Charged me extra shipping for a product that didn't arrive in time for Christmas and as you can see all their ads have webbing and more grommets than what they come with

I recently purchased a custom-made griddle cover from Covers&All, and my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. While the fabric quality is admittedly durable, the fit is far from what I expected, and the customer service left much to be desired.

Product Issues:

Despite meticulously following their measurement instructions, the cover I received was 6 inches too long on all sides.
This oversized fit made it impossible to move the griddle without the wheels getting caught in the excess fabric.

Customer Service Nightmare:

Their return policy promises to make it right if they make a mistake which puts 100% on he customer to prove that the product issue is worthy of being addressed.
When I reached out about the fitting issue, they repeatedly asked for pictures and videos with a tape measure.
After providing the requested evidence, they kept asking for it to be done differently, seemingly looking for ways to avoid responsibility.
It became clear that their policy is to address issues only if the customer goes to extreme lengths to prove that the customer is not at fault.

Final Thoughts:
The company's approach to customer service is unacceptable. Although they sent many emails and left many voicemails, Their policy appears designed to frustrate customers into giving up rather than providing actual support. There are other cover companies out there that likely offer better products and service. I would strongly advise potential buyers to consider alternatives before purchasing from Covers&All.
In conclusion, while the fabric quality was good, the poor fit and abysmal customer service completely overshadow any positives. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your griddle cover needs.
