it took forever and IT DIDN'T WORK. I haven't been able to print coupons for 3 months now and I refuse to call every time I want to download any coupons. Crappy site. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME,
Don't waste your time. I couldn't find one valid offer for a national pizza chain. Every offer code they had was invalid. Now I'll get bombarded with all their junk ads.
The problem with this cupon site... Restaurant. Com... and just about any other coupon type of site is this... there are a few "RESTRICTIONS". I saw the email they sent me about a local restaurant with a $10 off coupon for $4 dollars. Great I'll get 4 that would be $40 OFF my bill TONIGHT! WRONG! AFTER you buy the coupons THEN on the coupon it tells you "GOOD FOR ONCE A MONTH ONLY". Now you could have learned this if you were observant enough to click the button "Policies" (which is hidden in the bottom of the page) BUT... the fact that they DON'T PUT THAT UP without you having to click another button, and search for their restrictions... SUCKS! Just another trick of internet marketing. DON'T BE FOOLED, check all the restrictions, policies, other sneaky ways (good only on a full moon, when your waitress has a green dress) they have of presenting their "Savings".
I've had cash pending for over a WEEK. There's no email or phone number to ask what the problem is. I purchased a lot of items I though I was going to receive cash back. They lied!
If coupons.com happens to work for you, then great, but if something is wrong, prepare for hours of frustration. I have had nothing but repeated frustration and wasted time every time I try to print coupons using coupons.com software. My first encounter was helping my mom who wanted to print coupons and it was such a hassle. To make matters worse, if there is a problem, it will not let you reprint the coupon. That was on a Windows computer. Recently, on my Mac, I joined a reward site and earned points for coupons. When it came time to print, I had to install coupon.com software. It's been awhile since I tried to use coupon.com software so I thought I would give it a try. It was another huge headache. The coupon printed incorrectly and of course I could not try to fix it because after making changes and trying to get the software to work again, it tells me I have already printed the coupon and can not again. Plus all the points I earned are now gone because I redeemed them. If coupons.com happens to work for you, then great, but if something is wrong, prepare for hours of frustration.
This website said that they have different numbers for each thing but they don't people should never come on this website i wasted four pages of ink for no reason
At the very least you should be able to put the item you need in a search box rather than having to go through countless items that you do not want or need. The tech people need to fix this stuff.
Coupons.com is WORSE THAN TERRIBLE!. If I could give it negative stars, I would. There is absolutely no reason to install their "coupon printing software". I got a virus from it. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH COUPONS.COM
NOT RECOMMENDED!
Apparently I've been paid several times yet have not seen one deposit in my PayPal account.
There is no way to chat or figure out why it's not working. The message said to expect communication via email.
Unless your printing coupons don't waste your time. Mobile rebates on this site are unreliable.
Never even asked to sign in with PayPal. Info is correct. Nothing wrong on PayPal's end either.
Since nobody wants to answer to this issue I have to call it unresolved and more than inconvenient. I don't do this for my health. I carefully plan my shopping trips with little money and this is one of the main ways I've survived.
I've been screwed by a well-known "reputable" company with no means of communicating with anyone regarding my issue.
TRY ANOTHER SITE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR REBATE FOR ONE REASON OR ANOTHER, and you'll never know why not will responsibility be taken by coupons.com. Whatever it is, it will be be very loosely -worded and implied that the error is on your end when the ONLY bit of info required is your email address.
Are you SURE that's your email? Well you must've made a mistake. *click end chat session*
Using the same cell phone I used last week to print coupons on Coupons.com and my cell phone worked fine to get verification code, then suddenly you cannot accept the same cell phone number? What the heck. This happens over and over with Coupons.com. Their site says you only have to be verified ONE time. Yet each time you try and print coupons you must send off for another verification code. Ridiculous. With all the customer disastisfaction, you would think this company would work to rectify this huge problem! They could change to emailing us a code, instead of requiring us to give out a cell phone number. Many people do not have a landline to use their alternative verification process, I know I don't. And many people use pre-paid cell phones which excludes them from getting the verification text.
My cell phone is on a standard cell phone plan and as I said above it works for getting the verification code sometimes and then suddenly Coupons.com says it can't receive their texts. Usually they reject my cell phone when there are coupons that I really desire to print. Go figure.
Fix your site Coupons.com and satisfy your customer base.
I want to help you learn the language that Mandely app has. And that is my first time making a coupon. Of course I still didn't get it and didn't know what it was at all.
This site is just out there to rip you off. They use your number by saying they won't use your number, because they give your number to another company, that's such a scam, asking for verification! We need a way to make them pay us for our PAPER OUR INK/TONER,. OUR TIME!
Quotient Technology Inc. aka Coupons.com deactivated my Coupons.com accounts (without notification) right after I purchased items and submitted my receipt on 3/31/2023 so I don't get my earned cash back. I'm missing $64 in cash back. I contacted the business and they said my account was deactivated due to a violation of their Terms of Use. I asked them what specific Terms of Use I violated because I read it all and I'm still not aware of any violation, and they said I violated their Terms of Use by submitting the same receipt under other accounts or under the same account multiple times. That's completely false. I only have 1 account with them and I'm the only in my household. I told them to provide proof of their claims but they wouldn't. If I violated their Terms of Use, then why did they wait until I submitted my receipt on 3/31/2023? My last activity before the receipt submission on 3/31/2023 was on 1/13/2023. They had over 2 months to deactivate my account. Between 1/13/2023 and the day they deactivated my account, the only activity I did was submitting my receipt. How is that a violation of their Terms of Use? This confirms Coupons.com is not being honest. I always submitted genuine receipts for cashback with the correct retailer names and dates. I've been a loyal user since September 2021.What Coupons.com is doing is very illegal and unethical. Many businesses like PayPal got into deep legal troubles by withholding customers' funds for no proven or legitimate reason.
Poor user experience, hard to filter, search or locate coupons. Cannot print off tablet as it fails almost 100%. Offer selection has gone down in last year. Waste of time.
Hello,
I am Mohammed Mohsin from saudi, initially I want to start coupon.com the problem is that i don't no how to start the coupon method can you please help me out.
I'm so annoyed with this I see all the bad reviews and they are accurate except let me add that I have a smartphone and I use ibotta, (love it), and Groupon, and my Walmart Catching's saver and I usually have no problem with them at all, sometimes there is a bug but it gets fixed rather quickly, but I've been trying to use the coupons.com app for three weeks now and I still can't use it. It keeps telling me I have a connection error which is BS because none of my other apps have connection errors. Don't waste your time on this, I'm a stay at home mom and have time to mess with these apps but coupons.com doesn't want to work, if you want something easier especially for working moms who don't have time to mess with this hassle try ibotta, I've already gotten back over $50, I also shop at Walmart and use the catching saver which is super easy and I've gotten over $40 back, if you can find a little extra time to just walk around the store scanning stuff try dropkick, you will get money and don't have to buy anything but if you buy their featured products you get more points and will be able to get a Gift Card of your choosing faster, it takes a little longer to get stuff on this app but I still like it. Haven't really done much yet with Groupon but I'm about to.
Have earned nothing from them in the last 4 months on 1 or 2 time a week shopping trips and daily loaded coupons. SavingStar was sooo much better than these hacks.
I downloaded the app, went to the store and purchases numerous items for cash back. I have several lengthy receipts that I submitted. The day that I submitted the receipts, I scanned the items and they lit up as eligible items. The next day, I get emails from them that they can't process the receipt because they need to see the store, date, item, price, etc. So I rescan the receipt and go to rescan the item, now it says this item is not an eligible item. The particular item is listed in the email that they sent me, and it clearly says on the receipt Pizza Rolls, but now all of a sudden this item doesn't match. I've gotten three emails from them so far. If they continue to "not be able to process" my other items, I'm not going to use this app anymore. The camera is off when you take the picture. It says put it up against a dark background. My desktop is literally black. I also tried a black item of clothing, still cannot take the picture automatically. So I do it manually and somehow certain items they are unable to see on the receipt. This is too much for me. I went grocery shopping, so I bought a lot of items at one time. Funny how my Fetch app can read the same receipts, but this app cannot. Smh.
Coupons.com offers to help you surf the web and find great deals on things you like to buy. They will be more than that though. They take over your browser. Sidebars and toolbars and all other add-ons some poor person, unwittingly, may download cannot be removed. When you attempt to remove the toolbars the uninstall software will always crash. Infact the last time I tired to remove the toolbar, not only did it crash, it installed a second toolbar! NOW I HAVE TWO TOOLBARS! I attempted to call the number listen on the website for technical support, i was shuffled among multiple extensions (press 1 for blah blah blah, press 2 for i dont care) only to eventually be sent to an office that was closed! I attempted to delete the program files from my computer and unlike any other folder in my program files, i did not have the authority to open the folder.
No one from Coupons.com has responded to my many emails. Dont dowload anything from this website. Dont visit this website. Dont trust coupons.com.
