I received my custom cover over wrapped in plastic, with a thin bubble wrap overpack, & the shipping sleeve. The cover was substantial in size & weight. It had a 1" tear from poor shipping packaging. I initiated a ticket to receive a patch of material to repair it. Their customer service response still shows " awaiting customer response." I have sent them the requested information over 5 days ago. Still no resolution.
I am going to do the repair with duct tape. I am not waiting on their customer service. Not pleased with their after sales responses or timeliness.
I would recommend looking at other services before going with Coversandall.com. I'm not satisfied with their lack of response.
We bought there "Privacy Fabric" for our driveway and it has Absolutely NO PRIVACY; everyone can see right through it. They refuse to refund our money; to let us return it to them, or send one that actually does provide privacy. They only offer to sell us another one.
Do not order from this company, you cannot return if for some reason it is not what you thought it would be
