They contacted me several times to make sure my measurements were exact for my rear seat covers. When I got it I could not believe how great the product was and how well it fit. The seat cushion covers were also great! I was so happy I ordered a front dog seat cover. Oh---and the prices are unbelievable. I would expect to pay close to $200 for a custom rear seat cover and I paid about $35!
I had no experience with measuring and ordering covers for outdoor patio furniture before. So I thought if I measured everything multiple times, I'd get a close proximity to what would fit. While I sent pictures and provided additional measurements as requested, the covers for my chairs don't fit well at all. It's as if the two sides of the chairs were made in different lengths. The addition of the cinch cords at the bottom seem pointless too because they don't actually cinch the fabric as you'd expect. I do think the company tried to get the fit right, but between all the measurements and the photos, it didn't quite hit the mark. They'll do the job, but a bit sloppy. The sofa and ottoman covers are great. But again, the cinch cords don't work as expected.

Covers and all are THOROUGH! For my spa cover made me double check my dimensions, reinforce my corners and send in pictures of my situation. When from my picture they had a question regarding clearance on one side, they got back to me to make sure the cover would work before they made it and shipped it. It fits perfect and will be a great help keeping my spa heat in here in Montana. Plus it looks great too and is RUGGED. This is the second cover I have gotten from Covers and All and I can't say enough about them. Thank you!

Overall positive experience. There was a good amount of back and forth as far as measurements, but this is to be expected with a custom product. Product arrived ahead of schedule and was well-packaged for transit. Fabric feels like of good quality and craftsmanship is also quality. Writing this review after having in for approximately one month.

So far so good. But waiting on the second half of my order ordered on 1/17/25. Haven't gotten word on this part yet and I'm concerned. You insist on getting your review before I'm ready to do so because we haven't finished yet. If I don't get the rest of it then this was no good at all

I miss typed my dimensions and a the support staff helped me get it sorted out immediately. Helped me update my order I already place. The product it's self is amazing. Wonderful quality, i oversized my dimension a bit so in all honesty I will probably get some new ones soon. 10/10 experience.

I took measurements of my sectional and inputted them into the website. It was easy to figure out what and where to measure. The cover fits perfectly but is a little loose. It kept everything dry from a recent rain so that is a win!
