We are lucky to have a place in the Lakes, which is great. But when the weather changes, like during the winter. Our BBQ which we bought the cover for it ( Weber) it lasted 2 years, cost £60. So we decided to get one made to measure from covers & all. We already had one at home & covers for the furniture in grey too. As in pictures. We chose the standard, recommended quality covers. They do a more robust material, which I feel isn't needed in our case.
Ordered 2 custom tarps and they arrived too short; I've provided evidence but they just keep coming back with (they're creased, we made the correct size). They've provided me no evidence of any kind of quality control, just keep repeating that I'm wrong and my tape measure is clearly also at fault. They are a good 4cm out which makes a big difference for my use case. I will now resort to getting a refund from my bank.
Except you forgot to add the metal 'eyes' for me to attach the cover to the rotary drier - but hey, never mind! I am delighted! I probably over estimated by dimensions by a couple of centimetres, but it fits very nicely anyway.
I have protected the top of the cover with another smaller plant pot, as this a stress point. Please save the design - next time, I'll also ask for some velcro around the sides, to also help stop the wind blowing it off.

We chose cover & all uk because the material works great. It will outlast what your covering & whats better than a perfect fit. We have Moda furniture ul in the Lakes. Their covers are over £150 for the table & chairs, with covers & all would be under £100 & better material, in my opinion.
Great product. I sent measurements and details of TV and the cover fits like a glove. Material is first class can see it lasting for years to come. Only comment I have and not negative on ordering I assumed it was all UK based but you order UK and is shipped from India I think so delivery is slower than expected, however this wouldn't put me off I will order again from covers & all.

After a long wait interspersed with unsolicited advertising from Cover & All, I have finally received this item, only to find that it has a health warning hidden inside the zip. It apparently contains toxic substances. There was no warning of this on the website, but, much more seriously, I seem to have purchased a product that endangers the health of those who make it. This is clearly not an ethical purchase and I am very annoyed at being inveigled into making it.
Ordering process was so long ago I can't remember how it was but my whole experience was defined by the dreadful delivery service.
I was given a date for delivery and then a couple of days after that had passed I was told that my covers were ready to be shipped, it then took 4 days to get from India to Glasgow and another 6 days to be delivered and even at that the driver turned up with no warning on a day when there was no delivery scheduled.
I doubt if I will use the company again after this.
I can't rate them, they did not reply.
They were the only company that would make the size of covers that I wanted.
Hi, Im trying to get a resolution for the oversized BBQ cover I received and all I seem to get is automated responses and today received this invitation as a reply ignoring my issue and instead asking to me to write a review based upon the service and product. Perhaps reading emails from customers would be a great start. Also the advise you provide on your website to account for extra coverage has turned my BBQ cover into an oversized tent. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased a new BBQ cover for one of my larger BBQ's. They tend to stand outside all year round and I end up replacing them every couple of years and they are relatively expensive. The one I had from the manufacturer was much thinner and had gone wafer thin in two years and as a result shredded in the wind this year.
The new one fits perfectly, is much more substantial, I believe less expensive and at this point in time, I cannot fault it. A great product!
It just looked to be far more substantial in the online pictures, you never know until you receive it, however, it has more than exceeded my expectations.

Excellent website, easy to navigate and huge variety of choice. Particularly liked the customisable sizes and the ability to select optional extras (re-enforced edging and brass eyes). I've had the tarpaulins up on my gazebo for a few days now and can't speak highly enough about the quality of the materials and workmanship. I did submit an e mail query shortly after I placed the order and this was responded to by return. As an extra bonus, the items arrived sooner than expected and were very securely packaged. Great experience all round - would be happy to recommend

Very very good service. I needed a bespoke cover for a pond spiller bowl and couldn't find anything anywhere. These guys got all my measurements, made good suggestions and created exactly what I wanted for a good price and speedy delivery. Thanks very much.
Exactly the service offered was what I needed and to a high standard.
FedEx and TNT amalgamation is not good - neither phone number works if you miss a delivery and they do not leave a card, or give an option without signature; however when I consistently complained through the product site my parcel simply appeared on the hall mat 2 days later, ie without needing a signature: obviously just jammed through the letterbox.
This all caused a lot of frustration and I recommend a different delivery company who will also give options if you cannot guarantee you will be there.
I felt the email answers were generic and could have been written by a bot.

So pleased with my sun lounger cover. I couldn't see how to order it on the website so gave them a call and they were so helpful. When I placed the order they then followed up with an email and a phone call to double check the measurements I had put in. They honestly couldn't have been more helpful and the cover arrived days before the estimated delivery date. Fitted perfectly! I can highly recommend this company, one very satisfied customer!

Hi, we are very happy with our replacement sofa cover from Covers and all. After mis communication in sizing and difficulty in getting the correct measurements required Covers and all replaced the sofa cover and apologised for the inconvenience. I would recommend you check sizing and ask for a confirmation email with diagram before going ahead with your order to avoid any issues.
I ordered two screens to wrap around a gazebo-type building.
Overall size and material were spot on, however, certain measurements were not so good.
My plan / design was to join the two screens on the corner of my building so that one, or the other could be removed for access, whilst leaving the other in place, and also to prevent weather ingress.
Unfortunately the grommets were not all, exactly 12" apart, as advertised leading to a lot of "stretching" of one screen which managed to cover most of the join, but not all.

I'd tried to find ready made cushion covers for my 10 year okd rattan furniture and came across Cover and All. I got a quote for 4 seat cushions and 4 back cushion covers. The price was really good, so I took the plunge and ordered them. My covers were received a week later and I'm so pleased with them. They're much better than the originals and look amazing. Hopefully the rain will soon stop so I can enjoy them more

Unlike a lot of things these days, the whole experience from start to Finish has been great.
This is truly a bespoke service, and you can have the covers made to any dimensions. The website works and after a few minutes your bespoke cover is on order.
Our order arrived quicker than stated, and we are delighted with the quality and appearance of the cover.
We had previously purchased a cheap cover online, and had to replace it after a couple of weeks!
Would highly recommend.
As far as I can tell, this is the only company to make custom tarpaulin/covers. The ordering process was complicated in terms of getting them to confirm specific measurements (eg diameter of eyelets/grommets) as there seem to be some language terminology differences. But we finally got there and they arrived promptly and do the job very well - and for a very reasonable price.

Ordering was easy, followed instructions in providing measurements, a little slow to arrive but no follow up to ask if everything was OK after cover arrived. Cover is a little too short all round the bottom so doesn't fully cover the oven when it rains. I can live with but add 2 inches to height if your pizza oven sits on stand.
None of the garden centres seem to offer generic pizza oven covers any more so I searched internet for fitted options - Cover & All was fairly high up on search results, looked OK so I decided to place order

The pizza oven cover was manufactured slightly shorter in order to allow sufficient room for airflow and avoid any unnecessary condensation on the inside as otherwise, it would damage the pizza oven equipment itself and /or the cover both.

Manufactured in India - no problem. Shipped from India meant a three week delivery lead time - I can live with that. However, was not delivered and I only received an explanation when I emailed to chase up about three days after due date. Company explained they had supply chain issues, and item was finally delivered after another two weeks' delay.

Website was confusing and I bought wrong colour at 8pm on a Saturday. Put a request in immediately afterwards and waited for a reply. Took for me to call them and they said its already made even though the expected delivery was 3 weeks time it didn't make me panic for a time scale to change colour. It's was made the next day after order on a Sunday and deliverd.
Also yhe ties that come on each corner fell off due to weak stitching.

I ordered an unusual size cover for our new garden table, which is slightly longer than the usual size, seating 8 people rather than the standard 6. Cover & All took the trouble to check with me that I meant what I said regarding the measurements, and had not made a mistake. They then quoted an approx. 10 day delivery time but in fact the cover arrived within just a few days. It is perfect, exactly the right size and of very good quality. We are very pleased: this was an excellent service.
