Simple easy order process, ordered a tarpaulin to cover the front of my wood store, turned up after 5 days which was about what I was expecting, initial thoughts are it will do the job fine. Perhaps they could have explained better that their webbing option would help strengthen the eyelets, which in hindsight I should have gone for - but perhaps I just want paying attention. Overall, I would use them again without any doubt.
Cover seems good quality with some extras not ordered. Have to see it in action over winter to see how good it is. Downside, manufactured in India would have preferred to keep it in UK. Delivery date came forward quite a bit meaning it arrived when on holiday, where it sat on my doorstep for 5 days, a green light to potential burglars. This was despite contacting Covers and All to get Fedex to delay delivery to the original delivery date when ordered. They was no options to do anything with Fedex tracking.
Measuring instructions very clear; ordering easy and clear. Emails to let me know when cover was being produced, posted etc. Covers may initially seem expensive but over 3-5 years will be cheaper than most of the others on the market. Highly recommend!
I had ordered a cover for a rotary washing line last year; so pleased with that one that I ordered one for the garden table.

First time ordering from this company after lots of research. Loved the great communication, the fact you get an email template showing your canopy in detail before they make it. Once confirmed the delivery was quicker than expected. Then there's the quantity, well than exceeded all expectations. Very good quality, made to an exceptional standard. Truly delighted with our purchase. Highly recommended 👌

Product is great quality. Delivery time excellent. Order form slightly confusing over adding of tolerances to measurements. I paid for an unnecessary change as it seems the factory in India add tolerances anyway, so final product was slightly larger than needed - but still a good fit. Paperwork from UPS regarding delivery looked suspicious and did not mention Covers & All.
Change to dimensions was processed quickly and fficiently- it cost me bout £30, but was ultimately unnecessary.

Original delivery estimate correct, items delivered on time. Items as described and seem good quality, fit the foam I'd ordered elsewhere. Tempted to order some other bits now when I have enough to make an order worthwhile..

Sent my pictures and measurements, I was contacted several times to check and confirm, Covers & all UK pointed out a possible issue with something on the bench cover I had not considered, after sending more photos and an extra measurement we came up with a suitable design. Once the covers were ready to send it was very easy to track and everything fitted really well. I am sure they will last longer than the furniture.
I needed a fitted cover for the bench, I had tried off the peg but I had to buy really big to fit the unusual shape.

Requested 2 exactly the same they were different. 1 had dirt and debris glued between the panel and the plastic.designer was very helpful. Chat staff poor manly gave generic answers

Sturdy storage bags with plenty of room for our patio furniture cushions. The made to measure covers have made it possible to store our cushions exactly where we want them! Communication was great and we were kept very well informed re delivery dates. Highly recommend!

I needed a cover to protect a large swing in our garden. I originally hoped to take an oval table cover and make it work, however the guys at cover & all asked for photos and measurements and accurately created a perfectly fitted cover that worked around the four rope supports. It looks great and offers perfect protection from the elements. The high level of care and customer service was unexpected and extremely rare from any company in this country. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.

Would have liked an email telling me it was on its way as I didn't hear anything from order to it being delivered but I was able to check the status by logging back into the website.

Easy site to manage but should really be using cm not inches in this day and age

We decided to purchase one large clear curtain with chain to wrap completely around our garden gazebo for the winter months. Post placing the order the communication updates were good and the product arrived quicker than expected.
On arrival we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and will likely be ordering more custom covers for other items.

Was a bit apprehensive of ordering online but easy to input sizes once you figure out to use back button otherwise end up having to redo options.
Tracking link gave me different information to carriers own app so a bit confusing but arrived safely earlier than expected

Cover feels well made and strong. Needs a winter outside for a full review. Straps do not stay tight when used. Plastic clips do not hold the webbing in place so having to replace with a better quality version.
Quick efficient service although automatically adding an extended warranty seems sharp practice. Choose a delivery date but they arrived 10 days before chosen date which is good but lucky we were in to receive them

Ordering process fairly straightforward but very unsatisfactory that a 1 Year Warranty is added by default. This constitutes 'sharp practice' in my view!
I was a bit nervous about getting the measurements correct but the process was brilliant. From my order I was contacted with mock up diagrams and I could add more or change anything. Personal phone call at the end to check everything before manufacture meant the resulting cushions are perfect.

Having an unusual shaped bench I was a bit wary about ordering a tailor made cover. However, from start to finish this has proved to be a quality company supplying a quality product. Communications were excellent, delivery was on time, the cover was well packed and labelled. I can honestly say that Cover & All is one of, if not the best, company I have had dealings with.

Easy to use website for any shape or size cushions with multiple measurement choices which make it much simpler to use than other suppliers, no faffing around just choose your cushion shape enter your dimensions and get your price, result!
